How to reverse transport request

Hi Experts,
We transported some changes from quality to development. Now we realized that, we dont want those changes in Development.
Plz suggest me, Is there any procedure to reverse this transport request?

Hi Reddy,
You can't Reverse transport request.
But there is a work around to get back your old changes or format.
For EX: if you have transported any infoobject or any cube .. there is a chance of getting back the old changes through the Version comparison.

There is no reverse, you have to create a new transport with the original settings.
Programs keep track of their versions and are easier to pull a previous version, configuration can be tougher, open all the folders in SE10 to see if you can determine the configuration changes.

when ever u r creating any object in devlopment and saving it will ask for request.create request and release in se09.
put mail to basis people to transport ,thy will transport using STMS transaction.

Hi,
For the Standard text created in SO10,
please go to transaction SE78 -> FORM GRAPHICS->STORED AS TEXT->STANDARD TEXTS->
Double click on ADRS or ST or what ever your type of text->
Enter your standard text name
Click on transport button->SHIFT+f6-> It will ask you for a transport request.

I have created one Transport request and released (not moved to other system), now I don't want that request to transport to other systems.
I need to delete the Transport request, could you please suggest how to delete the Transport request.

How to create transport request of Dynamic Selection view.

Dear Freinds,
I have created a dynamic selections view form Se80 > Editobject>Selection view > Created by adding the required tables pa0002,pa006,pa0009 . But the transport request saved it locally now i want to create a transport request for the dynamic view . Could any please let me know how to create transport request for the Dynamic selection View which has been created or could any please let me know where this dynamic selection gets stored?

How to Undo Transport Request release

Hi Gurus,
I ve done a setting in Development server and gone to SE09. I released a Transport Request by mistake. I should not have done that. I want to use the same request for some other settings. How to undo it. I hope I can undo it as I have not transported to Quality server by SMTS yet.

No u can not reverse / delete the transport request. U can change its desciption to not to be transported.
I suggest u to create the opposite request & release that

Kiran,
From RSA5 --> Choose datasource and select "Activate Datasource" --> system prompts for transport request. Do not save as local object. assign package and assign to transport request.
From RSA6 --> Select datasouce --> choose transport(truck icon) --> follow same as above
From LBWE --> if you do any changes or customization system prompt for transport request.

Hi,
1) first u r collected objects should be in transportable package(not in $TMP)
then u check in SE09 which are the objects u r collected those things are avilable in that request or not if not there once again u should collect before transport and check that request if any locks are there if there release in SE03
2) now in SE09 first u relase the task(subordinated one) then release the request.and u can see that request in imported server in tcode of STMS.

How to assign transport request for Dynamic selection in SE36

Hi Friends,
Please guide me how to transport or assign a request for the changes made in BRF selecion view.
I have assigned and added BKPF-XREF1_HD field for FB03 transaction. Its working fine as per user requirement.
I am facing probelm to assing a transport request for that. I didn't find any transport menu in se36.
So please provide me how to assign a TR which need to import into Production client.
If I have to assign or create a program (standard), then please provide me the program name.

Hi,
What I understand is, you want to transport request from one server to another.
for example, Development to Qualtiy or Quality to Production.
For this your transport system must be configured. Please search help.sap.com or google for "How to configure Transport System (STMS)".
If you want to copy transport request from one system to another system which is not in your landscape, you need to physically move/copy transport request (cofile and datafile) to the target system in /usr/sap/trans/cofiles and /usr/sap/trans/data
Then import that request using SCC1.
You can alos perform TEST import for result.

Thanks for your reply, as per SAP Note 1150426 I have executed the task in the maintenance cycle "Register transport request in tasklist", but the transport request is not added to the Change request.
Then I have tried to execute through sa38 there it's saying "Unable to find the task list / status of task list is not active". we are in ST - SAPKITL434
Could you please check and help me to resolve the issue

How to delete transport request if child request was released

By mistake i released child request but not parent request, but i want to delete whole transport request. it is not allowing to delete it, because child request as releaed.
