How to run Flash Player Lite on Xperia X1

Hello,
The installed program (metronome) that I want to run needs a running Flash Lite, otherwise it will not start.
I´ve installed the Flash Player Lite 3.0 on my Sony Ericsson Xperia. But I can not find the Flash-Lite-Program in the program-folder of the Xperia.
Could you please help me to run my metronome programm.

What you are using is a old Nightly (from May 2010) at the time (between Alpha 4 and Alpha 5 stage) for what became Firefox 4.0 release (as version changed from 3.7 to 4.0).
You may need newer version in order to try the Flash 11 Beta.

You can check here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/ to see which version you should install for your Mac and OS. Note that version 10,1,102,64 is the last version available to PPC Mac users*. The latest version,10.3.183.23 or later, is for Intel Macs only running Tiger or Leopard, as Adobe no longer support the PPC platform. Version 11.4.402.265 and later is for Snow Leopard onwards.

You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):

and also that you follow the instructions closely, such as closing ALL applications first before installing. You must also carry out a permission repair after installing anything from Adobe.
(If you are running a PPC Mac with Flash Player 10.1.102.64 and are having problems with watching videos on FaceBook or other sites, try the following solution which fools the site into thinking that you are running the version 11.5.502.55:)

I am rather unhappy that I cannot run FlashPlayer on my iPad. I can't run most of my weather sites without it. As a boat captain I rely on weather sites for safety among other things and when I travel it becomes even more important. I find it ridiculous that apple won't run Flash and Java. If I can't run these I will go back to my laptop.

write a global error handler which would catch all the uncaught
exceptions so they don't get displayed to the users?
In my specific situation I've got 3rd party panorama
component in my flash site which creates some timers and listeners
but doesn't remove them when panorama is unloaded and then errors
keep showing periodically. Nothing else gets harmed and the site
keeps running normally, so it would be useful to just hide those
errors before a new version of the buggy component is released.

Flash Player version 10.1.102.64 is the last version available to PPC Mac users. However, this Flash version won't work for many videos on Facebook, YouTube and other sites. Adobe's latest version, 10.2.x or later, is only for Intel Macs. Adobe will not provide a newer Flash version for PPC Macs.
The message requesting that you download Adobe Flash Player takes you to Flash Player requiring an Intel processor. Doesn't work on a PowerPC processor. I found a hack, installed it & it works with Firefox, TenFourFox & Safari.

Depending on what sites you are trying to access, you might find that some of them (probably more so if they are news sites) have their own apps in the App Store which might let you get some of the content that you want (and there is the built-in YouTube app). Also there are browsers such as Skyfire which 'work' on some sites - but judging by the reviews not all sites. If you want to play flash games then you are probably out of luck if you want to play on-line though the iSwifter app might work on some of them, but again some flash games have app versions in the store.
