what do you mean by saving print preview of PO ??
Its only Preview , you can not save it, you can take only printout

Dear Sreeni,
Just go to J1IIN, click on "Exc.inv for delivery -- Display" where you input delivery reference and execute. If you have generated excise invoice, you can see the corresponding excise invoice for that delivery / billing document.

I did tried by going VA03 Screen & then Selected
Extras- Output - Header - Print Preview from Menubar
but no luck I cannot see Print Preview of the output.

Hello, in my business, employees need to print multiple documents per day.
But for these specific documents, they need to print with a size of 105%.
My question is how to save the print configuration because they need to remplace the size by 105% every time ...

How to save page setup for a report wich was designed in SQL Server 2005 RS? Each time report is previewed, I have to change portrate to landscape orientation and left and right marging from 0,5 to 0,25, to be able to see all fieldas on the report.

Which version of Crystal Reports are you using? Once you set a report to Landscape, and save the report, it should stay that way, unless you change to a different printer.

How to save and print PDFs?

For some reason, I am no longer able to save or print PDFs that I download from the internet. This problem developed in the past 2 days, and I never had this problem before. I am able to see the PDF when I download it, but when I go to the saved file, I get a message saying that the file can't be opened because it is empty. In other cases, I would get a message saying the Adobe Reader couldn't open the file because it is not supported, and I also get a message saying that the website blocked Adobe Reader. When I try to print, I get a blank page. I had been using Preview as default to read my PDFs. I thought maybe the problem was that I should be using Adobe Reader as default, so I switched to that. That didn't help the situation. Then, I tried removing all my versions of Adobe Reader entirely from my computer. I could, however, not figure out how to set Preview as default, again, and I still was not able to save or print any PDFs. Next, I installed the latest version of Adobe Reader, fresh, in my computer. Now I'm back to square 1. And I still don't know how to set Preview as the default reader. But I don't think that's going to make any difference, as it was the default reader when this problem began. My operating system is OS X 10.8.5. My Safari is 6.1.3. Please help!

Plus, as I said, I had this problem BEFORE I used the Adobe Reader as the default. In fact, I switched from Preview, to Reader as the default only because I was having the problem and I thought it would help (which it didn't). I would now like to switch back to Preview as the default, but don't know how to do this. Can you tell me how?

In the tcode ME22N, give the PO no.
In the menu ... Go To -
> Messages
Define a entry for print o/p:
Enter the o/p type
Medium should be "1 Print Output"
Hit enter.
Click on Communication Method:
in Format Enter the Test Sap Script name that you have changed.
Save & come back..
Then go to the initial screen & click on print preview, you should see the display.

In the print window click on the "Preview" button. At least that is the way it works in Snow Leopard and Epson printers. Which os are you using and which printer? You provided no system information.

Can we view PO even all the line items or some items in that PO are locked or blocked, by clicking Print preview button. If not by that button, is there any other way to view locked/blocked items in Print Preview format.

Its not possible to see the line item in the print preview if it is blocked...
You can only display in the PO only...why do you need Print preview of blocked items??

You can check these locked details in the EKKO and EKPO table in the SE16 tcode for the respective PO and can also download the details if req. from the same table..

How to "save as" in Preview?

I recently upgraded to Mountain Lion, which apparently has also resulted in changes to Preview. Now there is no "save as". How the heck am I supposed to save an altered copy of an image? I don't want to save the alterations on the original image!

If you are running 10.8.2, click File then press the Option key to show 'Save As' in your File list of commands.

How to save CS3 print presets?

Greetings,
Here is my issue: When I go to the print dialog and choose save preset, I make the changes ( I want a tabloid preset that selects tray 4 from our Splash server/Docucolor 12 setup) but when I select the "Printer" button and choose "Paper Feed" and switch it from Auto select to Tray 4, it won't retain my Tray 4 setting. It remembers everything else. This causes the print job to go to the error queue with the error "no 11x17 paper trays installed" - when there are and paper is in there.
I want to be able to share this preset with the other designers in the office.
Mac OS 10.4.11/Adobe CS3 Design Standard
Any thoughts?

Are the optional trays listed in the printer setup for your printer? Maybe they need to be activated.

How can save/convert a preview file into a Microsoft Word/.doc file?

Basically, I've open some email attachments and they've opened in 'preview'
I have tried to save them as a .doc file so that I can open them in Microsoft Word, but have been unable to do this.
I have tried 'save as...' but it doesn't come up with a .doc option
I have also tried the 'Open with' in the get info pop up, and have changed it to microsoft word but when I then try to open it, it comes up with a 'Convert File' box.
I have tried some of the options available but none of them work
Am I missing something? or am I going down the wrong route?
Is it even possible to do?
I'm not great at computers and so answers with obvious steps would be great!

Are these PDF files that you're attempting to save a .doc (or .docx) files. Preview won't do it. You can use a number of third-party application to accomplish what you want, but none of them are that inexpensive.
The least expensive application may be PDFpen - you can save Word documents from PDF files with it, amongst other things.

How to save and print completed form?

We received a form completed with data filled in. However, we can't print it with the data or save it. If you highlight or click on the field, you can see the information that was filled in on that field but only that field. We did not create this form. We use Acrobat Professional 8.2.1. Help!

I have exactly this problem only it happens with just some fields. I created the form in Adobe Acrobat 9.0 professional.
I have a timesheet with multiple rows for date, hours/miles, purpose/place, and pay. The 2nd and 3rd rows work correctly when filled in as does the header name and date, and the signature on the bottom of the form. If I fill in the 1st, or any row after the 3rd, the data does not show up unless it is highlighted, then disappears as you move to the next field and it does not print! I am filling in the form also using 9.0.
Pretty frustrating. Any solutions yet? I am using Windows 7 32 bit, and windows 7 64 bit on another machine.
