What email application are you using?
If it's a web based email program, try clearing your cookies and cache:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.

My backups do not include photos and my documents folder. How can I get them included in the backup?

Time Machine will backup everything on the Mac unless you specifically Exclude the files from being backed up. If the Documents and Photos folder are not being backed up, then someone placed them on a list of items to be Excluded from backups.
These folders will appear in the list of Excluded items.
Click the Time Machine "clock" icon at the top of the Mac's screen
Click Time Machine Preferences
Click Options
Click on the Documents folder to highlight it, then click the - (minus) button at the bottom of the list to remove the Documents folder from Excluded items.
Time Machine will now back up the Documents folder on the next pass.
Do the same for the Photo folder and it wil be backed up on the next pass as well.

Sorry, I had a typo in that sentence - I meant "on the left" (ie, the window which has your external hard drive displayed), and then I mentioned the keyboard shortcut "cmd-A".
There are lots of keyboard shortcuts which will come in useful for you. You've probably used similar shortcuts on the PC - on the Mac, we tend to use the command key ("cmd") which is immediately to the left or the right of the spacebar (both keys do the same thing; use whichever one you prefer). (In Windows, the "ctrl" key is used to do the same things.)
So, "cmd-A" means hold down the command key, and while you're holding it down, click the A key. This will select everything in the current Finder window - so, if you have a folder of files open, clicking cmd-A will select all the files.
Once it's all selected, click the mouse down anywhere in the blue selected area, and drag into the second Finder window.
You can use the Edit - Select All menu if you prefer, but keyboard shortcuts are usually more efficient.

Im trying to free up some room on my phone. I got rid of some apps and movies and did what i can but when i plug my phone in there is more Documents & data then i have as apps and music. i just want to get ride of some documents that are saved in my phone but dont now hot to delete them.

Document & Data on iPhone is junks files including browser history, cookies, logs, caches of photos and videos, database files stored by your apps. You’ll notice that some apps while being very small themselves have accumulated a lot of data. An example of this is shown in the image below, you see that the Facebook app is 109 MB whereas the Documents & Data stored is 1.2 GB. This 1.2 GB is what goes into your “Other” data.
These apps on iPhone don’t provide a way to delete Documents and Data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app is not the best option here. With the help of CleanMyPhone or PhoneClean you can delete the documents and data on iPhone without deleting the app itself.

Failed to Save Document. and Not Supported. Error Message

I am using Crystal 10 and SQL Server. I have ran into instances when I try to save a report with data or save as I get Failed to Save Document. and Not Supported. error messages. Does anyone have a clue on why this would be happening and is there a work around.

Has anyone found the answer to this problem? I am experiencing the exact same issue today. This is quite frustrating! If anyone has a clue on how to fix this or how to prevent it from happening again please post a reply.
I'd hate to lose all of my work over the past hour (I couldn't imagine of loosing a days worth of work like the original poster stated) but if there is no fix, I understand. However, is there something that I could have done to cause this? If so, I want to avoid doing it in the future.

Why can't I attach documents and photos to my outgoing emails in Windows live hotmail

Ever since the new version of Windows live hotmail has been downloaded on my computer, the only way I can attach documents and photos to outgoing emails is thru Internet explorer without any add ons and even this was not easy. I used to be able to attach with no problems and now I cannot and I really need to be able to do this. I send alot of emails with attachments. Every time I try to attach a document it gives me an error message. It just says error nothing else. Please help!!!!

Pages saves its files as a small package, not a single file. You will have to compress it first (think it's called Create Archive but can't be sure). You could do File>Export & choose .doc which would save it as a Word document & then attach it to the email (some formatting may be lost).

Use File >> Save As
Choose a different file name so as not to overwrite the original and don't save any changes when closing the original.

Apps like Documents to Go and Quick Office Pro are compatible with the full suite of MS office Apps and Apple has Pages (Word) Numbers (Excel) and Keynote (Power Point) that will work with the office apps.
Pdf files can be saved in apps like iBooks and Adobe Reader and others with even more functionality such as GoodReader and Save 2 PDF.
I think that what Chris meant is that the files are saved automatically in the app after you create them or move them into the app from email attachments. You can tap on an attachment and use Open In and whatever compatible app you have on the iPad will appear in a window from which you can select to open and save that app.

Documents created in iWork or TextEdit go to iCloud by default for syncing to other devices, so they are stored there, but other types of documents are not.
Backup backs up your iOS device, so that would include photos on it at the time, but you can only access them by doing a full restore.

Recover deleted or lost documents and photos

I moved documents and photos to my La Cie back up drive. I thought I merely copied, but actually moved. I reformated my back up drive. Will recovery software be able to recover either from my hard drive or the back up drive?

Not sure if Mountain Lion offers more than my Snow Leopard. Forgive me for being wise after the event, (I've made the error myself) but it does pay to have more than one back up. A complete bootable clone which you top up every three months or so plus Time Machine.
I'm not solving your problem, I know, but mentioned with good will.
