How to Search Lightroom Library for Photos Using Specific Camera Profiles?

Photos processed using Lightroom 5.6 camera profiles for the Nikon D810 displayed posterized colors. A temporary workaround was published by Adobe, as described here:

Lightroom 5.7 resolved the issue, but I still have a lot of photos that were processed with the "v2 beta" camera profiles provided by Adobe, and those profiles still remain on my computer. I'd like to find all the photos in my Library that were processed using a v2 beta camera profile, update them to the respective new 5.7 profiles, then remove the v2 beta profiles from my computer so they no longer show as options in the Lightroom Camera Calibration pane.
How can I search my Library to find all the photos that used one of the beta Camera Profiles?

The Data Explorer, DevMeta, and Any Filter plugins can search for specific camera profiles. (You can't do it with LR smart collections or filters.)

You can use VBScript to extract the dataprovider within the reports (Search for SDK Desktop Intelligence).

Since my projekt right now is to get all CD-covers for my music, I wanted to know if I can search my library for songs without a "cover". Is this a feathure in the new iTunes 7?
Possible with previous versions?

Not possible with iTunes.
Use this script. It will search the library or selected tracks and put the songs without artwork in a new playlist.
It doesn't seem to search the library anymore due to the change in iTunes 7.
Selecting all tracks (command-A) in the Music Library and running the script does work fine.
Depending on the number of songs it can take a while.

Do u want to print Standard Text or the Texts that are maintained at the Transaction level.
If it is standard text , then u use text id as ST or if it is Texts that are maintained at the Transaction level then u have to go to that specific transaction and check for that text , then go to text editor ,in the goto menu u have header data where u get the Text id , text name.... , use them in ur smartform in the INCLUDE text.
Further u have the option of text modules in smartforms which act as standard texts, so if u r going for creation of standard texts then its better to use text modules.

You use Image Capture (in your Applications Folder) for that job - or upgrade to a later iPhoto.

I'd put them on an external hard drive(s) and burn them to a DVD as well (at least 2 - 3 copies on different drives/media); I prefer having control and a local solution instead of relying on a server and the possibility of someone (who shouldn't be) downloading my work.

You might wait until iPhoto diet gets updated for iPhoto 6 and then try it. Please read all the documentation first.

I suggest you read through the entire page because it expalins what iPhoto does and how it does it.
If you say to yourself "I can go through the originals folders right in the Finder and get rid of the images I no longer want" then you need to read On iPhoto 5, Originals, and GUI Scripting which will explain what happens if you do it yourself.

Search entire library for specific keywords?

Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't seem to find a way to search my entire Aperture 3 library for specific keywords. It seems that I have to first select a project or album within the "Projects and Albums" section. If there is indeeed no way to search the entire library, that seems to be a huge oversight on Apple's part.

An addition hint that I found extremely helpful for any set of Images that include many Keywords: "{Option}+click" will unselect all and select the clicked Keyword. There is no other way I know to unselect Keywords in the Filter HUD (though one can easily delete the Rule and add another Keyword Rule).
Note that Aperture cleverly shows only the Keywords present in the selected Images (an Album with five Images will likely show far fewer Keywords than the container "Photos").
Projects View is, imho, extremely useful -- but it is not a good place to search for Keywords (I'm guessing this is where the OP tried to search). It's a great place to sort and filter Projects -- which alleviates the need to organize one's Library by date (date sort is built into Projects View).

I need to use a special OCR that detects 7 Segments Displays. I have been reading during the week and I discovered that the most similar project is this one:

However it's a C project not a C# or VB and I must create a special library (or project) to integrate with my Windows Phone App. As I said before last year I used this article:
How to use SQLite in Windows Phone
And in the beginning it was just a C++ project that you must add to manipulate SQLite. So, I think I should create something like that for migrate those libraries and later integrate with my project but I have never worked with this kind of libraries
or create C/C++ libraries that finally will work with a C# App. Thanks for your time.

SharePoint list column (or site column used as a list column), after we create a list item and make sure column has value, and start a full crawl, then a Crawled Property format as ows_thisColumnName (e.g. ows_Description in this case) will be
generated for this column, you can check the search service application from Central Administration site, find the Crawled Property ows_Description and make sure the option "include values for this property in the search index" is checked, and
re-start a full crawl, then check results again.

How to recolor a b&w photo using a similar color photo ?

hi!
i have two photos, shooted probably the same day, by the same photograph in the same place !But the pose is a bit different.
first one is in high resolution and in black & white nuance.
second one is a small resolution and in full colors.
i wish re-color the black&white photo using exactly the same nuance from the colored one.
can i "copy" all the colors from the color-one to the b&w one ?
i hope there is a quick way to do that with adobe photoshop or with a commercial plugin.
Something like : i load the first one (color), i load the second one (b&n), and i press Ok and magic appears !

How to conversion .wmf files for Mac use?

We have Broderbund's ClickArt package from the days when the user used Windows. Now, on the Mac, the .wmf files won't open in Preview, Pages, etc. (We don't have MS Office.) How can we either use these .wmf files with Mac or find a good conversion program?

I am trying to search an array of doubles for a number and report the index location(s) of a number. I.e. -allow for repetition. Search and report all index[i] where the number is contained in the array. For example I have
double[] myInputArray = new double[5];
double[] myInputArray = { 1, 2, 3, 3, 5 }I know how to search through the array ONCE and return the first occurrence of a number:

The way the Java libraries do this type of operation (String.indexOf(), etc) is to specify the starting index along with what you want to find.
Changing your example slightly (notice how I fixed your naming and more importantly, your return type):
public int indexOf(double num) {
   return indexOf(num, 0);
public int indexOf(double num, int fromIndex) {
    for (int i=fromIndex; i<myInputArray.length; i++) {
         if (myInputArray[i] == num){
              return(i);
    return(-1);
//usage to get all indices:

}Note that due to how floating point numbers work, you may find doing this on doubles (or any other operation that uses == with double arguments) to give you unexpected results.
