how do you see your apple id emails on your iphone?

I simply do not want it to be displayed on the FaceTime app when I'm not logged in.
Anyway, are you sure my MacBook wouldn't run without it? I remember that when I first turned on my MacBook I could skip the registration and honestly I don't remember having done it since then.

But there is no delivery status, because destination host for domain DOMAIN.XYZ is not reachable (I checked it using telnet IP-of-MX-for-DOMAN.XYZ). My question is, how is it possible to see, that destination host is not reachable (reason of message in queue)? I need this information for customer, how he can see using easy way list of 'problematic' messages in queue. 'showrecipients all' output don't show reason. I'm searching for alternative of 'mailq' (I found only 'showrecipients all', but this answer was from year 2007/8, maybe is something new now). Is there ani GUI possibility how to show messages in queue with his status?
Second question is, I can see only 6 messages in 'showrecipients all' output. What does it mean this output (cutted unnecesary output)?:

In addition to Peter van den Berg's suggestion, I recommend using grep from the CLI to get some more details. Especially if the Delivery Status shows as 'Unknown' or Down'. To do this:
Log into the command line over SSH (preferred), serial, or telnet
Enter the 'grep' command
Enter the number of the mail_logs as show in the displayed list
For the 'Regular Expression' enter the domain name: e.g. DOMAIN.XYZ
For the three questions that follow, simply press Enter to take the defaults.
This will usually produce a lot of output text. Search from the bottom up for lines referring to 'DCID'; these are the related delivery connections. When delivery is failing, these DCID lines will typically show a network error or a rejection from the destination server's side. In most cases this will tell you exactly 'why' the messages for this domain are not delivering.
If it is a network level error: check routing, firewalls, and other network devices as appropriate. If this is happening to multiple domains, I suggest checking your own side first. If this happens to only one domain, you may want to contact their admin first. In some cases you will have to check all devices involved, sometimes even the ISPs in between.
If it is a rejection, it will usually contain a URL that provides additional details. Look at this web page and follow the recommendations as best as possible. Most of these recommendations are considered 'best practice' in the email community anyhow. If you are unable or their feedback does not make sense, follow any directions on their website to engage the rejecting server's admins for further discussion.

How to export Apple Mail Email Addresses..

I am going about an email-gathering process in order to analyze addresses I want to use for future marketing.
One resource of qualified leads is my 5 year old Gmail account which has all my correspondence 'banked' -
so I want to extract and put into a list form (spreadsheet, csv) - all of the sent-to and received-from email
addresses that i have accumulated. Since Gmail doesn't natively export email addresses as a list, I must
go through the process of either a POP or IMAP download to an email client. I decided to set up Apple Mail
with an IMAP configuration for the purpose of offloading all of my gmail into Apple Mail. That is currently in
progress - I am running the "sync" feature at the moment - figure it'll be a half-day or so to process through
it.
Then comes the question, which i forgot to consider - and I am not sure about this because i normally use Thunderbird...
is there a way to export all of the Emails from the Apple Mail folders once they've downloaded from Gmail - into a format
that can be 'read' by an email extraction app - i.e., .csv, or tab delimited, etc... I see stuff about "Address Book" being
exported, but nothing specifically referring to the email addresses themselves.
Hope this question makes sense and thanks for any advice or second opinion on whether there's a better way to do
what i'm trying to do.

Hi, thanks for that info - I have this app called Email Extractor - it may read the .emlx files -haven't been able to find much documentation....been a year or two since i toyed with it andi won't know til the IMAP downloading to the email client is done before i can try it... will probably take half a day before this synch process completes as it has about 15,000 emails to process...
As for the data, I basically just need the email addresses. It would make life simpler if there were a converter that would just transform the .emlx to .csv in order for me to run the list through the Extractor parsing' app. I was kinda hoping i could export from Mail to .csv or something this app can readily read...

I am in Cape Town, South Africa, and need to contact Apple in the US, or, specifically, the SOHO Apple Store in NY, via email. For the life of me I am unable to find any way to do so on the internet! There are phone numbers, but with the huge time difference and the horrendous cost of trans-Atlantic phone calls from this country, that is not a viable option - I just want to email someone!
Can anyone please let me know of an email address I can use?

How to convert Apple Mail email to pdf

I'm a relative Acrobat Pro beginner.
Like to convert emails to text recognized pdf files. Is it possible?
I've tried using Print and then Save as a PDF in Apple Mail. However, I can't text recognize the resulting pdf or convert to one. Keeps giving error message that can't convert the images.
Probably pdf 101 that I'm missing. :-(

The only way that I am aware of is to purchase and download either Microsofts version of Office or Outlook Stand alone for Mac. Or if you prefer you can download Open Office that is FREE and is Oen Source and has all the features of Microsoft's

To just pay for Outlook is a little steep for most users. I think you will find using a WEB Based e-Mail will work much better for you like GMail or YahooMail rather than having it on your machine use there servers and they have many more features.

- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

- Settings>Messages>Send and receive and sign out your ID and sign into hers. Make sure that only her ID email address is listed.
- Settings>FaceTime sign out of your ID and sign into hers. Make sure that under You can be reached at only her ID email address is listed
- Settings>iCloud and sign out and sign in with hers
- App Store and sign out your ID and sign into hers.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.

The simpliest way to restore Apple Mail emails is to make sure that Apple Mail is the active application running on your OS X Desktop. Then click the Time Machine icon on the OS X menu bar, and then, select the "Enter Time Machine" option. Time Machine should open with a number of Apple Mail windows with copies of your email messages over time.

You will wait for the rest of your life. You need to fix it; no one else will. To turn off "Find my iPhone" and its associated Activation Lock you need the Apple ID and password that were used to turn it on. If you know the Apple ID you can contact Apple Account Security and have them reset the password (after you prove you are the rightful owner of that Apple ID). see: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699.
If you don't know the Apple ID the phone is permanently unusable.
