How to see fields BSEG-XREF1, BSEG-XREF2 and BSEG-XREF3 in FB60

Hi,
We need to make visible fields BSEG-XREF1, BSEG-XREF2 and BSEG-XREF3 in transaction FB60 for data entry.
Please advise .

Dear Saeed,
First Make Field Status group this fields mandatory or Optional.
Then after entering all the data in fb60 screen goto to environment and then press Complex Posting.
Then double click on the line Expense line item and press more data.
There you will find this fields for entry.

Relation field between table VBRK/VBRP and BSEG

Can any body guide on the common fields between VBRK/ VBRP and BSEG, except field "assignment".

If you know the accounting document number, Goto SE16. enter BSEG table and enter.
Enter the accounting document number in selection screen. E.g 90000498.
You will get multiple lines. E.g normal billing document(Not credit memo /debit memo)
Customer information will be available in posting key 01 line (Header). And Item information will be avilable in Posting key 50 line.
List of fields available in Header.
Billing document number
Customer
Payment terms
Amount.
Company code
Controlling area
Reconciliation account number
Assignment
Item level information in Posting key 50.
Material
Plant
Amount
Tax amount
Tax code
As per my knowledge for reporting purpose we don't use BSEG bcoz of performance issue.

How to remove fields from view V_QCMBSEG for table BSEG

Hi
By mistake have appended 5 fields in standard table BSEG, after that i have deleted that appended structure from table, while deleting from different views network got disconnected i lost connection from server.
So process get terminated and those fields left in view V_QCMBSEG.
Because of this table partially activated.... is there any way to delete it

Extractor Checker: How to see fields in APPEND structure?

Hi Experts
I have added a new field to a datasource (0CUSTOMER_ATTR). My logic is in place in include ZXRSAU02.
I run the Extractor Checker and then check the result list to see that my logic is working. However.. i can't find a way to view all of the fields in the datasource. The Display List button shows a select range of fields (not even all of the standard structure), and unlike SE16, there doesn't seem to be a way to customise the list view to see the fields that I'm interested in (especially my appended field). I've tried all the menu options..
Does anyone know a way to do this? Without seeing the field in the result, i can't verify my changes in the checker.

There is one button called current looks like variant click on it in RSA3 display.
You will be able to hide or display fields.

How to see full HP icons in Devices and Printers Win 7?

THis post is long because I've included all of the clues for analysis, so please read it all the way through.
My HP printer devices - an OfficeJet Pro L7600 All-In-One and a DesignJet T120 - show the same behaviour. In Devices and Printers on my primary desktop PC, they appear and work correctly, but their icons are the default Windows printer icon. I want them to be the device-specific HP icons that I know exist.
The printers are connected over the network.
I have tried going into the properties of the printer by right-clicking the default icon, but there is no option to change the icon. I have tried dragging the icon out to the desktop, but this creates a new shortcut which, although I could change its icon (if I knew where to find it), I don't want a second route to the printer and, reading below, you'll see that it's not necessary.
I made the All-In-One available on a laptop. This instance of the driver appears in the D&P of my desktop machine as "HP L7600 on XXX-LAPTOP". The icon is not the default icon, but the correct icon - an anatomically correct picture of the All-In-One. So, the D&P window can see the full icon, but only from another machine.
Also, I have a Brother All-In-One for 11X17, also connected on the network. It shows the correct icon from Brother. Therefore, I interpret the problem as originating with an HP-specific bit of code.
How can I get the proper icons to display?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums.
After reading your post I see that your Officejet Pro L7600 & DesignJet T120 icons do not display with the correct image of the printer but as a default printer icon. This is usually caused by the method the printers are installed. I can speak on behalf of the L7600 only as the DesignJet T120 is a Commercially supported printer. I would suggest you post that question there.
Regarding the Officejet Pro 17600 though you can remove the printer from Devices and Printers. Next you want to add the L7600 using the printer software installed on your computer:
1. Start Menu and open All Programs.
2. Look for and open the HP folder, here or within a folder named after the printer you will open Add a Device.
3. Walk through steps on screen and when the printer is added successfully you should have the printer icon you are looking for.

How to see the person entered in FBL3N and FBL1n

Gurus,
Can some one tell me how will I be able get the name of the user who did the entry - when I run FBL3N, FBL5N and FBL1n.
In the layout I do not have an option to select the "entered by".

If the enduser has specific user id. please go ahead with FB03.
when u enter fb03 the system will ask the document number choose the top one document list(shiftf8). another popup will come. in that popup choose dynamic selection(shiftf4) Top right side another popup will come there u just specify the user id in the field of user name and specify the document type or posting date or what information available in that popup.

How to see relationships between a cost center and positions?

I would like to see all positions attached to a cost center. Normally, I would just go to pp01 transaction, choose Obj. type 'K', enter the cost center number and displayed all relationships.
However, this cannot be done because cost centers are external objects for HR module.
Could anyone tell me how I can see CC - all positions relations?

Try HRP1001. If you don't already have it maintained, then PAR1 is your best bet. Typically, Positions are not assigned to cost centers directly. But with PAR1 you can pretty much see all position inheritance or assignments to cost centers. To narrow it down, use org structure search in PAR1 to restrict the report to your org unit only.

1. Is it a smart TV?
2. If so.... Is the TV connected to the Internet?
3. If it is.... Check if your iPod and your TV share the same IP address (Wi-Fi network)
4. If they do.... Then you should go to wherever your "Other Media" tab is.
5. After that.... Search for you iPod. Because it is connected to the same network, it should recognize the device they same way AirPrint does.
6. If you happen to see this fail, then try this method:
1. Do you have a Bluetooth-enabled computer/laptop?
2. If so.... Enable the bluetooth on the computer/laptop as well as your iPod.
3. After that.... Your iPod should be actively searching and it should find the computer/laptop.
4. If it did.... Transfer the file onto Windows/Mac (preferably Mac) and find the program to open the file.
5. After doing so.... Connect your computer/laptop to the TV via HDMI Output Cable.
6. Now it should work!

Bseg-XREF1 missing in F-03

The Reference Key 1,2 and 3 is missing in fb03. The document i posted is a downpayment request to a vendor, The document posted while viewing in FB03, the additional data tab is not showing the Reference Key filelds1, 2 and 3. Do somebody knows how to enable these fields in SAP.
The additional fields required are BSEG-XREF1 (Reference key 1), BSEG-XREF2 (Reference key 2), BSEG-XREF3 (Reference key 2) .
i have alredy checked the field status checkings in t code OB41 and OB32 but not found any configurations missing there,
Please let me know if somebody knows how to fix this.

Mass update BSEG-XREF1

Hi,
Can anyone suggest FM or BAPI to mass update in BSEG-XREF1, BSEG-XREF2 and BSEG-XREF3 besides using BDC and FM FI_ITEMS_MASS_CHANG?
I tried to avoid using tcode FB02 and that is the reason i don't want to use BDC and FM FI_ITEMS_MASS_CHANG.

How to get general account for a billing document ( BSEG) ?

For a billing document to a client , We need to get the general account for each item of the invoice . We based on the field XBLNR of table VBRK to select a document from BKPF with condition : VBRK-XBLNR = BKPF-vbeln . If yes we will get from table BSEG for bseg-vbeln = bkpf-vbeln and bseg-posnr = vbrk-posnr . then get HKONT.
But as you know BSEG is a cluster table, Select directly from this table is extremly long and seems impossible in our case. Could you please show me the way to do this ?
Our main purpose is to get HKONT ( General account ) for a billing document .

Hi Hoa Binh Xanh,
Why don't you look into tables BSAD and BSID (Transperant Tables) rather directly hitting BSEG ( Cluster Table)
Pass VBELN (Billing Document) in above two tables and get the doucment numbers and then if you need further info hit BSEG with the data you got from BSAD and BSID
OR else Pass KOART = 'D' while selecting data from BSEG it will help in improving performance

No, that is incorrect, the red ones show only the ones which need several hundret milliseconds in one execution. This can even be correct for hard tasks. And there are lots of problem, which you will not see

Go to 'Tracelist' -> Summarize by SQL statements', this is the view which you want to see!
I summarizes all executions of the same statement.
There are even the checks explained, the slow ones are the one which need a lot of time per record!
See MinTime/Rec > 10.000 microseconds.
Check all number of records, executions, buffer, identicals.
The SE30 Tipps and Tricks will not help much.

Hi,
When I reply to a new message a little arrow shows on the left side of that message, when I click it, my reply opens. So far so good...
Now I receive back an answer on my reply. The number [2] shows at the right side of the message indicating the number of messages in the thread.
I reply again, but now when I click that little arrow on the left I don't see my last reply popping up!
Any idea how to see my most recent reply? (and I don't mean go find it in your sent messages folder)
