How to see non archived documents

Hi,
Due to the business rules defined on our system, we are unable to archive some of the documents even though they
crossed the retention period time on the system.
Hence i would like to see / identify those documents on the system i.e., wants to identify the documents which are still in the
system after the retention period also due to the business rules defined.

I presume those documents has been left behind by previous archiving runs, Why not simple create a variant with the desire dates/docs and run it on "test run" mode?... you should get a spool with the selected data including excluded documents.

which material documents do you want to see?
Material documents can be found and displayed in MB51 transaction.
in MMBE you can put the cursor onto your stock line and then choose from menu Environment > material documents and SAP will list all relevant material documents.
block stock status is not a selection criteria, material number, plant storage location, batch number are selection criterias.
if you want only documents to block stock, then you need to select by movement type, e.g. 343 and 344 are movements that change status from unrestricted to blocked or vica versa.

Hello all I am facing an issue where the explosion program wont explode in alternate units of measure, I am not sure what exactly the requirement is, we have 2 programs one is the special pack explosion and the second is post special pack from COPA to PCA
I executed the program called Special Pack Explosion to COPA and see the fields below
I dont see any amount or anything below, I dont see any unit of measure so I am not sure
What the requirement is

Can some one help me with what this report is used for and where do I see the unit of measure or how do I change it.

How to see the DMS document number in PO / PR?

Dear experts,
I am using DMS. I have created a document in DMS and I have linked it to the PR & PO line items. Till it is fine.
But I am not able to find out this document in PR / PO. Can some one help me how can I find the document number in PR / PO??

In the ME23N screen , there is icon which likes a pin on paper between the Item over screen and the Item screen . If you click this icon , a new window with all the DMS documents linked to the PO would appear.
This is in the same line of the delete , lock , copy etc ..sequence .

How to view an archived document?

Hi ,
I have a database record in bseg table showing the document no. and line items. but when i try to display the doument it says, it might be archived .so, cant display. is there any way to look at the document or say if its been archived document or a deleted document.

If data was archived with archive object FI_DOCUMNT you can read data running report from SE38 FAGL_ACCOUNT_ITEMS_GL.
Remember to set data source to archive.

Be sure that in System Preferences>iCloud you have "Documents & Data" turned on.

Problem in reading archiving documents

Dear All,
To see the archived documents, I am clicking on "Data Source" tab in the customer/ vendor/ GL line items execution screen (FBL#N, FBL1N, etc). And thereafter I am selecting Archive tab and pressing enter.
But I am getting a message "Report RFITEMGL is not intended for archiving object FI_DOCUMNT" thereon.
Please help, why I am getting this message.

Hi,
FI documents can be also accessed by transaction FB03. This is standard transaction which is archive enable.
Check few things,
1. Check you have activated and built the infostructure
2. Check for Archive index built
If any one of the above is carried out then FB03 transaction should work.
Comming to Archive information system - "Report RFITEMER is not intended for archiving object FI_DOCUMENT".
When you are using AIS to retrieve archive data then above error should not be appering since archive structure retrieves the data from custom program when the infostructure is activated.
To overcome this please try with below process and post your output
1. Delete the structure of FI_DOCUMNT - Path > SARI > FI_DOCUMNT > Status > Delete Status per Infostructure
2. Delete the Infostructure table and program - Path > SARI > Customizing > Enter archive infostructure > Click on utilities > Delete table and Delete Program.
3. Deactivate Infostructure - Path > SARI > Customizing > Archive infostructure > Mention infostrucute > In menu bar click on Archive infostructute > Deactivate
With the above steps you have completely deleted and deactivated Archive infostructure.
1. Now Activate the Infostructure for FI_DOCUMNT - Path > SARI > Customizing > select Infostrucute > Activate it.
2. Build the infostructure
Now with above 2 steps you have reconstructed your infostructure
Retrive archived FI documents from Archive explorer > by selecting activate and built infostructure for FI_DOCUMNT
Doing above process you can see the archived FI documents.
For the User, archive enable transaction FB03 can you help to retrieve the FI documents.

How do I save a document that says it is a web archive

I signed up to convert pdfs into word format but now I don't know how to save the converted document into my files. It says it is a web archive and I cannot work with the document. I can't cut and paste. What do I need to do?

When you say you want to convert PDFs to Word, there is no obvious link with Adobe's RoboHelp product. Are you in fact working with RoboHelp or have you perhaps asked in the wrong forum?

hello, friend.
you should be able to see changes done after the initial creation and saving, by going thru Environment > Changes. try it again, and this time make sure that changes were done to the billing document prior to posting to accounting.
normally, when configuration of Billing is done correctly, there will be little or no instances of changing anything in the Billing document, as saving the document after creation will post this to Accounting. of course, inclusion of a posting block in the billing type will provide you the opportunity for changes.

Thanks again. That is exactly how I'd like it to work, but I gave deleted 18 gigs of photos from my iPhone and the backup size is staying at 25 gigs. I keep getting a message stating that I have to increase the iCloud size, but I only have 5 gigs worth of stuff on the phone.
Can someone who uses iCloud verify that the size of the backup should decrease once files are removed from the phone? Having to continually delete whole backups seems counterintuitive.
