How to see previous frame in light grey?

Im using adobe pro flash cs3. Im trying to draw a simple
stick figure, but its hard to draw in the next frame because I cant
see the previous stick figure to accurately draw the next position.
Please Help

Use the Onion Skin button.
It's a first button on the left hand side down the timeline
where is you FPS
(frame per second) indicator.
This features is meant just for that purpose.

How to see every frame of an inserted movieclip?

Suppose I have a flash movie with 100 frames and on frame 20
I insert a movieclip with 10 frames.
When I scrub through my timeline and get to frame 20-30 i
only see the first frame of my inserted movieclip.

I forgot to mention that you should convert it mack to a MC
when you are done so it can be targeted

frames - most animators work inside

symbol with the Properties panel as well. many uses.
But my suggestion was a temporary one for you - switch it
back when you need it to be a MC.

How To see previous Call duration and timing in C3

I had an Nokia C3 which i bought a week ago, i want to get the call duration and timing of calls which i get previously from the same number.
For ex.
I got a call from number say 123456789 at yesterday evening, but if i get call from same number today morning then call details like timing and call duration of yesterday got lost.
so how to get them and see them

Hit the green call key in standyby
now look at top of screen you should see three boxes,scroll across with the DPAD
Or go to menu then apps then log this brings you to same as above

If you are using Numbers on the Mac and you have a document open, try this (in your File menu):
If you don't have a document open (perhaps because it refuses to open) you can use Time Machine.
In Finder hold down the option key and Go > Library > Mobile Documents > com~apple~Numbers.
Go back in Time Machine on the folder and 'Restore' the version you want.

How to see previous document version in the new Pages?

I found the new Pages missed the function of back to previous version? This is a very useful and unique function on Pages, I found that it is also disappeared in Pages 09 after I upgraded to OSX 10.9, anybody know where to find out this function?

The feature is now a bit hidden. Go to the menu bar under File > Revert To > Browse All Versions…. – there you'll find the good old version browser.

HT1296 I have tried to transfer some songs to my ipod. I can see them in light Grey. But i cannot play them when i click on them

how to see previous payroll log , bcz i want to see how a wagetype is getting processed by a PCR, and that i want to see in previous months/periods.

why the system is taking random
does the PCR has certain logic that if these PERNR has this condtion the PCR has to be porcessed like that
Ex: say for Loans we need to write the PCR
for those employees who has taket the loans the PCR will get processed in the Pay roll log
for those who has not taken the PCR will not get Processed
and while i testing in test run i am able to see the Logic of that PCR of othe period in the rest run

How do I see every frame of a clip on the timeline in Premier ?

There are of course times when I need to see every frame of a clip to synchronize two clips. Imagine for example that you have a two camera shoot and both cameras were looking at a clapstick, or at a strobe. I want to put both clips on the timeline and zoom in to see every frame. Now I can align the two clips fo that one specific frame of each clip is over/under each other. However, when I have zoomed into the timeline it seems I can never zoom quite enough to see every frame What do I do to be able to zoome all the way in to the timeline so I can see every frame of the clips ? I haven't actually tried this yet with CC, but did with CS6 and it wouldn't do it.

I'm not knocking the idea of using the program monitor to place markers on sync points and using that to synchronize clips. It should be a very good solution.
What I am saying is that there are times when it would be advantageous to be able to see every frame of multiple clips on the timeline. When i first tried to do that I zoomed in and it looked as if it would display all the frames. I was dissappointed to find it wouldn't. As an editor who has done a lot of resynchronizing multiple camera shoots where there is no intentional visual sync cue, i can tell you it can be a big help to be able to see the frames as if we had a strip of film on each timeline. Sometimes we need to see several frames of each clip at the same time to make a decision about which frame represents the sync point, or to make the quickest possible decision about where to start and end a dissolve, or to chose which camera to use. In a scene shot with only one camera, there is no actual sync point. The action may have progressed slightly differently between shots. Being able to see 10 or 15 frames from each shot can help to make the quickest decision about how to line up the shots and where to do the transition. Would anyone out there say it would be a bad thing if Premier Pro could display every frame when we zoom all the way in ? It seems to me that it could only help. So i request Adobe consider it as a possible future improvement.
Here is an example, the last time i tried to see every frame in Premier. I had a scene I used Maya to create, series of Tiffs. This scene shows an object appearing as if arriving through a time or dimensional portal. The scene includes plasma popping and flashing. There are two different shots of the same moment in time. The shots are frame numbered. So if I could see the frame numbers from the original tiffs on the timeline I could align the shots that way. But of course I lose the frame numbers. The overall scene is too long, and rendering time too long, especially for 3-D 1080, to render each shot from the beginning of the scene, which would make synchronizing very easy. So i needed to sync to the flashing plasma in the scene. I though I had the shots lined up using a flash. It turned out they were not the same flash. So if i did a slow dissolve between shots, the flashes form each shot would not line up in time. What I needed to do is line up several flashes happening over a couple of seconds, so I coud verify the flashes were the same flashes. There are different numbers of frames between each flash, so if I got three to line up they would have to be the same flashes. I spent a lot of time trying to get these shots lined up. If I could zoom into the time line and see evry frame I could synchronize several clips by lining up the flashes, in just a couple of minutes. To do this with markers, marking say five flashes from each of four shots, it would take several minutes to do it before being ready to do the synchronizing. It's a workable solution, but is not ideal, a compromise.

Color samplers - dark, light & grey point - how to adjust curves

Hi all
I've set dark, light & grey point in an image. Wondering how to adjust the curves based on the color samplers. Manually i invoke the curve dialog box and select the dark pen and choose sampler no1, select light pen and choose sampler no2, select grey pen and choose sampler no3. Any idea how this can be done in script?

I’m stymied by the gray point at current, it does not seem to use the measured values directly.
The white and black points seem to be straightforward and can be set easily with a Script when one knows the values.

Edit: I had assumed the gray point picker would set the input values of the point picked to output 127/127/127, but he operation seems to be quite different.

The "edit in" menu is completely inactive. All plug-ins are visible but in light grey; i.e. not accessible. Any idea how to solve the issue? Fyi: I am using LR 5.7.1 on MacBook with Mawericks.

Jim, that sounds like a good hypothesis. Yes, I am using smart previews. I have my originals on an external drive which is connected. Still, LR can not find them. Do you know how to tell LR where to find the originals? I would like LR to identify the source automatically: if external drive is connected LR should show "original and smart preview" not only "smart preview". Thanks for your help.

I can't see the writing properly on my iMac iPad mini or iPhone. I feel like throwing them all out.. or selling them as no point in using them if I can't see the writing is just a light grey. please can i change this to a darker script

You may find the Increase Contrast, Bold and Large Text, and Reduce Transparency options in iOS helpful for making the text more legible. Take a look at the User Guide page below for more options. Note: Reduce Transparency is found with the Increase Contrast setting.

How get a light grey into the forground color?

When I click on foreground, even if black is selected, I click around that box, and I inevitable get blues and greens. I'm lost. How can I get an easy variety of greys to choose from to click on to make the forgound color a light grey to taste?
PS, I'm almost lost with eyedropper, I remember being able to click that on documents, even outside PS, but it's not working for me at all now in that respect. thanks.

Eyedropper is ok now, but why did I think you could sample outside of an image? Does not move outside images.
