How to see psd files as images not icons in Pshop file open window win7 ?

Hi,
I have just moved over to win7 64bit pro from XP and have Photoshop CS6 installed now, however I only see psd icons in the Photoshop file open window which is crazy, Pshop needs to show its files as images, goes without saying doesnt it, yet I see icons.
Whats the fix so I see images as I did in XP ?

Ardfrey provides PSB, INDD, and AI thumbs in their codec as well.
And now Mac users have Quicklook. PSD and PSB thumbs at the Finder level.

How do I display Canvas Graphic image (Not Iconic button) from jar file

Hi all,
I am currently using Forms 10g.
I have gone through the tutorials on how to add Button Icons into Jar files for web enables forms .....so far so good
This however does not explain what I actually want to do... since "graphic images are by nature embeded in the for rather than referenced ......so here goes ..
I have a forms 10g application where all the individual form modules/canvases display a big banner (covering top 20% of the screen). This was done by importing the image straight unto the content canvases. As you know this now becomes a "graphic Image" now embeded(& not referenced by file name) on the canvas. Also bear in mind that this is actually different from an "Image Item" which is a block object.
I dont know if this is possible, but what steps do i follow to make the image part of a jar file as opposed to my current situation. Please let me know if possible or not so I stop waisting development time looking for answers :)
Another question is how do i make this jar file a library object so that we can vary the image as we wish
NB: one other trick which i can think of is to create a giant push button across the screen to display the image and then stick it in a jar file !

I don't know about embedded images imported in from the builder, but there is a way to use READ_IMAGE_FILE into a BLOCK.IMAGE_ITEM where the images are all in a jar file stored on the OAS.

If i am going to Tcode - file and setting this one then i require a change request.
Is this the right way to proceed by changing it in "file" tcode.

the second option is go in transaction file and create the missing 'LSMW_C_MDM.119_MAT_BOM_001.lsmw.conv'

I am getting below error in SSIS 2008 package when it is run through control-m

component "FF_SRC_InboundFidelityInputFile" (1) failed the pre-execute phase and returned error code 0xC020207E.
although this package is working fine in dev environment from visual studio.
control-m agent has proper permissions to the folder still it is failing. Please if anyone knows solution for this issue. I am working on this issue since more than a week but reached nowhere. Please help.

How do I turn off background ni file activity when not using Labview? I use labview rarely, and I also use my computer for demanding multimedia applications, including multitrack digital audio recording. I need to reduce as much background activity as possible, and taking a look with task manager I see files such as nimxs.exe, nipalsm.exe, nipalsm.exe, nisvcloc.exe, and nicitdl5.exe running even when I haven't used Labview (8 I believe). These files run even after I right click the NI icon on the lower right and turn off the application. I would like the computer to boot up without these files, and for the necessary files to be activated only when I start the program.
Can this be done or do I have to remove labview from the system to improve performance?

Hello, those processes are part of running NI services that start when Windows boots. These processes serve varied purposes and stopping them can have undefined and unknown consiquences for your NI products. These products run at "normal" priority meaning that they should be preempted by any process running at a higher priority which I would expect your other application to be doing given their time sensitivity. That being said, in Windows XP (I can't speak for other OSes), you can lower their priorities even greater through task manager (right click the process»set priority) to further remove them from contention for resources. If you want to prevent them from running you can set the service startup type to "manual" in Control Panel»Administrative Tools»Services. Right click the process go to Properties and Under the General tab choose Startup Type»Manual. This will start up the processes only when something directly starts it up. LabVIEW will start these processes up as it attempts to use them. When you shut down LabVIEW you will need to manually shut down these processes through task manager. Again, doing this can cause problems with your NI products on your system and it is not advised.

My old Mac died. I had it backed up to a Time Machine external drive (fortunately). I have a new Mac. I want to get my entire iTunes library from the Time Machine drive to the new Mac. I want not only the music files but all the "library" metadata, playlists, song rankings, unique genre designations. How do I do this?

I created a SVG file using inkscape called image.svg. I pasted a small image into inkscape and save it as image.svg.
Converted it to image.image.fxz using "JavaFX Production Suite".
When I view image.fxz using JavaFX View, it has an error
"Loading graphics from file://C:\temp\image.fzx failed. Reason: "java.lang.RutimeException: Image creation failed: The entry 'file:c///C:/temp/IMG_2921_t.jpg" not found in file C:\temp\image.fxz"
The IMG_2921_t.jpg was in c:\temp\
image.svg as below. Please help.

it is indeed bug in SVG Converter from Production Suite. The correct behavior is to add the referenced image into fxz archive, so that the file is self contained and does not depend on other files somewhere on a file system. I filed [http://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-8794|http://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-8794]
As a workaround you may insert the file IMG_2921_t.jpg manually into the fxz archive and change the url in the content.fxd entry so that is will look like this: image: Image { url: "IMG_2921_t.jpg" } . The fxz files are normal zip files, just with different extension.

Images not displayed in welcome-file

I am working on JBoss 4.0.4 G.A.
My applicaiton structure is as following

<web-app>/WEB-INF
<web-app>/jsp ---> contains all the jsps
<web-app>/images --> contains all the images
<web-app>/html --> contains all the htmls
<web-app>.js--> contains all the .js files
My problem is that my welcom file is under jsp directory.
I have made an appropriate entry in web.xml for the welcome page
Welcome page is working fine but the only problem is that all the images on the welcome page are not displayed.
Please help me solving this problem ....

Thanks for reply. I have checked that. I am refering to the correct directory. Bye the way, I have got the solution, the image files were not displayed because I was using relative path and context root was not set to my web app context itstead it was trying to take it relative to the server's bin directory. I just set <context-root>/<my web app root></context-root> in jbossweb.xml file and the problem was sloved.

So, if I have a structure like this:

/properties/
And I pack this structure into a jar file, how do I then access the images under "/images/" and the property files under "/properties/"? A link to a good tutorial on this would be perfect, or a description/hint/howto :)

Im having problems even loading direcly from the directory..? I have this structure:
src (source dir)
classes (classes dir)
lang/textRb_en_US.properties (the file I want to load)
Then I have this code:

ResourceBundle textRb = ResourceBundle.getBundle("/lang/textRb", currentLocale);But it gives me a "java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find bundle for base name /lang/textRb, locale en_US". I start my application from within Eclipse, and I have tried to move "lang/textRb_en_US.properties" into the classes dir, but same error.
Im confused as to there Java looks for ressources, and I need this to work no matter where I put my classes/jar. Could you help me out here?

Master Collection CS5 File Type Images Not Working.

On the adobe master collection the file types should show up with a image. (E.g for a dreamweaver php file it is a custom adobe php image) same with a png file. its the fireworks logo. How do i get this on because the images aren't showing on the file types. I have done re-installs but no fix.

I don't even think Photoshop can make those kind of files. You need some clarification on this from whoever wants them.

Can I see Referenced Albums for Images in a Project in File View?

I am deleting duplicates in a File View in my Projects and I have gone ahead and /highlighted/ the images that are in my Albums with various colors (purple, red, green etc). This was a very helpful suggestion so that I can now rather easily see what Images are definitely being "used" or referenced by another Album.
Am I correct in thinking that there is no way to see this Album in a File View COLUMN or Columns so that I can explicitly know where these Images are being used? Does that question make sense? I mean, is there some widget or plugin (or even some file in the Aperture database that I could open) that would let me see this somehow?

check if determine plan cost is set up in the network header
secondly make sure that the plan costing variant is set up with the valuation variant to define where to get the plan values from
