How to see the GUI of the guest os ?

Hello all,
I have installed the oracle linux 5 as the guest OS using the PVM template.
I can access the the guest console using the vm manager / vncviewer, but its just the console.
1]What should i do, if i want the GUI (x server). (In /etc/inittab, its 5.) ?

The PVM guest templates that are provided by Oracle do not have the full X system installed, so even though inittab is set to 5, the GUI will not start. You would need to install the GNOME Desktop group before the GUI will work.
However, once you do have it installed, or if you do a manual installation of OEL5 from a DVD, the VNC viewer will show you the GUI.

i am working with the gui and i want to ask how can the gui of the java be like the operating system..

I know this is too basic.
I have 1 window open.
The tab shows 3 separate items each of which I can click on and see.
But I don't want to see each window 1 at a time.
I want to see all 3 items at one time.
I know how to tile once I see all 3 windows.
But how do I get to see all 3 at the same time?

How to see all reviews in the AppStore?

Apple has changed the review system in the AppStore. Now, for many new application versions there isn't any review displayed, yet, although there are reviews for older versions of those apps. How do I display these older reviews? I can't find any button neither in the AppStore on the Mac nor on the iPod Touch.

since your WebDynPro application runs on the server & not within local JVM, you can only see this on the machine which crashes when you try to execute
System.out.println(".");
System.exit(0);
. would be then seen on the host which crashed, under
/sap/usr/cluster/server/managers/console_logs/

Same Mac, connecting to two different networks, one by Ethernet, one by Wi-Fi. How to see both networks at the same time?

On this Mac, I have access to the company network (and Internet) via the Ethernet port (gateway 192.168.1.1).
At the same time, I have a second (backup) Internet link via Wi-Fi, to a different ISP (gateway 192.168.3.1)
At the least, I would like to view the company network from the Finder AND access Internet via the Wi-Fi link.
I have minimal knowledge of network stuff, but if I could redirect the browser requests to the Wi-Fi link, maybe it would work?

Changing order of the connections, putting the Wi-Fi first as it gets the HTTP first.
Don't know why, but it would not work yesterday!

How to see Exceptions Logged in the Tomcat Server

There is a long Exception appearing when I start the Tomcat Server by running startup.bat.in the Dos Console Window Everything is scrolled out and so I am not able to see the real Exception.
How to read the real Exception.I have heard that the Exceptions are logged in the %CATALINA_HOME%\logs Folder But I can't find anything.
Is there any change required in the server.xml file for logging the Exceptions

Right click on the title bar of the DOS command window. Select properties. Set the "Screen Buffer Size" Height to 1000. This should allow you to view the entire Exception stack trace in the DOS window.

How to see multiple tables on the same screen using Mac Numbers?

I'm working with a spreadsheet on Numbers (iWork '08) on my Mac. I have three worksheets that each have one table in them. I'd like to be able to see two of the tables simultaneously. Similar to the "Tile" function that I used to use in Microsoft Word. Does anyone know if something like this exists? Googled for it until I was blue in the face and went back at least 500 threads here!!!

This will seem so easy once you get it. In the Sheets Pane, drag tables from one sheet to another until you have all three in one sheet. Then go to that sheet and arrange the tables to your liking.
I should note that you will need to make sure that the Sheet icons are expanded: click on the triangle next to the Sheet icon until it points downward and reveals the sheet content.

How to see time taken of the footage in premier pro cs5

Hi,
I have captured the video footage from miniDV tape and brought it in premier pro cs5. I want to see the time at which the actual footage was recorded, not the file created or modified. For eg, 12th march, 2011 at 1.24PM. I tried to look under project panel and expanded it by pressing ~ key. On the right hand top fly out menu, pressed Metadata Display and searched under Premier pro project data and Basic. Couldn't find the right property to add. Any help appreciated.

How to see what is in the "other" file on itunes

I updated my iPhone about a week ago, and all my pictures got synced to itunes and of my iPhone. I cant find any of these pictures on i tunes or on my laptop. I think they are somewhere in the "other" folder on itunes, but I just dont know how to open it. It says it uses up 3gb.

You don't open "other"
This much other indicates corrupt files. A restore should resolve.

How to see more instances in the Change Log?

I'm using SAP B1 v8.82
When I pull up the change log it might show that a Sales Order has had 12 instances of changes, but it will only show the last 2 users who made changes and it will only show differences between the current version and the version of it before the most recent change. How can I make it show more?
