particular business area vendors items.

How to scrap vendor stock

Hi Everyone !
There is a scenario where a batch is lying with vendor. When we see the stock in MMBE, the batch shows up under Stock provided to vendor. The batch has already expired.
The User wants to scrap that batch. How to do this ?

If it is in unrestricted stock type, try MB1A + 551 + "O" (or MIGO instead of MB1A).

to check the characteristic value is used by which infoproviders, you may try
rsa1->infoobject->choose the characteristic->'master data maintenance', select the row for that characteristic value, and button 'delete' (trash icon) and 'save', you will get a message 'master data cannot be deleted'.
transaction slg1, object RSDMD, subobject MD_DEL, and execute, in next screen double click the top node, you will see the log, message text in below panel, e.g 'master data xyz(SID xxxxx) is used in /.../...'
xyz = characteristic value
/.../... = table name, can be dimension table of infocube, e.g /bic/d[infocubename]x, then you know which data target used the value.

How to do the repeat delta? in case of delta failed.
Where to se the failed request.
i need it urgent ,please help me in this regard.

In the infopackage which loads the master data , there is a monitor option in the top. Choose this option and give a date range. You can see here the list of all requests failed/ success/still pending
From here, if certain requests failed for delta, you can go to PSA and right click on PSA and update immediately

Or this is one of numerous bugs of BEx. Try relogon...
Foolish question: Are you sure that you are using the same infoprovider?

How to see Vendor commission

We have to give the commision at the end of the year how we can maintain it.
Some time two this vendor is sharing this commision with company also how we can maintian it and how we can see it total value anytime.

Try using Withholding tax...I think you may need to create withholding tax code and tax rates these tax code are assinged to vendor master based on tax code. Your finance team will able to give you the better understanding of Withholding tax.

How to see Sales order confirmed ATP date in SNP?

The sales orders shown in SNP are in the time bucket corresponding to the requested date by the customer.
We would like instead to see the sales order in the time bucket corresponding to the ATP confirmed date,

I suppose that the sales order you're talking about was just created in the WebClient itself? Normally a sales order is replicated to R/3 when you save it. When you save it the sales order itself becomes locked ('distribution lock'). On the sales order screen, when you press save, is the order locked (are the fields read-only)?
Normally, just saving the sales order should trigger a replication/distribution to R/3, you don't need any new buttons or anything other fancy

I know that through mb5b report you can see the stock on posting date.But guys can u tell me that from which table and field it takes the data?

Please look at transactions MCBE and MCBR. They are part of the inventory standard analysis. These will show total consumption for the selected time periods.
There is a ton of data availablie via the Logistics Information System and I think it is the most under utilized functionality in SAP. If consultants and users really learned how to use this functionality you could probably do away with 80% of your custom reports.
You can also use flexiblie analysis against structure/table S032, (not S039), and create your own analysis and reports. These can be highly customized and saved and reused. Variants can be created and the results can be saved in personal reports, emailed or downloaded.
Other structures you might find of use in your particular query would be
S031 - Movements
S032 - Stocks
S033 - Movements (indiv. records)
S034 - Movements (batches)
S035 - Stocks (batches)
S039 as suggested above provides primarily averages which is not what your looking for.

Stock in posting Date

Dear Guru
we have done sum stocks close in year ending 2008, in that time we have tranasferd Stock from material to material, we have tranferd all the stocks from material A to Material B.
But theire is no stcoks in the MMBE for material A , for todays date , when we are going to check MB5B, on 31/03/2008, it is showing valuated stock, of sum quantity,
we have checked all the Material Stock Transaction, no where it is showing stock eccept in MB5B That to posting date on 31/03/2008.
so how to remove that stock on posting date(Valuated stock). only in MB5B.

For doing stock transfer , stock must be avalaible on current date and on the last day of the previous month, if u want to to do transfer postion on previous month's date.

I would like to know how to handle vendor stock. Actually, we create a Purchase order, says 1000 each for material X. When customer A place order 50 of material X, then we will inform vendor to delivery to customer, the rest of material X in vendor is 950. How to capture those information in SAP. Thanks!

How to see data in the multi-provider ?

We have a multiprovider with the key figure as total stock, and its given as a non-cumulative kf which has a check mark next to it. Its getting data from the infocube to it, I mean there are 4 infocubes and 1 ods to the multi-provider. If I right click and see the infocube or the multi-provider and select the fields by rite click and I am unable to see the total stock kf. But if I click the actual multiprovider and click display instead of display data, I am able to see the keyfigures folder, if i expand that I see stock quantity folder and many other folders. If I expand stock quantity folder, there are 3 kf's ztotalstock, 0isstock and 0recstock. In those ztotalstok is non-cumulative checked. And I am unable to see the kf value when i rite click on the mp. So any suggestion to display the data by selecting a posting date in the mp. What my guess is , will there be any internal table/view to display the mp data. Please let me know any suggestions.

Prasanth, entering the mp name in LISTCUBE is same as right click on the mp and click on display data, where it will give the selecting criteria for the fields. But here both will display the same fields, that is not my case. I am unable to see one of the key figure which is inside the mp, have you opened any mp. Please right click on it and choose display and then go to the key figures folder , if you open that you have lot of folders in it based on the category. IN my case its the stock kf folder and if you expand that there are three kf's out of the three, one is ztotal stock which is declared as non-cumulative kf, rite next to it, option is checked. So I think that is the reson we are not able to see ztotalstock kf , no matter in the listcube or display data option on the mp. Hope you got my situation. I know how to see the data in the multi-provider or infocube. But in this case its not displaying that ztotal stock keyfigure, but in the reporting we can see the data on the mp. My question is why am I not able to see the selection for that ztotal stock key figure , either in listcube or rite clik display data option. Did anybody face this situation.
