How to select 3G network only?

Dear all,
My living places have both 2G and 3G network. But worst part is iPhone 4 is not stable with 3G network. It is 99% goes to 2G. Even though i need to stay in 3G only.
Its worst situation to me. Now i am thinking to change mobile to black berry or any android.
Because of this i hate iPhone.

That means that your provider does not have a stable 3G network. Whether you want to stay in 3G or not, if there is not a sufficient signal, the phone will move to a stronger signal. You cannot change that. You only have the choice to turn 3G on or off. If it is on and the provider does not have a 3G signal, it will go back to 2G.

How to select unchecked songs only

Over the years I've unchecked loads of tracks that I didn't want on playlists. However I'd like to reveiw them to see what's being excluded. Does anyone know how to get a selection of unchecked songs only.

Make a new Smart Playlist
Match only checked
Then another smart playlist
Playlist is not [playlist1]

WVC210 Camera selects wrong wireless network ... How to select wireless network? (multiple networks)

I have a WVC210 camera that works fine wired.
But I can not use it wirelessly, because on startup it connects to the wrong wireless network. All of my neighbors have wireless networks, so there are six wireless networks within range of the camera, it is therefore not suprising that the camera might select the wrong one first.
So.. how do I specify the wireless network that I want my camera to connect to?
I have tried various experiments, such as disabling all security on my wirless networks, but the WVC210 camera still selects the wrong wireless network.
I can tell that it is going to the wrong network, because after DHCP completes on my camera, the resolved IP is not from the subnet of the wireless network in my house.
For comparison, I found the PDF for a Linksys WVC54GCA it is possible to select from all available wireless networks... But I can't find a way with my WVC210 to select from all available wireless networks and stop the WVC210 from defaulting to the wrong wireless network.
Is there a way to list the available wireless networks and specify a chosen wireless network with the WVC210

How to select and cut only foter part of a swf flash from template, or any zone all the movie.

I have a template with flash menu. I would like to keep the rest and to delete only some zones, those with menus. This is happent often to me, I know to edit the movie,text,pictures, but I fail to resize the movie only for the zone I need it and save it for all the lenght of the movie. Maybe somene can help me.

While I'm not sure about what you want to accomplish, I'll offer a couple of possible solutions.
1. If the items that you want to remove are on the timeline, and those items are in layers that contain no content that you want to keep, then you can just select those layers and delete them.
2. If you want to remove some items from the stage, but keep the original items for some later purpose, just copy the movie and then edit the copy as in item 1.
3. If you need to remove some items from stage and then resize the stage to compensate for the loss of these items, then you may have to move and/or resize some of the items in your movie. This may be as simple as using the "edit multiple frames" selection in the timeline, or it may be much more time consuming.

Are you getting Airport confused with Airplay?
Secondly, I don't think a Mac can be used as an Airplay receiver. You'll need an Apple TV for that. There are third-party software packages that can turn your computer in to an Airplay receiver, but I'm not sure what the rules are about mentioning them here on Apple's forums.

How can I sync all files in 2 Macs using local network only?

I am looking to equip a small office with 2 Macs, iMac and MBAir. I would like for all files to be synced (either automatically, daily, or worst case, on demand). The trick is that this has to be in the local network only, as these are sensitive files. There will be a QNAP NAS on the network as well if it matters.
Maybe it is possible to setup both Time Machines to look at the same folder on the NAS? Any ideas on how to make this possible?

Try this...
have a text convo with the person you want to delete. Go to the top contact in the text convo, hit edit contact, and delete that contact.
That resolution came from another thread on this issue, and this did solve to poster's issue.

Do this.
If they are jpegs, use .jpg instead of CR2
Be sure to save this as a preset, as you WILL need it again. Mine is named "select even CR2", that is why it says that in the upper right.

When I click apply changes, my Validation check that doesn't allow nulls in the "P5_LTY" fires saying the field can't be null. The select list is grayed out and I see the value, but the validation check thinks it's null.

What you've outlined in this part of the post is all that icloud stores for you outside of the backup. If you want to restore from the icloud backup you will then have for all practical purposes a carbon restoration back to your device if you restore from the icloud backup.

I am making a PDF and creating my text to shapes/outlines. Do I seriously have to "select all" and "convert text" 20 times, once on each of my 20 pages? Its taking forever. Help me streamline, please.

For whatever reason, there have been several posts about converting text to outlines. It really needs to be emphasized that converting text to outline is extremely poor workflow and should be avoided at all cost. If the sole reason for converting to outlines are font issues, you need to learn how to make PDFs correctly. And if it's a printer request, you should (if possible) solicit quotes elsewhere. Wasn't there a poster a few weeks back who neglected to save a copy of his file before coverting text to outlines? Just for that reason alone you should never outline text. Guarantee that day will come when you forget to dupe the ID file so you can edit again at a later time. I would package a job and send the printer the ID file along with fonts and images before I sent them PDF with fonts converted to outlines. And I haven't done either of the two in years.
