How to select 'None' as an option as payment?

I had a Visa gift card as a payment method for my iTunes, and now it's all used up and can't use it anymore.. I can't update my apps or anything because it's telling me I need to update my payment method.. I just need a 'None' option. I can't find anything on my iPod or when I go onto iTunes on my computer. Help please

Yes, it is in the Mac Help files. In the Finder, click Help, and enter "selecting files" in the search. In the search results, click "Select Items." That help file describes the shortcuts. Also, here is the same help page on the Web: Select Items
If you came from Windows, selecting works pretty much the same way on the Mac. You can substitute the Mac Command key for times you would use the Windows Control key, or substitute the Mac Option key for times you would use the Windows Alt key. How to select non cumulative KF in Planning Sheet

All,
I have an aggregation level build on top of a multiprovider which contains the follwoing 3 cubes, one of the cubes is 0IC_C03 - Material Stocks/Movements (as of 3.0B).
This cube provides the total stock data. I do not plan on key figures in this cube, just read it, it is not a real time cube. I need to know my stock level per plant for today. For this there is key figure 0TOTALSTCK. I can not select this one in the aggregation level though because it is a non cumulative KF. Does anyone know a way around this?
How can I get the key figure data of 0TOTALSTCK in my planning sheet?

You might create the aggregation level direclty on top of the RT cube and add the aggragation level under the multiprovider instead of having the aggregate level over the multiprovider. Then you can have the 0TOTALSTCK on the query because it will be assigned to the multiprovider.

do you mean the vendors are the same ? it means the 10 vendors are actually 10 A/P invoices ?
if not, I am afraid that outgoing payment can take 10 different vendor codes all at once in the same outgoing payment no.
it must be using DTW but the final result is not one outgoing payment no.
You could create a consolidation vendor although actually they are not under one company group. It is in the BP master data --> tab accounting --> payment consolidation

I work for a business and when one of our users get a new iPhone we set them up with it and help them create an Apple ID so they can use the App Store. Lately, I tried creating the ID for someone on the Apple ID website instead of through the iPhone to see if it would be any faster. Well, now when I sign into it on the iPhone, it asks me to review my information and this time it won't let me select None as the option. I tried going through iTunes as well and same thing. We can't put in the user's credit card because this is for business use. How do I fix this, or is there a way to delete the user's account and recreate it the normal way?

If you have already created the Apple ID, then you need to put a credit card on the account before you can then change it to a None option.

I have added detail region in Advanced table components and if i use standard Multiselection feature the select column will be displayed first in the table but here the framework by default displays select all and select none links.
I though of adding a data column in advance table and add a item of type MessageCheckbox but since i have detail region the custom select column is displaying next to detail column but they want to display select column in the beginning.

Once your account has been established you can remove credit card details as outlined above.
When creating a new Apple ID it is possible to do so without requiring a credit card provided you go through the hoops described here: HT2534 - Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account without a credit card. This only works as you create the Apple ID.
If you've already created the Apple ID you want to use (you needed one to sign in here) but iTunes now requires a credit/debit card before it will give you access, even to free content, then there is no workaround. The card is used to verify residency in the country whose store you are trying to use. Once that has been done you can remove the credit card details as stated and rely on pre-paid cards or re-enter your details only when you want to make a purchase.

Depending on how you created your account, "None" may or may not be an option. I believe it has something to do with whether the account was made through an App Store request or the regular iTunes Store. For example, my account allows no card but my father's doesn't allow there to be no card.
To change the card, go to your account settings and change the information to your new card, and hit save.
