In the csv file, the column headers must match the the special references in curly brackets.
So you either change the column header in .csv file or the bit in the curly brackets in the Template email.
To change the column header:
In the example shown below, I wanted to use the first two columns
'First Name', 'Last Name' note the exact spelling.
I also wanted the email address which was in a column called 'Primary Email'.
To make it easier for me, I copied the Primary Email column and inserted it into the third column position and then changed the column header name from 'Primary Email' to 'Email'. (This meant I still had the original column header just in case). see image below.
But you could just change the column header name from 'Primary Email' to 'Email' without moving column about - up to you.
At this point check that all the contacts do have a valid email address.
then save the file.
If you do not want to edit the .csv file, then you need to edit the template email.
eg: {{First Name}} {{Last Name}} <{{Email}}>
change to : {{First Name}} {{Last Name}} <{{Primary Email}}>
If still having an issue, please post two images.
One image needs to show the row of column headers used in .csv file.
The other image needs to show the Template email, so I can see how you have used the curly brackets.

Have you tried to set "Output Format" for "RAW Text" to HTM in SCOT.
If HTM is missing in your dropdown-list, you could check out table SXCONVERT2. Copy the line with category T/format TXT, and change the format from TXT to HTM. The existing function
SX_OBJECT_CONVERT__T.TXT does not need to be changed. Now you should be able to choose HTM in SCOT. You will probably need som HTML-tags in your text to make it look good.

Hi,
If you are using a Workflow, in the send mail step type, simply write the e-mail link and press enter.
when the user sees the same in the outlook, he will get them as a link but this does not happens when the mail is seen in the SAp INBOX.
if you are using the FM, give the document type as 'HTM', to send mail.
This will work for you.

How do I send a fax with OSX?

Up until now I have been using FXStff, and a modem. With changes on my dedicated fax phone line, I can only use 120 minutes a month of prepaid service. If I use the next plan, they will detect my faxing, and kick me off the plan. So much for helping the small business person . . .
I heard from a tech a while ago, that I could send faxes through the system software. Does that mean it goes through the DSL service, or do I still need to pay for minutes? Also, can my client (who uses a selectronic typewriter and a fax machine), still send me faxes in her ancient way? Where do I start? Can I make this work, or is there something on the internet I need to find?

If you have a regular analog phone line, and your phone company offers "distinctive ring" (a.k.a. "custom ring"), voice and fax can peacefully coexist on a single phone line. There is a file that you have to edit using Terminal.app, and every time there is a system upgrade from 10.4.x to 10.4.(x+1) the file reverts back to its original state so you have to re-edit it, but what the heck? A small price to pay...

The article refers to Page Sender and SBC but the approach works for my 6-yr-old G4/867 with built-in analog phone data modem and OS 10.4.x's built-in fax send/receive capabilities, and my phone company, who offers distinctive ring. There are some blog posts following that article that point out that certain modems (internal and Apple-branded external ones) and computers don't support distinctive ring, though. So this may or may not work for you. Depends on what you've got.
Of course, to fax, you just do that through the print dialog box of whatever application you are using at the time. I have heard of some problems with people getting the Fax button not be grayed out. I don't remember if I had that issue. If I recall correctly from reading elsewhere, set up as much as you can in System Preferences for your Fax (Print&Fax). Then launch an Apple application like TextEdit. Print --> Fax --> Send Fax and that should create the fax driver in your user's folder's Library folder's Printers folder called InternalModem.app (at least that's what it's called on my computer).
Maybe it's just my imagination, but it does seem to take a long time to send or receive a fax, though, but the already-paid-for built-in capability of PDF faxes and no paper is something that really appeals to me.

Is there a free way to send/receive faxes with a Mac?

efax is not a reasonble option anymore as it does not allow for Mac viewing software, so is there another way to send and receive faxes on a Mac (preferably for free).

You can open online, but you can't do anything with the fax after opening it, can forward, can save, etc..."
True, you can't use eFax software, however, I have asked them to send me the fax in pdf form and that works out just fine.

Can't send a fax with Leopard

I follow setup instructions. Setup receive prefs. Scan a document in Epson Scan. Open doc in Preview. Print/Fax PDF. Open Print & Fax Prefpane and Modem Fax Queue and I see "Printing." My internal modem dials, connects, then goes silent. The line stays active on my phone for several minutes, then goes out. The modem says it is still connected. I pick up phone and get a dial tone = not connected. I manually hang up in menu bar. Modem in Print & Fax still says "In use" Here is the CUPS err log covering 2 attempts:

Running this command from Terminal should set the debug level to debug:
sudo perl -p -i.bak -e "s/^LogLevel.*\n/LogLevel debug2\n/" /etc/cups/cupsd.conf
sudo killall -HUP cupsd
I don't have any suggestions other than resetting the print system and repairing permissions, if you have not tried those already.

How to send multiple files with it's original name over HTTPS using one CC?

I am working on a File to HTTPs scenario. It is in production and working fine. Currently we send only one file and I have hard coded the name in the communication channel in the header fields. Now we have to send more files with different names and I want to use only one receiver channel instead of many. We need to send the files with their original names.
I used the ASMA in the sender File Adapter and I see the FileName in the dynamic configuration under http://sap.com/xi/XI/System/File name="FileName".
I know we can use a UDF in message mapping and get the value and put it in HEADERFIELDONE. But we don't want to use mapping as the files are huge and we don't want to insert XML tags in the payload.
So how do I put the Filename from the DynamicConfiguration to the HTTP header field as FileName without using mapping? Are there any settings?
Can I put something in the PROLOG or can I use any other module in the File Sender Adapter or is there any other option?
Any help is appreciated.

You have to put the configuration in sender channel, as HTTP adapter does not allow modules.
For the second module, put values related to HTTP adapter.

i have three Questions about the navigation function "sending an Email" at the end of an Test or Quiz, and i haven´t found any answers in the forum yet.
An Information at the beginning:
I want to use the Test without any other System, for example Moodle. It will be directly reachable with a link on a homepage.
1) Is it possible, to send an Email with answers of the User as the content in the email, and if it´s possible, how?
2) If it´s not possible, could i precast a Text in the email? Until now, there is only an empty Outlook-Window with the Emailadress.
3) Is it possible, to send an Email without Outlook, so a User can use it only web-based, for example with gmx, webmail etc...

1) Ich würde gerne am Ende meines Tests eine Email versenden lassen, welche die Antworten des vorangegangenen Tests enthält, ist das möglich und wenn ja wie?
2) Falls das nicht möglich ist, besteht die Möglichkeit, einen vorgefertigten Text + Betreff in der Email zu generieren? Derzeit öffnet sich lediglich ein Outlook Fenster bei erreichen der Folie, in welcher lediglich die angegebene Emailadresse eingetragen ist. In dieser Email soll wenn möglichst bereits ein Text integriert sein, so dass der Teilnehmer lediglich noch Angaben ergänzen muss.
3) Ist der Email Versand auch ohne Outlook möglich? Kann die Funktion also auch rein Webbasiert erfolgen?

Earlier I outlined the steps for the close project at end.
If you are wanting to use the JavaScript solution, you insert a button. Then in the action, you tell the button to execute JavaScript. Then you click the Script Window button and enter the window.close(); code.

How to send a fax by using laptop pc + N70

Dear friends, can you give me any advise for this practise: edit a fax file on laptop, following, setup a connection between pc and my N70 with bluetooth device, then send the fax out via my N70.
