How to send a mail from SAP to Users more than 200

some one can help i have one scenario in my company we have to send a mail to our user more than 200 to inform price changes once in a month or two month

As you want to send to around 200 customers then maintain a condition record with the combination of Output medium 7 in the Output medium field
Second Option is Go to VA02 -> Edit -> Editor to reach the SAPscript Editor and then come back to the header output data and then The system sends the electronic mail at the time you have specified in the timing data..

How do I stop Mail from requesting passwords on more than 120 accounts every time it runs? Unbelievably tedious and frustrating!

I've made sure that Mail has unlimited access to Keychain entries, but it still demands Keychain passwords for accounts every time the Mail app runs.
I've tried everything I can think of — and I'm frankly fed up with the utter lack of response from Apple. They've obviously abandoned the Mail app.

We used smtp mail at SAP via Exchange with 3.party (sendmail,indigomail etc.) But Now I dont know how will we send smtp mail from SAP.

Problem sending externail mail from SAP

I am facing problem in sending external mail from SAP. for ex: yahoo, hotmail like that. But, i can able to send the mails to my domain ids. I have configured both the SMTP and SAP internet gateway to send mails.
But, i dont know what could be the problem in sending external mails.
Is there any body to help me in this regard

Let's summarize - my request concerns a SRM Workflow :
I am ordering an article. When the order is higher than 2'000 USD, I need to get the approval of my manager.
That's the workflow.
Workflow :
1. I am user in DL1 SAP System.
    UserName : CharlesN
    In SU01,
    charles(a)green.com
2. From DL1 SAP system, I order articles. The order total amount is higher than 2'000 USD.
    In the workflow, an mail from DL1 is automatically send to my manager in his MS-Outook inbox.
    (manager(a)green.com)
3. My manager reads the mail I have sent him and give his approvals by clicking on a approvals button.
    When clicking the button, an mail must be automatically send from my manager MS-Outlook inbox
    to DL1 to CharlesN inbox in SBWP in DL1 SAP system.
I have configured SCOT and read OSS Note 455140.
The SAPconnect virtual host is activated in DL1 (SICF).
I think a miss a step in our mail server to relay a mail from MS-Outlook to my SAP system.
Any suggestion is welcome.

What method are you using to send email from your form now? If you are using UTL_SMTP, you can set the MIME_TYPE = 'HTML' as Francois suggests. If you are using an OLE call to Outlook or a email JavaBean? The method you use to send email will dictate how you send Rich Text/HTML email messages.

FYI this is the sytax I use to send an email in one of my pages as part of a PL/SQL process...
l_id := APEX_MAIL.SEND(p_to      => v_recipient_mail
                      ,p_from    => '[email protected]'
                      ,p_body    => l_body
                      ,p_subj    => 'Issue Updated Regarding: '||INITCAP(:P203_SUBJECT)
                      ,p_cc      => v_cc_recipients
