How to send a request for new updates for BC?

I'm looking at creating a website for a College and I'm looking at BC to manage this. My problem so far is that the admin section is nice and all but there is no way to give a new admin rights to specific page / pages. Which was so nicely done with Adobe Contribute. Since Contribute is basically going to the waste side. I need something that can work at that level.
Any suggestions on How to request this for the admin section?

Unfortunately there's no option to give web page specific permissions to an admin at this stage.
The only workaround is to use workflow as a "content approval" workflow to monitor edits.

I have using my iPhone 4S over an year now and abit , just today the device shows that there were an new software for update, which i have done it
and now my iphone 4S cannot be turned on for I dont have any ideas what was wrong.
It keeps asking me to hook my phone to iTunes which I have also been tried out and obviously there must be a failure,,,
can you please help me to fix this problem thank you?
Or Can I just take my iPhone to the Apple shop on Monday to the Zurich Apple store at the Bahnhofstrasse?
I am feeling very uncomfy as all my emails and others stuff are linked to the iphone which I cant use it at all

Okay, I'm getting tired of the broad language some people use like "put it in the freezer."
First, let me lay out the theory for you:
If you have an iPhone that you know is most likely not damaged, then heating your phone with a hairdrier and then allowing it to cool may work for you, because when an iPhone becomes hot, it turns off non-essential parts of it to prevent it from becoming damaged and to not use, potentially, additional heat.
This, in theory, creates a hard reset INSIDE the phone.
The following works for me, but remember, you must be willing to try this. Weigh any pro's and con's with this.
Procedure:
1) Take the iPhone and place it on a breathable surface, like an ironing board.
2) For as drawn out as possible, heat the iPhone with a hair drier. The longer it takes to heat up, the less damage becomes a possibility.
3) Continue this until you see a temprature warning. I recommend leaving the screen on while doing this, so you can stop as soon as you see it. Important: do not continue heating past the temprature warning.
4) Allow the iPhone to cool down. Putting it in the refridgerator is risky; allow it to cool down with the air. This might take over 20 minutes, depending on your enviorment.
5) Once you have your iPhone usable again, turn it off and turn it back on. Your Wi-Fi should be, by defualt, on now.

How many do not like the new update for the droid maxx? How do you unupdate your phone?

The alarm clock is harder to manage. Before it was nice neat simple and easily readable. I have 4 alarms I use. I change the times around sometimes and I used to be able to see them all. I pick the one I want. Quick 2 sec change and done.
Now its large and harder to read. Go into the Alarm and you have to go around. I used to just type the hr I want or scroll up.
After selecting an alarm. When I was done. I could easily select the next one I wanted because It would revert back to neat simple view. Not now. That alarm takes up the whole screen.
When unlocking the screen I used to be able to go left to get straight to the phone. Go down for a text. Not anymore.
When in a call and I changed apps. I could go back to the phone by selecting the phone pic. The dial pad would be right there. Switch the speaker on and off.
Now once I switch out from phone and I can't get back to the dial pad.
From home screen scroll left to bring up
ringtone.
wifi
bluetooth and so on.
I select the on off for wifi in 1 second. Nope. Have to go into the option and change it.
It updated my google maps. I don't like the new one and I can't change it back to the original. On the original I used to be and to look at different options to my routing. Now thats not possible.
Hasn't any business ever heard of the term.

Umm. Yeah. thats usually what happens when you update something. Things change.
I didn't say I didn't want my phone to be improved to work faster.
I did however say I didn't want it completely changed.
The look of it alone causes me headaches.
I don't want you to fix any issues other than getting rid of the update. Thats it. I will be, along with everyone else, will be happy when someone does something to get rid off this ugly looking, update.
Its simple. I just don't want the new look.
If I wanted it to look the way it does now. I would have gone to the store and bought a phone that has this look.

I did a factory reset. It does not do anything except remove the settings app and other info.
Then when the phone turned on. It started updating every single app I owned. Its trying to run up my bill.

Go to app store hit stop. Change the settings auto update off.
Didn't work. 10 minutes later while waiting on hold I happen to look at my phone again. It started downloading them all again. I stopped them. Double checked my settings. Made sure auto update was off.
I have a few apps I don't update and they work perfectly fine.
I like them that way.

You should also try the recent app screen/view to switch between apps and the dialer to return to the dialer screen.
Your in a phone call. Go to the home screen. Click the phone button.

Hmmm. Option 1 and 2 do exactly the same thing. Now whos bright idea was it to have 2 options in the same menu. To do exactly the same thing.
Why don't we just select the phone and it brings up the dialpad.

Not sure what you mean when you say Text Entry missing. Try opening and closing iTunes and relaunch iMovie to see if that helps. You can also reinstall iMovie 10,1,1 from the App store. Just put iMovie app in the trash and log into App store and redownload. If you upgraded from iMovie 9 it should still be in your Applications Folder labeled iMovie 9,0,9.

The update alerts are fake, and are intended to dupe you into installing malware or disclosing private information so that your identity can be stolen.
You might get the alerts when visiting a website that has been hacked. Don't visit the site again. If applicable, notify the site administrator of the problem, but don't send email to an unknown party.
If you get the alerts when visiting more than one well-known website, such as Google, YouTube, or Facebook, then they're almost certainly the result of an attack on your router that has caused you to get false results from looking up the addresses of Internet servers. Requests sent to those sites are redirected to a server controlled by the attacker. It's possible, but less likely, that the DNS server used by your ISP has been attacked, but you should assume that the router is at fault until proven otherwise.
The router's documentation should tell you how to reset it to the factory default state. Usually there's a pinhole switch somewhere in the back. It may be labeled "RESET." Insert the end of a straightened paper clip or a similar tool and press the button inside for perhaps 15 seconds, or as long as the instructions specify.
After resetting the router, quit the web browser and relaunch it while holding down the shift key. From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data
and confirm. Do the equivalent if you use another browser. Open the Downloads folder and delete anything you don't recognize.
Then go through the router's initial setup procedure. I can't be specific, because it's different for every model. The key points are these:

2. Set a strong password to protect the router's settings: at least ten random upper- and lower-case letters and digits. Don't use the default password or any other that could be guessed. Save the password in your keychain. Any password that you can remember is weak.
3. If the router is wireless, or if you have a wireless access point on the network, use "WPA 2 Personal" security and set a different strong password to protect the network. If the router or access point doesn't support WPA 2, it's obsolete and must be replaced.
During the time the router was compromised, you were redirected to bogus websites. If you ever connected to a secure site and got a warning from your browser that the identity of the server could not be verified, and you dismissed that warning in order to log in, assume that your credentials for the site have been stolen and that the attacker has control of the account. This warning also applies to all websites on which you saw the fake update alerts.
Check the router manufacturer's website for a firmware update.
If you downloaded and installed what you thought was a software update, ask for instructions.

Last night i was downloading the new update for the Iphone, and after the download was done and trying to install, it errored out. And now my phone is stuck on the screen with the itunes icon and the USB.

Last night i was downloading the new update for the Iphone4 on my laptop through Itunes. After the download was done, it was starting to install, and then an error came up and didnt get a chance to check it. Now my Iphone is stuck on the screen with the USB pointing to the Itunes Icon and wont do anything else. Any advice on how to get this fixed, or do i need to go to the Apple store and have them look at it.

The problem was finally solved. I am writing very simple solution for those who may have same issue. I tried 1st solution proposing to exclude HDD from Spotlight search and then to restore it (delete from exceptions). It worked for some time and removed notification, however later it appeared again. Then I has started thinking that it was caused by data inside some installed SW and it has been proved later. I have started excluding from Sportlight not all HDD but by folder, searching for the problem area. I have discovered that folder Games was causing the issue. Then I have started to delete installed games one by one and have found Game with was triggering this notification (for other SW!). Problem was fixed after deleting this game. Other deleted games could be easily restored from recycle been.

You have both your older iWork apps and the newer Maverick apps on your computer.
The new Maverick apps are in the Applications folder.
The older iWork apps are in the Applications/iWork folder.
Of the two, the older iWork apps are more useful so don't throw them out.

Maybe:
Restore loop (being prompted to restore again after a restore successfully completes)
Troubleshoot your USB connection. If the issue persists, out-of-date or incorrectly configured third-party security software may be causing this issue. Please follow Troubleshooting security software issues. .
Next try placing in DFU mode and then restoring.

Then try restoring on another computer.
Last, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

How to do approvals only on new updates?

We usually set deadlines on installation of updates. The problem we have is that when the new month's updates come out and we set deadline on needed updates, it also lists all our old updates. So, when we set new approvals and deadlines that
are intended for new updates, it keeps moving the installation deadline forward even on very old updates. This causes automatic installation of some very old critical updates to be delayed when a new application such as Project or Visio is installed
on an existing workstation. If someone installs an Office application that needs updates from prior months, we would like the updates to install immediately based on the already passed deadline.
When we are doing monthly update approvals, how can we filter the All Updates list to show only the updates for that month so that previous old approvals are not changed. I don't see any date filters.
Filtering by status of "unapproved" does not work because there are auto-approval rules for our update testing groups that prevents updates from showing in the filter as approval status "Unapproved."

There was nothing wrong with your previous practice of only approving updates that are displayed in NEEDED status. In fact, this is the recommended practice for managing update approvals.
There may be scenarios in which an out-of-date system triggers the need to approve a legacy update that no other systems need anymore, but this should be a fairly rare occurrence.
Obviously there's a scenario where an application is installed and needs updates, and there's also the scenario where a NEW system is put on the network and needs ALL of the available updates for that operating system. (This is where maintaining a patched
image and using WDS or MDT can be a lifesaver.)
I would not recommend "approve all updates whether needed or not" as a response to the occasional scenario that diverges from your normal routine. The impact of approving hundreds, if not thousands, of additional updates, plus the gigabytes of file storage
that will be consumed, is not worth the perceived benefit.
