If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address - if it doesn't show then you don't have a rescue email address.

So, I made my account a while ago before I had an iPhone so I can get music. The result of that I can't remember my security questions, and it tells me to send a rescue email an alert, but it doesn't show you how to get to that page. I am getting quite annoyed because apples hours arent the best fitted to my scedule since I have school and work, so I cant call and ask how to get fixed. Please help me all I want to do is buy some music...

When I sign in to my Apple ID in "My Apple ID" and go to "Passwod and Security" I should answer the security questions but I don't remeber them and the bar that says "send to rescue email" doesn't show !! How could I recover the questions??
You will have to contact iTunes Support and tell them you have forgotten your Security Questions and need them reset. They will respond to you by email, usually within 24 hours. Here are two links to contact iTunes Support:

If you need to add or change a rescue email on your Apple ID, see this article:

You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:
Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.

I. Forgot the answers to my apple id security questions. I cant buy anything from the app store. I have tried manage your account and tried to send a rescue email but i dont have the option. This is so annoying and i have tried many things, help!

The link will only show if you have a rescue email address on your account. If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

I don't remember my security answers and I have two emails set up. The websites keep saying to send a rescue email but it doesn't give me the option to send one. Use the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article; if you didn't previously set up a valid rescue email address, which isn't the same as an alternate email address, only Apple itself can assist with recovering lost answers.

i would guess that you are trying to write the message possibly in the field designed for a contact name or phone number that you would like to send it to, if you go down to the rest of the lines you will be able to type your message. this is just a guess but it sounds like this might be the issue. if not please elaborate so we can assist you better.
