How to send a text message via email

I researched and did some trials and found out i can send multimedia messages via email and not text..
MMS - 10 Digit [email protected] - WORKS !!
Text mail - 10 Digit [email protected] - DOESN'T Work.
Can someone help ?

Help with what? It looks like it's working exactly as it's supposed to.
If you want to send a plain text message, no formatting, no signature, no smilies, no extra anything, then use plain text mode and send it via vtext.com If there is a picture, or it's an html email, it needs to be sent via vzwpix.com.

It sounds like you need to enable Text Message Forwarding on your iPhone for your iPad to send MMS/SMS messages through your phone.
Connect your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac using Continuity
Go to Messages > Text Message Forwarding, and enable the device(s) you would like to forward messages to.
Your Mac, iPad, or iPod touch will display a code. Enter this code on your iPhone to verify the SMS feature.

You can't. You can't without a 3rd party app. I have developped a free application, Easy Group, to create your groups directly on iPhone, and then to send group text and group emails.

Help! New iphone 3g not sending/recieving text messages or email!!!

Hey guys. I just got myself a 3g iphone today and im already havin issues with it. I updated to 3.1.2 right off the bat.
Well it seems that i can send email, but that seems to be about it. I can not send or recieve text messages. I can recieve email, but it will not notify me when I get a new email. The only way i can find out if i have a new email is by opening the mailbox and waiting for it to refresh.
Isnt this thing suposed to push my emails and notify me as soon as they are sent? How do i get this and my text messaging working? This is so disapointing since my wife just got a $10 phone that worked flawlesly right out of the box.

First off, Reset your iPhone. Hold down the sleep and home buttons, ignore the off slider, wait for the Apple logo to appear then let the buttons go. After it resets try to send a text message again. If it does not work there is probably an issue with your carrier and you will have to contact them.
As far as mail, do you have a MobileMe, Yahoo push, GMail push, or Exchange mail account? Because these are the only ones that will Push your mail to the iPhone. If you do have one of these make sure Push is turned on in the Mail settings. If you don't have one of these you can go to the Mail settings and specifying a mail Fetch period.

I send email messages to an email address that is a phone number (example: [email protected]) It is received by the telephone as an SMS message no problems. Are you able to send messages with that mail object if the email address contains only letters? (this is what it sounds like what you are explaining, but I have not had this problem) Version of LookOut you are using?

Just choose FIle>Send SMS.

You cannot set up reminders for events that will be sent via iMessage or SMS.

I used my Old Rokr to Send my Daily Devotional's though Text Messages becasue i can send it to Diffrent users with one Text Message. It was simple just make the Message then you checked off who you wanted to get it. I dont see nothing like this on the phone to send One message to Diffrent people. Anyone know if there is a way?

It is currently not possible to send an SMS message to multiple recipients.
Hopefully with a software upgrade they will add this, but don't count on it.

Siri no longer will send a text message via voice control

I've used Siri on my iPhone 5 in conjunction with my BluTooth car stereo to compose and send text messages for awhile but last week it stopped sending them. It will still compose them, read them back to me, and ask me if I want to send. When I tell her to send she says "Ok I will send your message." But then she never does. It doesn't seem to send them from the handset either unless I type it in. Not from Siri. What may have happened?

Do you have the Onavo app installed? If so, try removing it.
1. Go to your Settings app -> General -> Profiles
2. Locate the profile called "Onavo"
3. Tap Remove
4. Go back to your home screen and delete the Onavo Extend icon
