After triggering the output,goto T.Code SOST and process it.
So that e-mail will be triggered immediately.
You can use External send/EDI/simple mail for this.

1) Mail- Composing- checked "Automatically- Bcc"
2) Mail- Composing- unchecked "when sending to a group, show all member addresses"
The result is that all names continue to show up with email addresses for group emails.

I write a test program , but it doesn't work , use any exists ALV program in the system , and use the "sendlist " program to send the email. what I want is when I restrict some conditons in the selection-screen , then it send ALV to Email .

Well, to understand your requirements can I ask this:
You said earlier you want a report sent whenever records that meet a criteria exist, correct? So you want the application to query for a condition, and when that condition occurs (a row with primary Key = X, a select COUNT(1) for rows with column X returns a result of 1 or more)
Then you would schedule a batch job:

Unfortunatly it just makes one big jpeg and there is no setting to say how you would like the ouput. Also the quality of the output is very bad...print it and you'll see. I have the same problem. If you use the ald it actually gives you an option of if you would like pdf, tiff,etc and is very good quality. But SAP is ending there relationship with the company that made the ald. another option is you install a pdf converter/driver. Basically you say print to this driver and it then makes a pdf file. Good quality. The one i have will even ask if you want to mail, if yes it will place it in outlook mail message automatically and it's for FREE.

How to send photos as email attachments???

This is a ridiculously easy and simple question but I'm a mac newbie and can't figure out how to send photos as email attachments, not embed them in the body of the email. Every time I go to send a picture or group of pictures from i-photo an email message opens....the pictures are embedded in the body of the email and that's how they appear to receipients. In a test, I've sent them to a PC...the message comes through just fine but the photos don't have separate attachments that I can click on and "save as." they come through as bitmap files. Any ideas? THANK YOU.

It will not ALWAYS fix the problem that this topic is about; I had my Mail preferences set to send as Plain Text and it did not fix the problem. Additionally, since there is NOT an option in Iphoto as you previously noted, it might be confusing to some people.
However, for those of you who have the same problem, there seems to be a solution that worked for me. I also had the problem that Mail was overriding my sizing preference when I selected them in Iphoto (share > email) and always sending them as small instead of medium as I preferred.
Since it seems that sometimes Mail does not deploy the plain text default so you need to kick start it to remember. This is how I did it....
- Select the photos you want and hit SHARE > EMAIL in Iphoto
- Now, in Mail click on the photo browser button
- Find another photo in Iphoto via the browser and drag and drop it into the email that you're composing
- You'll see a size option appear in the bottom right hand corner
- Playing around with the sizing option a few times kicked it into gear and it seems to be working better since then

You need to maintain the partner profile (transaction WE20) for the customer to whom you want to send invoices.
Example: customer no. 1000
1) Create new entry for partner type KU (= customer)
2) Maintain outbound parameters: parter role = PY (payer), message type = INVOIC
3) Maintain details for outbound: port (e.g. send to SAP-XI), transfer immediately (or collect), basic type = INVOIC02
4) Maintain message control, e.g. V3 / ZRDE / SD09
Open an invoice for customer 1000 and go to message output. Create a new message output ZRDE / Medium = 6 (EDI) / PY / 1000.
This message can be sent either immediately or via a schedules job.
However, if the sent invoice arrives at your customer depends on whether your customer is able to receive IDocs or is using an EDI subsystem. In this case the IDoc needs to be converted into an EDI message (e.g. EDIFACT or ANSI.X12).

Open the photo, assuming it is in Photos, and then in the lower left corner under the photo is a box with an up-pointing arrow. Tap that box, and then the photo will have a blue circle with a checkmark in its lower right corner and the word Next at the upper right. Tap Next, then choose how you want to send the photo, by text message, email, and so on. Simply address the method you have chosen and put in any text you want to include.

Error 400 - cant send photos through email

I have windows 7 home premium, and can not send pictures through email. I keep getting an error 400, and called in but was sent to Revel. I use photoshop elements 9, and can not send any pictures. Any Ideas?

With PSE 9, you can't use revel from within PSE.
