How to send message to another user?

Is there any possibility to contact with another user on forum? I know his MSDN profile name but I don't know his e-mail.

Unfortunately it happens.
Names are under a first come first serve bases. So once it has been taken, it has been taken.
My nickname is the same on here, Microsoft Community forums. However, on the Xbox Forums, and Office 365 forums, they are completely different.
Glad, however, I am mainly active on the Microsoft Community forums though. Unfortunately even a Moderator, with the right powers, can change the name for you. This is because it will go against their policies. As, especially on the MC Community, we
are not allowed to edit the content of posts, nor edit information that is not against the code of conduct set. This will more then likely be the same for these guys on here.
So really, the only way to contact them is like I have stated above.

I would like to send a message to the users regarding the shutting down of the database.
for example.
we have six users in our test environment and they are using sql*plus.
the users should get a message in their sql*plus regarding the database shutdown.
how can i send a message to their sql*plus?

You aren't issue a shutdown normal, are you?
In that case you have to wait until everyone has left Oracle.
But normally one uses shutdown immediate and users will be disconnected gracefully.
In that case a message is also not required, because everyone will get an error message, as soon as he/she attempts to do anything.
But heck, why are you shutting down during office hours in the first place, and why don't you communicate with those developers about a timeframe you can shutdown?

How can local user send message to other user via OSX server in mac maverick

I just install OS X server in mac mavericks and enable services such as message, DNS, VPN, etc. I also create local users and local network users. I add some local users from OSX server to Message app in order to message to server, but I cannot send any message to those user, even Bonjour is available but I cannot use it to send message in local network.

I try to access to my local OS X server via IP address by using other PC, Mac and iPhone and I can get this interface:
I already try in iPhone to send message to local user in OS X server after accessing to OS X server via IP Address, but I don't know how local user can get that message and I see nothing in message_archives of message data of server. Therefore, how each user in OSX server can message to each other across OSX server ? Does Admin have to write some codes or make configuration for providing message services to those users ?

Client users need to use XMPP client app to log in to server with account name like in server , then user can send message to other users in server. Client users can use iphone, pc, or mac.

Following the steps:
Basic configuration - RFC Connections to SAP
Check if the RFC Connectino SAPOSS is working properly
Check if load distribution group is set to EWA
The RFC Connections:
- SAP-OSS (Send Message to SAP)
- SAP-OSS-LIST-O01 (Update Message from SAP)
will be created automatically by the system with a user which has been assigned
previously.

With transaction SM59 you can adjust the RFC connections.

- To forward Service Desk notifications and Issues to SAP, you need to assign a user to the SAPNet R/3
Front-end connection to SAP.
Activities:
- 1. From the SAP Solution Manager (transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER), choose (Edit-> Global Settings.
- 2. Choose Display<->Change.
- 3. For SAP Service Marketplace, specify http://service.sap.com as the URL.
- 4. In the Connection to SAP tab, specify SAPOSS as the RFC destination. Note that the entry is casesensitive.
- 5. For User forwading messages, enter a valid user and a password. This user will require all the authorizations for SAPNet R/3 Front-end for your customer number.

In the View Menu once you have a Chat window open is the Messages item which allows you to change the style of the IM.
However this still sends a HTML like packet for dispalyiing the info at the other end.
This does not work to ICQ users.
Chax, an iChat Add-on, works in iChat 5 and lower (although there are then different versions) and can strip out the HTML part for sending to ICQ users.
However there is not yet a Lion/iChat 6 version.

I write some codes in application.onConnect
when a user connect, it will add users list.
In application.onDisconnect, when a user disconnect, it will
remove from users list.

shareobject. the shareobject is called in other clients.
Other client can retrieve the remove user message, they will

Here's two way to enqueue/publish new message into multi-consumer queue.

The iPad cannot send SMS texts - it is not a cellular phone, and SMS texting is a cellular phone feature (SMS uses the voice channel to send).
