How to send MMS in IPHONE
There is no option in iPhone for MMS , Please if anybody know please let me know

Since you can email pictures you have taken, to send a picture to any cellphone just email it to the recipients MMS email address. All you will need to do is enter the recipients 10 digit number into the appropriate carrier field.

Have you tried calling VZW tech support? If the people at the location you went to had no clue what they were really doing (it would seem that way if they didn't offer to replace your device...even if they didn't have one in stock they could have placed an order for it...wouldn't be an immediate fix but it would have shown some initiative)...someone at tech support over the phone may have better success.

I can't send MMS messages from my Iphone 4S. I can send them over iMessage, however (and apparently I can receive them from anyone).
MMS messaging is turned on, and I already took it to the AT&T store. They said there should be no problem from their end (with my account etc)
I also tried restoring the phone, that didn't work.
I don't want to have to schedule an appointment to take it to the apple store, so I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions before I do that.

Any help?What network are you using because some of the secondary parasite operators the likes of Virgin, Giff gaff, Tesco, BT Mobile, Lyca and Libara are very difficult and in some cases impossible to set up correctly on an iphone.
To set these up you need to be able to see a additional menu in settings.
Go to settings/General//Network.
Here you may see an additional Menu called Cellular Data Network however not always and that's the problem.
It only shows if the sim card supports it and many of those parasite cards simply don't
If you are lucky and BT Mobile for one does support and show this menu you can tap on it .
Here you can modify and add the correct MMS strings for those networks, rather than those of the host network.
It should allow you to send/receive SMS and MMS messages.
If this menu does not show you are stuffed unless you jailbreak. -
I have an iphone 5 with the latest version of ios and cant send mms. Tried reset network settings and almost all of combinations but still dont work. My account on service provider is ok cause i cant send them from a iphone 4. Apriciate some help thanks.
Try these things in order and see if it fixes it
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears then let go.
Backup, reset, restore on icloud or itunes or restore as new.
Place the phone into recovery mode by doing this
If this fails to fix the problem make an appointment and visit and Apple store or an authorised service provider -

How to send MMS without a picture?
Am I right that there is'nt the possibility to send a MMS without attachnig a picture? That's a function of all phones I know supporting MMS.

That would EMS - Enhanced Messaging Service, where you can send formatted text. As to your question the device does not have the ability to send MMS with out some type of Media. As the question you asked about MMS I am unsure why you referenced the "send an email argument". That is not the topic you posted about and as such wouldn't bring that into this and I am confused as to why you made that statement.
