Go to Settings>Messages and be sure MMS Messaging is set to On. Then tap the media button (see image below) and either take a photo or choose an existing photo or video you want to send. Note: your messaging plan with your carrier must include MMS messaging in order to do this.

I experienced in coding sending and receiving sms in J2ME. Besides, I also esperienced in coding reading a binary file in a applicaition jar. But I never done these both together. Hence Im not sure it works or not. Below is the example to open and read a binary file:

Why won't my iphone 5 send picture messages

So I had an iphone 4 which was configured to another network, a GSM network but now I have an iPhone 5 which is on AT&T's network. It seems that my iPhone 5 wont let me send picture messages unless its through imessage. Could this possibly be due to the network setting that were on my iPhone 4 ? if so how do i reverse this

It shouldn't have anything to do with the iPhone 4 if your iPhone 5 has been activated properly. You would've received a new sim since they use different size sim cards. Try going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. This will give your phone a reboot and fix any network related issues. Also, try going into Settings>Messages>Make sure MMS Messaging is turned ON.

6280 sending picture messages

Hi,
I've been trying to send picture messages but although it seems that they are going from my side, they never arrive at their destination! I then tried to send to an e.mail address but it says the image is too large to attach!
Any ideas on how to resize the image so that I can send it or why my pix would not be reaching their destination?

Check that MMS is turned on in your settings menu.

Brand new LG G2 and unable to send picture messages?

i was able to send picture messages until two days ago. Now I am unable too. Is there anything I can do to be able to send pictures again?

I was told by a service tech that this is a known problem with the LG G2. It apparently was caused by a google update and they aren't correcting it till September, by apparently doing another update.. I am on my 2nd LG G2 phone. My 1st one worked for3 months and started not sending pics or receiving pics with messages. The 2nd one worked for 3 days before it started doing the same thing. I did everything they told me to do plus a hard reset which I did several times and only works for 3 days. And who wants to reset their phone every 3 days. My phone also will only let me open a few emails before I get a "failed" "server not responding", try again later. Have no idea if that is connected with the pic text messages or not, but it is annoying. If google can not get the issue corrected then I understand they will issue new phones. I really don't understand how everything is connected and if someone can explain it further I'd like to hear. Hope this helps.

3G isnt working and I cannot receive or send picture messages...Anyone else having this problem?

Select option 2 when prompted
Listen to be advised that the update was successful
The device will power off and on (if this is not completed automatically, complete is manually)

i recently purchased a 8gb iphone 4 and up untill a week ago it has been fine but recently on texts i havent been able to send picture messages i can send normal texts and i can resive picture messages its just every time i go to send one it stops sending on the bar at the top and a sighn has appeared i have looked around the internet and i cant find how to solve this problem

Hi my iPhone 5 won't send picture messages any ideas ? I've tried turning wifi off still won't send , turning the phone off and on same again Wong send ....... Can anybody help ? Thanks

not sure what carrier you are using but i use straighttalk and had same issue....here is how i resolved it
1. delete any profiles you have saved settings>general>profile delete if you see profile there if not go to step 2
2. turn on wifi (my internet was also not working)
3. open safari
4. type iapnupdatetfdata.straighttalk.com
5. download profile
6. turn off wifi
7. turn off phone
8. turn on phone
my internet and pictures worked after this, any user, any carrier, no issues....hope this is helpful!

Yes, im sure. I went to Apple.com and got the number. the number was 1800-694-7466. Spoke to a tech and he guided me thru but wouldn't give me the answer. Crazy I know.

What a great question, banks1976. Do you get an error when trying to send a picture message? Have you been able to get any picture messages? Go to settings>general>cellular>enable data
Also, ensure data roaming is on from settings>general>cellular>roaming>enable

Hi have the Blackberry curve and it will not send picture messages anymore. It used to work fine. When I try to send it looks like its sending... but then does nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this?

So you never see the red X appear next to the MMS message?
It just continues to try to send?

1. Options > Advanced > Host Routing Table > Menu > Register.
2. Resend your service books from your carrier BIS site.
