How to send Proof of Purchase (Win7 Upgrade program)

I've ordered win7 about a week ago but haven't received any email (except the first one with confirmation). At the end of the message it was written that I will soon receive an email with some instructions but it never came. I asked someone from the helpdesk and received a fax number and an email, where I should send the scan of POP. But... How do you do that? Do you need some kind of a form to fill or type something in the topic of the message, maybethe order number? I don't know... Nobody seem to care in Lenovo. I know they have a lot of orders right now, but still... It's only a month left till the end of the program. thx for reply

Now ensure that vendor master of the po has got the external e-mail id of the vendor. Now go to ME22n in mesages create a message with medium = 5 ( External Send ). Go to communication method, key in Communication strategy.Go to Further date & against Despatch time pick up option 4 viz. Send immeidately while saving an application. Now once you press the save button it will be sent to the address maintained in the vendor master of the vendor of the PO. Please note you require some basic settings from BASIS side as well.

Send Notifications for Purchasing Documents Concurrent Program fails

Hi,
We have Oracle EBS 11i (11..5.10) - Oracle Financials and Order Management implemented on Single Node Windows 2003.
Send Notifications for Purchasing Documents Concurrent Program is scheduled to run every 10 minutes and sometimes Completes with Error.
Due to this other Concurrent Requests arr going to Pending Normal.
During this time a pop-up window appears on the server's console with message like 'FNDLIBR.exe has encountered errors......' with OK button. Once I click the OK button other Concurrent Request are able to Run and completes.
Usually the Send Notifications for Purchasing Documents Concurrent Program completes normally in 1 min or less. The ones that Completes with Error have run for more than 2-3 hours.
Please let me know how to troubleshoot this issue. Windows Event Viewer also shows this error " Faulting application FNDLIBR.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module SQLLIB80.DLL, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00009e1f."

This note advices to apply patch 5567785 (one-off patch).yes it is, i suggest check first you have this patch on your system or not. If it doesnt than i suggest take backup for if something goes wrong after patch. Than apply patch to your test instance

How to send a 'ESC' to a native program

Dear,
I'm calling a native program using: Runtime.getRuntime().exec(cmd);
This command opens cmd.exe.
I use the outputstream to move to the right directory and open the desired program.
The program executes properly but when it finishes, it asks to push the escape button to continue.
How can I simulate the 'pressing of the escape button' via the outputstream?
I already tried to send the entire ascii table(1 by 1) but the program doesn't terminate.
Also tried the Robot class without success.
Does someone knows how to handle this?

The program that I'm calling does not have a GUI and it expects the pressing of the ESC-button on the keyboard.
The program does not respond to the keyboard if the window is not active.That probably means the program does not read 'ESC' on its stdin, but merely listens for a "graphical" event indicating "key ESC pressed".
In this case, as per camickr correction, Robot might generate this native event, but the app (or its launching window) will not receive it if it doesn't have the focus.
One not-so-nice way could be to display the app window or terminal (using xterm -e /path/to/real/app on Unices, start \path\to\real\app on Windows, with various options to handle titles and pathes), and the user would have to click on this window and then type the 'ESC' key.
A few words on the drawback:
- how to automate giving the focus to the app terminal, so that the user doesn't have to click on it?
Of course it depends on your application: is it general purpose app running on general purpose desktops, or worse portable across different OS? Then you're most probably stuck.
I"ve had to work on constrained environments where our app were almost the only one to run, and managed the whole screen. When launching an external app from the main Java launcher, for some dedicated task, the main Java app would simply hide or iconify itself, and the forked app was the only active one.
- how to automate typing the ESC key?
See camickr reply about Robot being able to send a native event to the current focused app.
- how to control (more or less) how the app terminal displays?
Give up any hope of portability. But there are system-specific ways to fix a terminal's look (in the sense of "windowing-system-specific", two window managers on Linux will support different options).
- how to pipe the launched app output to the Java window?
First, that may not be necessary once you and the user have accepted that the native console will indeed show up. If you still want the app output, for display of to parse it from the Java launcher, then again look around system-specific options. e.g.:

How can I load already purchased/owned CS5 programs onto new computer

Was able to load Adobe Acrobat 9 from one of the disks in my CS5 Web Premium kit onto my new laptop...but could not do the same with the other disk provided...Web Premium (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator,etc) The only option was to click on the internet shortcut Adobe Go Live Migration Kit which unfortunately took me to a page that is no longer available. Have been trying to load this since yesterday! Must be done today! Please HELP!

I ordered a Win 7 on Lenovo win7 upgrade option site today, i`ve got an email with details of my order, but there is nothing about sending proof of purchase i read before that it`s nessesery but i didn`t get any information about how to send this proof of purchase and where.
In my email there is only information about order, my status,
Order Status              Pending for Payment
Payment Status         Pending for deduction
Payment Date         NA
and this:

gorzi, welcome to the forum,
don't panic! On the underside of your sytem is a label, on it you will find your type - model number, serial number and date of manufacture. Lenovo know, through the model and s/n when your system was manufactured. I'll bet that your manufacture date starts with 09 followed by a number larger than 06. In other words; if it's after 09/06 you don't need to provide proof of purchase as the system wasn't built before the upgrade program started.
Your credit card will be charged when they send the discs.

Transfer warranty, proof of purchase, snow leopard upgrade.

Hey all, I recently purchased a used macbook from a seller. I verified the warranty and it was valid. I have some questions. First: How would i transfer the warranty to my name? Second: When i upgrade to snow leopard in September, how would i show proof of purchase if i bought it used? Would there be anyway to transfer the proof of purchase to my name. The original owner sent me his online receipt which showed the order number etc..

You won't need any proof of purchase to upgrade to Snow Leopard - all the upgrade will require is an installed Leopard system.
For the warranty, the seller should transfer the warranty to you using the information in the relevant document here.

I am trying to get my free update and I cannot figure out how to get proof of purchase!

I tried the program and after giving the date and selecting Apple Online Store in the dropdown box it did not even ask for a serial number on the second page, just confirmation information for the sale. Will I still be able to send my iPhone 5S for repair even if I don't have its proof of purchase?

Yesterday, I got a problem with my iPhone 5S. When I updated it to iOS 8.1, it restarted along with the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). When it rebooted, it stuck in recovery mode, and when I want to restore it, it won't. It will display the status bar that it's restoring the firmware and when it reached halfway, it will turn blue screen then reboot and back again to the recovery mode. I contacted apple for this and they suggested to have my device for repair because it's a hardware problem.
So the real problem is, I've forgotten my receipt where did I put it. So now I don't have the proof of purchase for my iPhone. Can I present the original iPhone Box as a proof of purchase instead of the receipt? Please help me for this, I really need to fix my phone ASAP and I don't know if I would be able to send to apple knowing that I don't have its proof of purchase.
P.S. How long will it take for Apple to fix my device?

Apple doesn't repair iPhones, other than some stores being able to replace the screen for a fee. They replace it with another of the same capacity, color, etc, as the one you have.
You should be able to get an Out of Warranty replacement for $269 USD. Bring it to an Apple store and they can tell you for sure.

You should have received a service statement, either via email or with the replacement iPhone. That's all the "proof of purchase" Apple can provide that I know of. If you did not receive any sort of statement or paperwork showing that the iPhone was replaced, contact Apple technical support and ask if they can send you something.
