i am developed one master detail form.example is based on the dept number emp details will be displayed.here my requirment is whatever displayed on the form
the data ,these data send to mail with any format.is it possible? if is possible any one give a proper solution.

Hello,
you can create a Report that accepts the search parameters from the Forms mask and generates a PDF. You also have the option to send the report via mail.
Personally I would generate the report with a tool like as_pdf

Then you can send the mail using utl_mail or utl_smtp.

mail is going sucessfully with excel format,but iam facing the problem in the excel format of the material column as follows:
the matrno shows the wrong format -2.63E+11 instead of displaying correct format-263215000000.
Pls suggest the alternative process for the above mentioned problem.

Try to copy 263215000000 in one of the cells of excel sheet and press enter.It will automatically convert into -2.63E+11 .
This means the default formatting of the excel sheet makes this happen.If you convert the format of the cell to "NUMBER" then u will get the required result.
But I doubt whether or not it is possible through ABAP programming.

How to save the form data into adobe db?
I have designed one xdp file.
Through processFormSubmission(), I got the submitted form data as Document obj.
Then I have called the workflow kickoff program.

Saravanan GYou need to create a process variable of type IN if you want to be able to pass data to your process. Then the params parameter (HashMap) contains a list of all the IN variables with their content that you want to pass to your process. They key is the name of the variable and the value the content. That way you should get it in your process.
Now LiveCycle will create a column in the database for every process variable, so the content will be saved in the database just by creating that process variable.

How to get the form printed through the transaction ME42.
For example :
In t.code vf03 . In the main menu there is an option billing document , when we click on that we get a drop down menu which shows issue output to. If a print program call has the code to get the value from the t.code , immdiately when we click issue output to it call the form.Here go to ME42 put in your RFC no, in the menu Header -- Messages, go there and see if a message has been inserted, else you can insert one.
when you save this, it will call the form.

Developed program to send sapscript output through mail in pdf format, the program running properly, even function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 returning sy-subrc 0. But the external mail is not going to user lying in SAP outbox with message <b>"Wait for communications service"</b> . SCOT is properly configured, tested mails sending through SAP office.

A cyclic job runs, which processes the messages seen in the SOST queue.
Are you sure it's not the frequency of the cyclic job, rather than the
number of messages in the queue, that you are observing? In messages
that are queued and before the cyclic job runs, "wait for comm. service"
is the normal status.
If you mean that there are always 4 items queued in SOST regardless of
the cyclic send job, then I have no ideas. I would have thought there
was no way to do that.
when the send job runs it just never
picks them up & sends them, while it picks up many others. The send job
is somehow blind to these; no error message occurs. In this case, I
'delete' them from the queue (in SOST) and then 'undelete' (drop down
menu -> /Go to /Deleted Items) them and then re-queue them. THEN they
actually get picked up & sent when the next cyclic send job executes.

you can create a Report that accepts the search parameters from the Forms mask and generates a PDF. You also have the option to send the report via mail.
Personally I would generate the report with a tool like as_pdf

Then you can send the mail using utl_mail or utl_smtp.

HOW TO SEND THE REPORTS AND THROUGH XI TO NON -SAP SYSTEM
Hi Experts,
I want to know how to send the reports and smartform through xi to another system. All the post blogs are just explaning only about the FILE-TO-FILE, FILE-TO-IDOCS scenarios only.Hi,
XI is the middleware that to be used to transfer the data between various systems and even you could design the Business Processes with it.
In R/3 the smartforms, are generally converted to PDF and then have to send it across to Non SAP systems. Similarly you can convert the smartforms to pdf format and keep it on application server. XI will pick up that pdf and will send it to Non SAP system either as mail or as an attachments.
ABAP reports are normally used to re-present the data. If you need to transfer this data across the Non SAP systems then you have the IDOCs to be generated, RFC or ABAP Proxy to integrate this data with Non SAP system.
XI is not restricted only upto file to file or file to IDOC scenarios. It have enormous capabilities to involve various Business Processes as well integrate various SAP or Non SAP systems.

I have a requiremtnt. If i execute my ALV report in background, the output should be sent to the reciepient's mail in pdf format. i have used the function moudles CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF and SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1. Now i am able to see my report output in spool in some pdf formt. how can i send this to the reciever mail as an attachement...pls send me any sample report which suits my reqirement...thanks in advance,

Hi ,
I had an ALV Report. I want to send this report output to patricular email id every day ! Presenty i do this manually. I run the report and send the output to the particular email address. Now i want to schecule the report daily in background and the out put of the report should be mailed to particular email ids in background itself. How can i do this ?
Is there and method or setting through which we can do this ?

This program will convert the spool requests into PDF document and sends an email to the recipients that you specify.

In MD04/MD05 -Check there is an option called Sending e-mail at the header ( Envelope sysmbol ) .From here you can send e-mail to MRP Controller if your user is identified as MRP Controller .
In Customizing for MRP, you can maintain a mail link to inform an MRP controller by using the mail connection function you can do it.In Customizing for MRP, you have entered a mail recipient (individual recipient or recipient group) for the MRP controller in the IMG activity Define MRP controller. You can also integrate the sending of the mail into a workflow .
If you want to send the mail directly to just one MRP controller and include the MRP list or stock/requirements list automatically, you can use the function for variable printing. When using variable printing, the data is displayed in the form of a list that can be processed and printed. A separate mail function also appears, which you can use to send this print list.
MRP controller will get mail in that case you are planned to use Workflow to trigger mails for a given condition of MRP evaluation.
SPROMRP- -EvalutionActivate workflow mail to mrp controller .Also check SAP Note 426648
