  • How to share video via Bluetooth from Lumia 800?

Unable to share videos via bluetooth from Lumia 800.. Plzz Nokia! Hear me!! Solve it as fast as you can! And if anyone can then plz tell me!

Hi. If your device is running the latest software and you have the Bluetooth Share app, sending/sharing of videos via Bluetooth is still not supported. With the Bluetooth Share app, you can only receive video fies (WMV/MP4).
If you wish to transfer/share videos to other devices, below are the other methods.
You can share videos directly from the phone through MMS, email or online sharing services such as Facebook and Skydrive.
Videos stored in the Camera Roll can be attached to an MMS message. To attach a video to MMS:
    From Start, tap Messaging.
Tap (+) to create a new message, or tap an existing message thread to open the compose card.
Tap the attach button. Tap picture or video.
Choose a video from the albums to select a video.
Under the inserted video, tap on the type a message text. Enter any annotations desired, or tap attach to add another item.
Tap-and-hold on any item in the compose card to bring up the option to remove.
Note: A content delivery over MMS vary depending on the network setup, carriers, mobile data subscription, video transcoding, resolution and length.
Tip: With the free Play To application for Nokia Lumia phones you can show pictures and videos wirelessly on other DLNA capable devices (TV’s, BlueRay players, Mediaplayer in Windows 7, etc…) connected to their network.

  • How to send docs via bluetooth from / to iPad?

How to send quickly docs via bluetooth from / to iPad instead via itunes etc?

    drowningindata wrote:
I would very much like for there to be a way to quickly transfer a small block of text from iPad to iMac without copying and pasting it into an email/creating a small separate doc and using iTunes/using the cloud or dropbox or using Notes. Bluetooth worked fine for me between my laptop and iMac, quick and easy. WiFi would be better.
I keep a large journal on my iPad using Pages (I'm a writer) and sometimes I just want to use/send a small selection of text from it to the iMac. It would be really nice if I could select the text and see in the popup options something like 'send to iMac' or other device.
If you are running OSX 10.8.2 on your iMac, you can use iCloud and the Notes applications on your iPad and iMac to transfer the block of text in a note between the two devices.  I do this with simple notes and lists.  In your settings on each device, make sure Notes is turned ON under the iCloud tab.

  • 6233 sending video via bluetooth

hi, im having a problem which is- when i send video i have recorded on my 6233 to other mobile via bluetooth the recipient only gets sound!! i have tried sending to a N80 which is more superior to my phone so i should be able to handle the 3gp video?
i have tried changing the screen size but still no cigar!
    Any ideas?

No, you can't do that. Only X6 has this feature, so far, it stores Bluetooth OBEX files on its mass memory directly. You have some third party apps which can do this on other phones search on the Ovi store, sorry, i can't recollect the names of them.
If a reply has solved your problem click Accept as solution button, doing it will help others know the solution. Thanks.

The 6230i doesn't have the ability to move messages by bluetooth and I don't think WM5 has it either.
    That's a downer.
I was wondering if there was any third party software out there that anyone used for PDA - I can send messages from my PC using the Nokia PC Suite, connecting my phone by bluetooth. It would be really useful to do the same from my PDA.

  • How to send contact via bluetooth?

I just purchased a vehicle that has handsfree bluetooth capbility to use my iPhone. I got the thing to call but my question is, how do I transfer my contacts from my iPhone to my car?

Not possible as the iphone does not support the bluetooth protocols to do that   It does support HFP (hands free) and PBA (phone book access), which allows another hands free device which supports PBA to look at and use the iPhones contacts while the devices are paired.  But the iphone's contacts cannot be transferred to another device by bluetooth (iPhone has never been able to do that).

How to send video iPad to iPad

I'm assuming you mean how to send video files, rather than using Facetime? You can download an App called bump to transfer files, But i haven't used it to send video before, so can't comment on if it works.
There are various other Apps available which will work though. Have a look through them on the App store. Bluetooth won't work, as Apple are very touchy about how their devices are connected.

  • N96 storing videos via bluetooth in mass mem.

I just recently received the N96 and am trying to transfer over some videos to my phone. However, whenever I try, a message pops up on my phone saying there is not enough space on the phone. I have been trying to change some settings so it will store the videos in my mass memory drive but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help me please?

If you are sending files via Bluetooth then it will go to your inbox i.e phone memory first, then you would have to open the message and save to your gallery.
-Perhaps you can change the location of memory used for your inbox to the memory card by going to menu > messaging > options > settings > others > memory in use.
-remember you will only have the option to transfer the messages to your new location once when you change for the first time.
Mark me a KUDOS if this has helped...

    Hi
    have a look at this
You can use Java/ABAP proxies to do this job for you..
Java Proxy >> will read the mail(with the attachments) with the help of Java APIs and send the message into XI ABAP Proxy >> for this you will have to first convert the attachment into a message and then you can proceed in the regular fashion.
Not all adapters can process attachments, I'm not sure why you are having trouble with using module processor in the mail adapter. Just check if the service pack that you are using supports this feature.
If you are on WAS 6.10 and above you can achieve this and there is an excellent weblog by Thomas Jung on this topic at
    /people/thomas.jung3/blog/2004/09/09/receiving-e-mail-and-processing-it-with-abap--version-610-and-higher

reading Pdf Through mail easly done with Java Proxy, which will read the mail(with the attachments) with Java APIs and send the message into XI and then map with the Target ABAP proxy structure .

  • Sending SMS via Bluetooth not working

    Hi,
I have two Nokia phones, an N73 and an older 6600. I was able to pair both with the Bluetooth in my MacBook Pro SR.
I can access the web via dial-up networking, so that's working fine.
However, I am unable to send SMS via AddressBook over the phone. When I click the little connect-to-bluetooth button in AddressBook, I am first asked to pair the phone - even though it's already paired, and connects automatically on both the computer and the phone. Then, when I do enter the code on the phone, the connection just fails. The button gets a slight blue outline but the B symbol doesn't actually light up as it should.
    Send SMS remains grayed out.
Has anybody got this to work or know what could be wrong?
PS: I am able to send SMS on Windows using MS SMS Sender, so I am sure that it's not the phone's fault.
This worked fine with my Titanium Powerbook with USB Bluetooth dongle.

Thanks for the response, but that's not it. The N73 is listed as supported, and iSync works perfectly well. Dial-Up networking also works perfectly well.
Only sending SMS via bluetooth doesn't work.
Also - no idea if this is related - faxing via the 6600 doesn't work anymore, which is strange because it used to work on the TiBook. Most people don't even know you can fax via Bluetooth phone and most newer phones have lost this capability so I guess this is just on its way out. Too bad because it was pretty useful...

    in charroom.
I write a function in main.asc file , client can get users
    list via call the function.
I write some codes in application.onConnect
when a user connect, it will add users list.
In application.onDisconnect, when a user disconnect, it will

My hope when a user disconnect, I send a message to
