How to set a appointment into a calendar wich i've access?

i'am working with outlook 365 for mac (Outlook Exchange). There i've access to the accounts of my staff. although i've authorisation to inscribe a appointment, I can not! Even if I have just open the claendar of a staff.
What's going wrong?

mache, auch wenn ich nur den Kalender eines Mitarbeiters offen habe, wird der Termin in meinem Kalender abgelegt.

Have you checked the permission of the calendar of that staff?
There are some permission levels for reference:
Availability Only: This will only display your Free/Busy time but will enable the recipient to have your Calendar appear in their Calendar list. Otherwise, all users can view your Free/Busy information via the Scheduling Assistant in a New Meeting
request.
Limited Details: This will allow your Free/Busy and the subject to be available to the recipient.
Full Details: This will allow your Free/Busy and the subject and body to be available to the recipient.
Editor: This will allow your Calendar to be completely available and allow the recipient to change existing appointments and meetings.
Delegate: This will allow your Calendar to be completely available and will send your meeting requests to this recipient to act on. Additionally, a delegate can schedule meetings on your behalf.

You cannot schedule the subroutine i.e perform to run in background job. Instead write the subroutine in another program.

How do i set an appointment into my iphone and get a warning sign for the appointment to date into my agenda ?

Since IOS5.1 , I been having a hard time getting my agenda to show my appointments and give me a warning sign like alarm or a reminder alarm for them .
Now since the new update we have had one app split into two and gotten reminder and agenda .
Now i have been using o r better said been trying to use the reminder , to get my appointments set right .
But it seems to be that i do not get a warning of any type from my phone about the coming date , i set up the reminder for in the first place .
Before ios5.1 the reminder was intergrated into the agenda and for more easy to use since the new .
Now the agenda has no more option to also add birthdays and other handy reminders which are on a yearly bases .
I have been trying to find out if i missed something or other , and come to the conclusion that i see no options aviable to either enable or disable anything of the sort to change this .
Also i have been reading the manual and i notest that in there is no reminder of how this new stationary app from apple itself works and explained .

When I plug in my iphone and try and sync the two, I get a warning from itunes that everything on my iphone will be wiped and everything from my itunes library will be moved to it.

How to set iCal as the default calendar app again?

So, reluctantly I bought and installed MS Office 2008 for Mac because OpenOffice was not a solution...
However, now Entourage seems to be set as the standard application to handle ics files, although I clicked yes when iCal asked me if I wanted iCal as my standard calendar app.
Nevertheless, whenever I receive an ics file in Mail (generated by Thunderbird Lightning extension) and I click on the ics file Entourage opens instead of iCal, as it used to be.
Any hints on how to tell Mail or OS X or whoever's responsible, to handle ics files with iCal?
BTW, I already tried downloading the ics file, Open With and selected iCal and "always open with" or however it is called in the English version.

Actually, I don't want to use any third-party app here. This should be possible with built-in OS functionality...
Maybe I have to reboot? But I hoped I'd let that behind together with windows

How to set workflow fall into error.

Dear Expert,
I have a background step to generate and send out email. My problem is sometimes the email address will be blank. How can i do to set the workflow to error when it encounter this situation. I want to have this because when the workflow got stuck, i can manually go and replace the email address container and restart the workflow step so that the user will not miss the email part.
Anyone can guide me on this?

Now here the condition is if the email id is not found you want to set the running step into error state right?
try to do like this
1. Set a flag as Email_Not_Found if this flag is set to X then pass the same value back to workflow conatiner and in the workflow tempalte define a condition step by using the same flag, if it is X then you raise a exception, Or you can simply loggically delete the workflow instance ,
2. If it is not X then the current running step should pass X back to workflow container and it should get completed successfully....
3. Here Instaead of raise exception, my advise is to simply Cancel the workitem by using the Process Control step, check the above mentioned article for more information about Process control step....

How Can I Put Fields Into a Calendar Grid?

Hello All
I have a project that requires me to create a form in a calendar format. Each day (or square) in the calendar will need drop-down menus in it with various times of the day from which the user can select. Additionally, the user will need to input his name and email address at the top of the calendar. This is a very simple matter if I create it as a PDF form (which I have done). However, we want to try this as a WEB form. It doesn't seem that formscentral offers tables in which you can put fields. I looked for a way to use a .png image of the artwork as a background and just insert fields where needed, but this too seems to be not an option. Originally, I thought that formscentral would take my fillable document and convert it to a web form, but the technology is obviously not there. Thankfully, I'm on the 99 cent trial, so I can bail out if there is no way to accomplish the job of putting fields on a calendar grid. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. None of us can code in HTML. I've put in an image to give a better idea of what it is we're after.

in the future. you should start out with a symbol, then you can select the symbol you want to replace and choose the symbol you want to replace it with.

i use swap objects a lot, but i modified it so there are no dialogue windows. you can pretty much guess what they do by their name and when replacing the hexagons with your symbols using any of those scripts, your symbol wil be centered with the replaced hexagon.

This may be a case for the Sharepoint designer forums or something similar but I wanted to start with General since I don't exactly know even what I'm asking for yet.
Here's my goal - A web-based table of rows of columns similar to Excel where every row contains information about a particular task, and I can embed files into the rows and easily access them with a click. I have built a Sharepoint list (using Sharepoint
online / Office 365) with custom columns, enabled attachments and the attachment column, and set the default to datasheet view. But I am running into the following issues:
I can't add an attachment to a row in datasheet view. I have to click Edit Item -> Attach File -> Browse -> Hit ok several times. This is not a sustainable option. How can I attach a file from the datasheet view?
After attaching a file, the attachment column just shows a paperclip icon. I can't click the icon or access the file without clicking View Item and then clicking the link to the attachment. How can I easily view an attachment?
I've seen mention of an Access database style view, things like document libraries etc. I've never really handled the front end of Sharepoint before, so I don't yet know what I don't know. I'm open to any suggestions that could help me accomplish what I'm
looking to do. Thanks in advance.

Hi Matt, create a column of type "enhanced rich text." Then in your datasheet view, double click on the field in that column and use your "insert" tab to upload a file. You'll then see the file in this cell and you can open it straight
from the datasheet view.
