How to set a report culture for number and date
Hi,
Is there a way to change the report locale for the number and date?
I've tried using both CrystalDecisions.Share.SharedUtils.RequestLCID and CrystalReportViewer.SetProductLocale and neither work
The only one that work is to use the Thread.Culture. But that also change the application culture, not just the report.
Anyone have a solution?

Hi Michel,
I don't believe you can do this within just the report itself but I haven't played with this very much. Because the App hosts the Viewer it's based on it's culture.
You should be able to mix if you create a separate thread for each report job that way they are in their own space.
Search the Object browser on celocale and you'll find more info. Also the SDK help file should have examples.
No API's to use the Engine, had to use RAS.
Need to know what version you are using also and WEB or Windows app?
Here are some samples using RAS:
rpt1.ReportClientDocument.LocaleID = CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.DataDefModel.CeLocale.ceLocaleGerman;
CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.DataDefModel.CrFieldDisplayNameTypeEnum.crFieldDisplayNameFormula, CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.DataDefModel.CeLocale.ceLocaleUserDefault);
And using this way you may have to alter every object in the report.

I have number of Macs in my home from a new MacBook Pro with Mavericks to a Macbook Air with Snow Leopard (due to required software) and iPads.
So after setting up the new Extreme my new MacBook only accesses 11n as does my older Macs. I checked by holding down the option key while clicking the WiFi icon at the top of my Mac. Well, not so automatic then as I was expecting 11ac and 3 times faster access (as stated by Apple).
I then looked for some documentation for setting up but cannot find anything.
Hence my question here.

At present the new Extreme is no better than my previous 2 year old one.

Assuming that it is operating correctly, 802.11ac and 802.11b/g/n are broadcast simultaneously by default.
Simultaneous dual-band support.
AirPort Extreme features simultaneous dual-band 802.11ac Wi‑Fi. That means it transmits at both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies at the same time. So no matter which band your wireless devices use, they’ll automatically connect to the best available band for the fastest possible performance.
That is advertising. The real information is usually found in the small and hard to read footnotes:
Based on theoretical peak speeds. Actual speeds will be lower.
AirPort Extreme is based on an IEEE 802.11ac draft specification. Performance based on comparison with Apple’s 802.11n products. Comparison assumes AirPort Extreme network with 802.11ac-enabled computer. Speed and range will be less if an 802.11a/b/g product joins the network. Accessing the wireless network requires a Wi‑Fi-enabled device. Actual speed will vary based on range, connection rate, site conditions, size of network, and other factors. Range will vary with site conditions.
Since the 802.11ac signal is being broadcast only using the 5 GHz band, some users report that they have had better results by using the option to assign a different name to the 5 GHz band, and then pointing their Mac to that specific signal or network. You may want to try that option.
But first as a test, please locate the MacBook Pro about 10-15 feet or 3-4 meters from the AirPort Extreme with clear line-of-sight between the two devices. Restart both the AirPort Extreme and the Macbook Pro and then check to see if the Mac is connected to an 802.11ac signal.
If not, please power off your other wireless devices...computers, mobile devices, etc. temporarily, and try the same test again.

Dbms_crypto package for number and date data type

I am tryiing to use dbms_crypto package for the first time to encypt my tables column

Key: I have stored a key in other schema and calling it by using function get_key().
Following is my insert

it is giving me following error
ORA-00932:Inconsistent Datatypes:Expected number got binary.
I checked, it is an error due to Score field, which is of number type. So do i need to change type of Score field to varchar or is there any other way to encrypt number and date field.

Is it possible to generate Tuxedo Reports (txrpt) for TMQFORWARD ? (we haven't managed to do that)
While the Server\Service shows good results in the Tuxedo Reports we have noticed the there are huge delays due the TMQFORWARD long commits.
1. Is there is a way to monitor TMQFORWARD ?
2. Are there any other tools we can use to monitor the commit portion of the global transaction chain ?

The TMQUEUE server\service can be monitored as any other Service. we couldn't find a way to monitor TMQFORWARD.Hi Tech Sign,
The best way to monitor TMQFORWARD and transaction commit times are with TSAM. TSAM can give you detailed commit time processing and help you identify the resource manager that is causing the slow commits.

Exchange 2013: how to set up multiple domain for OWA and ECP
Exchange 2013 on Windows 2012R2
Currently we have set this up using the guide below:

We can access OWA and ECP using the internal IP address/owa or ECP but when we use the URL it fails.
We gave it an external IP address as well just to check if it will externally since the external DNS are pointing to the correct records: same issue it only works on IP address/owa or /ecp
We were able to follow the guide from start to finish including the certs..
The only difference on the guide and our exchange IIS environment for the new website is when he mentioned "Under IIS Settings / ISAPI and CGI Restrictions" we only have "ISAPI filters"...." ISAPI and CGI Restrictions" is only
applicable to the default and backend website..
Also, when the guide points to the path, should it be the new website path?
Or maybe to avoid confusion, can anyone guide me on how to do it or any other guide that helped you if ever you had the same issue as mine?

Personal suggestion, please consider to deploy another new CAS server. Then we can configure different OWA URLs in different servers. And pointed mail.domain.com and webmail.domain.com to two CAS servers respectively.

Troubleshooting telephone-number activation (iPhone only)
After each step, toggle FaceTime and iMessage off and then on in Settings > Messages and Settings > FaceTime.
Update to the latest version of iOS.
Ensure that your iPhone is set to the correct time zone. Tap Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: If Set Automatically is on but the incorrect time zone is displayed, turn Set Automatically off and then choose the correct time zone, date, and time. Then turn Set Automatically on again.
Ensure that FaceTime has not been restricted: Settings > General > Restrictions > FaceTime.
Verify that you can send SMS messages. You need a valid SMS messaging plan to activate FaceTime.
Contact your carrier to verify that there are no restrictions or blocks on text messages. Blocks on text messaging will prevent iMessage and FaceTime registration.
If you are unable to activate iMessage or FaceTime on a device after remote wiping it, wait at least 24 hours and try again.
If "Waiting for Activation" is displayed, leave FaceTime and iMessage enabled for 24 hours. Toggling FaceTime or iMessage off and on will cause the registration process to start over.

1.) I am new to iPhone development. I have a small application & for that I need to add number pad but there is no "Done" button. I know we can get rid of that keyboard by clinking UIView but I want a separate button for this.
2.) My second question is how to set 00.00 format for UITextField as there is no decimal point available on number pad?As to #1, you should study the iOS HIG - doing what you have in mind might be a good way to risk rejection and not have your app make it into the store.

I have one question how to set up automatically payment for the Rent Office purchase Order?
There is the requirement from the client. They want to create one kind of purchase order for the Office Rent, then pay the fees in the certain time of every month to the vendor for the rent fees without any invoice. Whatu2019s the normal solution for this kind of purchase order? Is it ERS? Or something else?
Please give me the details and business flow. Also please tell me how to setup in the SAP and T-code.

Prerequisites
Evaluated receipt settlement must be flagged in the purchase order item.
The vendor must be flagged as being subject to ERS in the vendor master record.
The goods receipt must refer to a purchase order.
Goods-receipt-based Invoice Verification must be defined for the purchase order item.
A tax code must have been maintained in the purchase order item.
The order price of the materials may not be an estimated price.
If you flag a vendor as being subject to ERS, the system sets the ERS indicator as a default in each item when you create a purchase order for the vendor. You can prevent this happening for certain vendors by flagging the info record for the material and the vendor as not being subject to ERS.
In Purchasing, you can delete the default ERS indicator in a purchase order item.
Choose Logistics Invoice Verification ® Automatic Settlement ® Evaluated Receipt Settlement (ERS).
The selection screen appears.
You can use the following criteria to narrow down selection of the transactions to be settled:
Company code
Plant
Goods receipt posting date
Goods receipt document
Fiscal year of the goods receipt
Vendor
Purchase order and order item
You can define the selection criteria for the invoice documents by:
Delivery
Purchase order
Purchase order item
Goods receipt document
Credit memo
Invoice
Currency
Choose Execute.
The system issues a log for Evaluated Receipt Settlement, which displays the following:
Settled
In line with your selection criteria, the system displays all the order items that were settled (or if you are working in test mode, which would have been settled).
Could not be settled
In line with your selection criteria, the system displays all order items for which ERS is defined but could not be settled. It also lists the reasons.
If the system reports being unable to invoice a transaction, you should exclude the transaction from ERS to avoid it being included in the log the next time ERS is run.
Select the item and choose Exclude from ERS.
The system also generates and possibly sends a message to inform the vendor(s) about the transaction settled, depending on the settings in Customizing.
You can display the following environment information for the order items selected. To do this, choose Goto ®:
Display purchase order
Display invoice
Display material document
Display long text -
How to set the report path in a model plugin
I am trying to figure out how to set the report path in a process model plug-in. I can seem to figure out how to get access to it. It seems like this would be a reasonable thing to do since the plug-ins are for results processing. Does anyone know how to do this? We typically use the Sequential process model but I am trying to keep my plug-in as independent of that as possible.

Go to Solution.If I understand, you want your plug-in, when enabled, to alter the settings of any other instances of the NI report plug-in such that their reports share the same directory as your plug-in is configured to use.
If so, your plug-in can access and modify the settings of all other plug-in instances. All instances are passed to all plug-in entries point in the plugins array sub-property of the ModelConfiguration parameter. You can iterate through this array. Any element of the array with a Base.SequenceFilename equal to "NI_ReportGenerator.seq" is an instance of the NI report plug-in. Its report options are stored in the element under PluginSpecific.Options.
You can change the report options to what ever you want. Note that the ReportOptions model callback is called from the Initialize model-plugin entry point, so you might want to ensure that your changes are applied after that, so they aren't overwritten. To do that, you could make your changes in the the Initialize entry point of your plug-in, and ensure that your plugin runs last. To make it run last, you could set the FileGlobals.ModelPluginComponentDescription.Default.Base.RunOrder in your plug-in file to a value greater than 0, such as 1.0 (see TestStand Help>>Fundamentals>>Process Model Architecture>>Process Model Plug-in Architecture>>Structure of Plug-in Sequence Files>>Model Plug-in Entry Points>>Order of Entry Point Execution at Run Time). -

How to set rdlc report tablix to show record in one page
hi all,
i am in trouble to solve this.
i want to show the report in the manner in which the tablix column 1 record should continue in the
same page in column 2.
LIKE THIS:
column1 column 2
1 6
2 7
3 8
4 9
5 10
and if their is space in the page just continues.
and if not go to next page.
i am filling my report with this code:

Based on my further research, we can use the following method to word around the issue so that the first table will print every odd row and the second table will print every even row, effectively giving you multiple column output. For more details, we can
refer to the following steps:
Add two tables to design surface.
On the Detail row of the first table, insert two fields, then use the following expression to control the row visibility:
=iif((RowNumber(Nothing) Mod 2) = 1, False, True)
On the Detail row of the second table, insert the same two fields, then use the following opposite expression to control the row visibility:
=iif((RowNumber(Nothing) Mod 2) = 1, True, False)

SRM 4.0- How to set the default values for product type (01) only for SC
The radio button Service should not be visible.
Also for search help (e.g. search for internal products) where a search should only be possible for product type 01 (goods). The system should not display the product type and internally always search for goods only.
How to set the default values for product type (01) only for SC
We needs to use Search help BBPH_PRODUCT which having parameter PRODUCT_TYPE
Here we can set defalut value 01 but it is not correct one since same search help is using several places.
We need to limit the search help results only for SC.
Kindly help out me ASAP.The easiest way to set defautl values is to edit the batch class.
Goto the characteiristic and go to update values.
In here you probably have something like 0 - 100 as a spec range.
On the next line enter the default value within this range. At the end of the line, click in the box in the column labelled "D". This indicates the defautl value for the characteristic.
If you need to you can do this in the material classification view as well.
Just to be clear, these values will only show up in the batch record. You can not have defautl values in resutls recording screens.
