How to Set Distinct SQL Clause on View Object without using Expert Mode.
Hi to all Actually i have a View Object usign 3 entities
if i use expert mode in my VO, it generate
QRSLT WHERE
instruction and force to include all columns on my dynamic where clause on select statement i can't include columns because get me duplicate rows
How i can include disctinct clause without usign expert mode or any other solution?
Note that in normal mode without expert mode QRSLT WHERE is not generate and all work fine
For example
select * ( select id , name from table) QRSLT WHERE loc = ..
if i use expert mode it generate QRSLT WHERE and if loc is not predicated colums get me and error :
( ORA-00904: invalid identifier )
in simple mode of View Object all work fine..
Any suggestion on It will be appreciate.....
Tnx
My problem is that when use expert mode
it's change simple select statement for a select that use
select * from (select column....)
qrslt WHERE (column=somevalue)
this kind of select force me to include all where conditions of qrslt on my select columns and this get duplicate rows
thats beacuse i need include distinct without use expert mode
Anny Help on this?

How Air 3.7 load pure graphic swfs freely without using AOT mode
Hi Nimisha1,
I made an ios app which loaded pure graphics swfs from remote server. I cannot use AOT mode because the new pure graphics swfs increasing every day. AIR 3.5 works very well, but I wonder how to make it work in the same way in AIR 3.7?
thanks in advance,
JackieLoading a swf from remote server in Air 3.7 must be in AOT mode?
I think i should first make some terms clear to you:
AOT mode here applies to the target ipa-app-store which is supposed to published at Apple App Store.(And offcourse for testing purposes there are ipa-ad-hoc, ipa-test and ipa-debug and these all create IPA in AOT mode).
Till AIR 3.5 on iOS - It was not possible to load child SWFs(containing ABC code) neither locally or remotely. But yes pure assets SWFs can be loaded remotely and locally as well.
In AIR 3.6 on iOS- Loading of child SWFs(containing ABC code) locally was made possible. More info@ http://blogs.adobe.com/airodynamics/2012/11/09/packaging-and-loading-multiple-swfs-in-air- apps-on-ios/
And behavior for loading pure asset SWFs remain unchanged.
In AIR 3.7 on iOS-
Loading of child SWFs(containing ABC code) remotely was made possible. More info @ http://blogs.adobe.com/airodynamics/2013/03/08/external-hosting-of-secondary-swfs-for-air- apps-on-ios/
And behavior for loading pure asset SWFs remain unchanged.
But in the following screenshot I can see that publishing in AIR 3.7 is getting failed and this must be happening because some of your child SWFs must be containing ABC code and that is not getting compiled properly.
Can you please narrow down which SWF(s) is creating this problem? -
Distinct SQL clause with Recordset object
Hi all, I was using a recordset with an sql distinct clause, on SAP B1 SP:0
Now we have updated to SP1, and it seems like recordset query doesnt works well with the distinct clause.
It returns all values.
Does anybody tried to use this clause with SP1?
Thanks.Hi,
The DISTINCT clause by itself is NOT working in recordsets. You have to programatically make sure that you have the distinct records. So, if you're adding distinct records to a combo box you can either check if it exists before you add it or you can add a try... catch block around it that just catches the error (without displaying anything) when you add to a combo box.
Hope it helps,

How to set filters to a Result view
Hi All,
How to set filters to a result view in web UI.
Thanks & Regards
Nitish.Hi Nitish Kumar,
if you want to sort the table fields like ascending , Descending create one event ex: eh_on_sorting.
in that get the event using thtmlb_event. then check whether sorting is necessary or not.
then get the name of column to be sort by using tableview->column_key.
based on that arrange the field ascending or descending using tableview->column_sort_directin.
ascending or descending.
then sort the collection using collection_wrappor->sort( lv_attrname .. etc).
here is the sample code..
data: lv_bo type ref to if_bol_bo_property_access,
lv_thtmlb_tableview type ref to cl_thtmlb_table_view,
lv_attr_name type name_komp,
lv_sort_order type char1,
lv_stable type abap_bool value abap_false.
try.
lv_thtmlb_tableview ?= iv_htmlb_event_ex.
catch cx_sy_move_cast_error.
exit.
endtry.
if lv_thtmlb_tableview is bound.
* check whether its realy a sorting event
check lv_thtmlb_tableview->event_type = cl_thtmlb_table_view=>co_header_click.
* get name of column to be sorted
lv_attr_name = lv_thtmlb_tableview->column_key.
check lv_attr_name is not initial.
* get sorting direction
case lv_thtmlb_tableview->column_sort_direction.
when 'U'.
lv_sort_order = cl_bsp_wd_collection_wrapper=>sort_ascending.
when 'D'.
lv_sort_order = cl_bsp_wd_collection_wrapper=>sort_descending.
when others.
return.
endcase.
* sort
try.
me->collection_wrapper->sort( iv_attr_name = lv_attr_name
iv_sort_order = lv_sort_order
iv_stable = lv_stable
* IV_SORT_CALLBACK =
catch cx_crm_cic_parameter_error.
* could be a renamed attribute or field which does not belong to the collection
endtry.
* in case of single selection restore the selected row index
if me->selection_mode = selmode_single
or me->selection_mode = selmode_lineedit.
if me->selected_index <> '0'.
me->selected_index = me->collection_wrapper->get_current_index( ).
endif.
endif.
else.
exit.
endif.

How to set the Default values for Info Objects in Data Selection of InfoPac
Hi All,
Flat file Extracion:
How to set the Default values for Info Objects in Data Selection Tab for Info Package
ex: Fiscal Year Variant Info Object having values 'K4' 'Y2' etc in Flat file
Initially default value(not constant) for this info Object value should be 'K4' in Info Package
If I set data selection value for this info object K4 it will retreive records with this selection only? how to handle
Rgds,
CVHi,
suppose as your ex. if you are having fiscalyear variant in the dataselection tab then specify K4 in the from column, again the ficalyearvariant row and click on insert duplicate row at the bottom . you will get another row . In that enter Y2 in the from column. now you can extract K4, y2 values .

How to set a specific width to all the TextInputs used in a mxml file on its creation complete?
Hi subhajit nag,
I think the best approach would what I say is if you can make use of a Global variable or using a Singleton class having a variable which can be accessed globally through out the application.
Below is the sample what I am talking to:
So in below example you can access the variables textInputWidth and textInputHeight globally throghout the application since you have decalred them in main mxml file.
You can access these variabled in another mxml file as Application.application.textInputWidth and Application.application.textInputHeight. So if at all you are required to modify these values you are only required to modify at a single place in main mxml file..thats it.
If you are use any Singleton classes like ModelLocator you can place these variables in this class and refer from that class.
Hope this resoved your problem..

In the past it was very easy because we use CR 9, but now it's already many days im looking for a solution but seem impossible.
I know the craxdrt.dll is not included with Crystal Reports 2008.
It seem me i can use OpenDocument, but i'm not sure. Someone has some easy example to help me ?
Remember i have only Crystal report viewer 2008 on the server and on the clients.
Thanks in advanceIf you are looking to create a web application or view report through a web server using only Crystal Reports then you do have to either use Java, or .NET.
If you have Crystal Reports server or Business Objects Enterprise you can use OpenDocument to view managed reports but this does require one of our server products.

Scrolling component into view programmatically without using javascript
Hi,
Is it possible to scroll an adf component into view programmatically without using javascript?
I know of <af:scrollComponentIntoViewBehaviour> that can be added to a command component , but is there a way to do that programmatically in a bean?
Problem with using javascript is its not guaranteed to work in different browsers.
Regards,
Rakesh.Hi John,
Thanks for the reply.
If i use the af:scrollComponentIntoViewBehavior, then i wont be able to achieve my desired functionality.
In my use case, i want the id, of the component that needs to be scrolled into view, to be determined in the server listener of the button which is not happening.
Code snippet in jspx page is as follows:
<af:commandButton id="cb1" immediate="true">
<af:clientListener method="clickButton" type="click"/>
<af:serverListener type="customEvent"
method="#{pageFlowScope.bean.doScroll }"/>
<af:scrollComponentIntoViewBehavior id="#{pageFlowScope.bean.compId}/>
</af:commandButton>
And the java code for method doScroll is something like :
public void doScroll (ClientEvent clientEvent)
//logic to determine compId goes here
compId = "id";
So, the problem here is "compId" is set to some value when bean is loaded and the id in the af:scrollComponentIntoViewBehavior will be set to that value forever.
I cant find any way of telling it to re-read the "compId" value, say after clicking the button. I can refresh the button in the server listener to update the compId .
But the updated compId will come into picture from *next click*. This is because, after the button is clicked, "scroll" action happens first and then serverListener executes.
Is there a way to change order of this execution like "execute server listener first and then do the scrolling thing" ?
Regards,
Rakesh.

I downloaded and paid for an app on my ipad, how can I get it free on my iphone without using itunes as my laytop is broken. I cannot seem to find the purchase tab in app store? I am logged in using the same ID
First, the app must be universal...designed for both iPhone/iPad:
Tap App Store.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Tap Updates.
Tap Purchased on the resulting screen.
Locate the app in your Purchased tab.
Tap the download icon.
The app will begin downloading and you'll be taken back to your home screen. -
