How to set owner (=administrator) of the process?

I've my process, but I want to set a process owner - someone, who logs into worklit and can see all tasks of the process, their current state, to who they are currently assgined etc. Also he should have and option to reassign task to someone else.
Simple is it possible to set something like process administrator? If yes, then how, I read this http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E15523_01/integration.1111/e10224/bp_worklist.htm and there is writen something about process owner, but I dont know where and how to set it. (I'm developing bpel process in JDeveloper using SOA Suite)

There is no such thing as a "process" owner. However, there is a task "owner user" and a task "owner group". Setting either of those will get you the functionality you want. If you are on 10g, you can only set "owner user" at design time. You have to set "owner group" at runtime because of a JDev bug. In any case, once those are set, the people specified should be able to see the task in the "Administration Tasks" listing in the worklist application, and be able to work on the task, reassign it, etc.

I have an Oracle db version 10.2.0.4 running on Solaris 10. My parallel_max_servers parameter is set to 650 and the processes parameter is set to 700. But I don see one session that is spawning 129 processes and another one that is spwaning 65 processes. Is there a way to limit the number of processes that a session can spawn?

check processes
$ ps -ef | grep $ORACLE_SID|wc -l

My parallel_max_servers parameter is set to 650 and the processes parameter is set to 700.
PARALLEL_MAX_SERVERS
specifies the maximum number of parallel execution processes and parallel recovery processes for an instance. As demand increases, Oracle increases the number of processes from the number created at instance startup up to this value.
Do you use query with parallel?
example:
-> create table xxx PARALLEL (degree 5)
-> select /*+ PARALLEL
if you don't use parallel on execution processes... so, your processes not increase ;)
By the way your db have limited proceses= 700 (Dedicated Server Processes)

we can't connect to do it in the T-SQL query, it has to be set at the Connection String level.

According to your description, you want to set the Transaction Isolation Level in Connection String. Right?
In Reporting Services, the Connection String for OLE DB Connection can only contains Provider, Data Source and Initial Catalog. There's no property for setting Transaction Isolation Level in the Connection String. Based on my knowledge, we can
only set the Transaction Isolation Level at Query level or set it by using code (C#, VB, Java...) to call the property of Connection. So unfortunately your requirement can't be achieved currently.

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In Library Manager it's the FIle -> Rebuild command)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Although the submit and the form work fine, the portal will not allow the cookie to be set it seems.
Is there a way to allow cookies to be set from an embedded page in a url iview??

Cookie Basics
Web browsers have built in rules for receiving and sending cookies. Before dropping my question i will explain you what was the Real scenario, i am using WAD 3.50 Version and server is BW 3.0B.we are not using portal, and Enduser will view the reports in the browser through the WAD execute Http link.
Question.
whenever the enduser uses Http link of web template in the browser, he will connect through VPN and they can able view the reports. the question is *Some system Enduser won't have SAPGUI in their system so they wants to change the password because they won't know even if it is expire.
Please Help me how to set Change Password in the browser for the WAD Application*.

To do this you will have to use either make use of portal or BSP application or Dynpro..
It is not possible for the user to change the password just from the web query

I think its because of the this reason :
Both - InDesign CS4 and InDesign CS5 have their application/program/exe named as "indesign.exe".
Installation of either InDesign CS4 or InDesign CS5, sets a Windows default path for the "indesign.exe". In this case, since InDesign CS4 was installed later (after InDesign CS5 was already installed), the "indesign.exe" which was directing InDesign CS5's "indesign.exe" was replaced by InDesign CS4's "indesign.exe".
But after long google and search through regedit, I've got the solution :
Locate HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\InDesign.Document\Shell\Open\Command in regedit
Change the value of (Default) attribute to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS5.5\InDesign.exe" "%1" // Include the quotes

Write some queries using v$sesstat, v$statname, v$session to find the statistics for different stats. Query name from v$statname and find whatever you wants. I don't think there is a common rule that tells how much memory will be used for each connection, it depends on different factors like , resources available, type of databases, database memory settings etc.
Example query.

max(se.value) maxmem
from v$sesstat se,
