How to set Passcode lock time in iOS 7.02?

In upgrading my Sprint, iPhone 5s from iOS 7.0 to 7.0.2, when go to Settings/General/Passcode-Fingerprint/Require Passcode, it is now set on "Immediately", when, in 7.0, I had it set for 15 minutes.
When I touch the word "Immediately", the screen shows the word "Immediately", followed by a checkmark. Below the word "Immediately", is a text line stating "Shorter times are more secure." However, when I touch the word "Immediately", the drop down menu that previously appeared under Version 7.0, which provided a choice of Passcode lock times, no longer appears, so I cannot change the time settings for the Passcode lock function.
Is the choice of time settings willfully no longer available, or is this a bug? If a bug, is there a workaround?

The issue arises when you have Touch ID enabled. Once you disable Touch ID, you will then have choices of longer periods before a passcode is required. Of course then you don't have Touch ID, but mine rarely works anyway. My skin is too dry and it fails constantly.

I'm getting the electrician to set up ethernet outlets in various rooms in my house so that I can get wired connections in several rooms. The Xbox and PS3 connect to my macbook and access the movie files that I have saved on my Time Capsule and a 2nd HDD that is connected to the Time Capsule via USB - under the above setup, will I still be able to access those movies with my PS3 and Xbox via the macbook media center software?

Apple system is slightly different.. although the AP method would work the TC has a programmed state for placing it in AP mode.

The difference in your system, is you are not using an Apple primary router (I presume) but otherwise the same.
Any router setup as WAP, you bridge the router part.. and you use Same wireless name.. same security setting (WPA2 Personal is WPA2 AES and the only one suitable). Same passkey..
I would add one difference to the apple insstructions.. they depend on auto wireless channels working. IMHO, auto anything in wireless is akin to voodoo black arts and has more to do with beads and rattles than science. It works fine in some case.. terrible in others.. lock it down. Set the wireless yourself.. at 2.4ghz there are only 3 non overlapping channels.. 1, 6, 11 .. if you use 300mbit N on the main router, it will use 2 of those channels.. choose the third for the TC.
Of course the TC can also use 5ghz.. and I lock it down as well but that is more my control freak nature.. and strong skeptism of anything auto in the wireless world.

Your number auto changed.. fun isn't it when i edit it shows correctly but when I post it changes the format.
On the new setup the printer will still be available to all clients .. whether wireless or wired.
And to second part, yes, all file access is not going to change.. well I don't predict any.. IP of the system might change around but overall you are creating a single flat network. And that will work fine.

Passcode Lock time

I recently updated to the 3.1 OS, but now the longest time for before i need to ender my passcode is "After 15 Minutes". I used to have 1 hr, and at 1 point 3hrs. Does anyone know if this is something that is unique to the new OS, somethign that will change, etc??
I need to have the passcode on to access my work email, but to have it lock after 15 minutes gets pretty annoying.

FWIW... as I understand, the passcode lock features are determined by the Exchange setup and can be different for each company. I have Exchange and I'm not forced to use a Passcode and I have the 1 hour and 4 hour settings after the 15 minute setting.
Check with your company's IT Department or with the Exchange Server admin regarding a possible change on their end with the Exchange Server upgrade determined by the Exchange setup for the iPhone.

I'd like to know how to autmatically set a specific time zone for time channels in DIADEM.
For example, I have stored data with corresponding time channel in UTC time on a disk which was collected in another time zone. Now I want to analyze this data and I want the time channel to show the local time in the time zone where the data was collected, and not the time in the local time zone where the computer is located.
The time channel should also take site local summer/winter time into account. Now I'm running a script that handles it for me which adds or subtract hours according to my input. The problem is that I'm handling data from several different time zones and I'm not located in any of them and when you're running a lot of data over a greater time period, it's easy to make mistakes, especially when it comes to summer/winter time. Is there a any clever solution to this already implemented in Diadem that I have not found?

No, I'm sorry, DIAdem has no time zone functionality at all. I'm afraid you have no choice in DIAdem but to keep running your scripts. Summer and Winter time are truly tricky, because the rules for when the changes occur are different in different countries and states within countries and also can change from year to year within the SAME country (as they did in the US a few years ago).

I am trying to restart a burn in iTunes that failed for an audiobook. I need to set the start time so it will not have to reburn the disks that were already completed. I cannot find out how to do that in version 11 if the book consists of more than one file. Anyone have an idea how to do this?
