How to set reminder off in iCal MobileMe for one who is only reading

Question

How can I get an iCal calandar (that I've shared with someone) give me a reminder (standard) but the shared one should be silent (and no 'pup ups' as well)...

Below is an example that allow you to search a directory and its subdirs txt files(you can change this), read its lines and search for specific word:
