How to set the auto answer rings on an iPhone
I can't believe there isn't a way to set the number of rings before voicemail answers my phone.
That is something controlled by you cellular carrier. I'm not sure all carriers have an option and some only have two choices for length of time before voicemail.
The following also may help: http://lifehacker.com/5878635/change-how-long-your-phone-rings-before-sending-ca lls-to-voicemail

How to set the number of rings before voice mail answers?
How to set the number of rings before voice mail answers?
For me its:
1. Open the phone app and dial *#61# on the Keypad. Press the Call button.
2. Locate this text on the screen: "Setting Interrogation Succeeded, Voice Call Forwarding, When Unanswered, Forwards to +" and record the 11-digit number after the + symbol.
3. Touch the Dismiss button. Now enter this code on the Keypad: *61*+ followed by the 11-digit Forwards to number recorded in step 2, followed by *11 and *ringtime#. Ringtime is the number of seconds you want your iPhone to ring before voicemail picks up. Your finished code should look something like this:
*61*+18555513466*11*30#
In the example above the ring time is set to 30 seconds. Press the Call button.
4. You should receive the message: Setting Activation Succeeded. Press Dismiss and next time you receive a call it will ring for the new amount of time before going to voicemail. -

SuryaHi
there's a location services checkbox in Safari-Preferences-Security
and one in System Preferences-Security-General
However, many websites look at the country location of the isp connection you're using, which is a different matter, & not in control of the user. Some sites allow choosing a personal language/location setting, stored in a cookie. -

How to set songs as a ring tone to iPhone?
Hello : Is it possible to use songs/ other ringtones (other than iPhone preset ringtones) as a ringtone for iPhone 4S?
Song itself can not be used as a ring tone.
You can buy ring tones from iTunes store or you can create a compatible ring tone using iTunes (if you know how to do so) or use any of the several "ring tone making" applications available in App store. -

How to set the AS2 fileName for outbound Functional Ack 997 auto generated by Oracle B2B
Hi Friends,
How to set the AS2 fileName for outbound Functional Ack 997 auto generated by Oracle B2B.
External Trading Partner is sending the EDI 856 via AS2 URL to our Oracle B2B Server.
In the inbound 856 agreement, we have checked the option of Funtional Ack and also Functiona Ack handled by B2B is yes.
We have the outbound agreement which is sending that Functional ack 997 (auto generated by oracle b2b) and we have specified the Outbound AS2 channel of the Partner.
997 doc is being sent to external partner using AS2 channel, but the filename is generating as '40101'.
Please can you let me know how to set the AS2 fileName for outbound Functional Ack 997 auto generated by Oracle B2B.
Appreciate your valuable answers!!
Thanks,
AmirineniAmirineni,
AFAIK, there is no option to set the file name when the 997 is generated automatically by B2B.
Alternatively, if this is a must requirement, you can generate the FA from backend and send to B2B with MSG_TYPE =9. In this case, you can set the header with filename (How to set the actionname property in B2B 11g) -
How can I set the number of rings before going to voicemail?
Help please..... my phone rings more than 10+ times before rolling to voicemail. How do I set the number of rings I want? I am missing calls as callers will not wait through through so many rings to get to vm if I am unable to pick up the call. Thank you for any help you can give!
You can't. Try contacting your phone carrier as they handle voicemails.

8330 Call Forwarding...How do I set the number of rings before calls are forwarded? Right now it instantly forwards my calls but I don't want that. I want to change it so that let's say that if after 5 rings I don't answer the call is forwarded. I've looked everywhere for an answer but have had no luck. Any help would be appreciated. I am with Virgin Mobile if this makes a difference.
Thank you

Message Edited by 8WDDdotcom on 08-01-2009 02:44 PMWell, call forwarding is a feature provided by your carrier -- it is not a function of the device. However it works for your carrier is how it works. Actually, from what I understand about call forwarding, it normally is an all-or-nothing circumstance...calls forward to the number you've asked them to be forwarded to, keeping you in a DND status. Regardless, though, if your carrier tells you how it works on their system, there's nothing that the device can do to override that. Unless there is some kind of 3rd party app that would do it, bypassing (somehow) the carrier network CF feature...but I've never heard of such a thing.

How to set the source property of image control dynamically?
Hi,
I have different fxg files which I want to display in a list. For each row in the List, I define which fxg file to be displayed in my database.
I need to know how to set the image1.source = (the fxg path) as a string from database?
Is there any conversion needed in this case? If so, can you please help me how to do this?Hi,
Thank you for your response. I am new to Adobe Flash Builder, Flex and action script. I don't get your answer straight away.
What I basically need is, I need to set image1.source = strFXG. Right now, this does not show the image. I don't understand fxgObject.pathid.source => how to give this?
Moreover, when I did google search, there is somethink like fxg converter which converts the fxg to a component. I thought this is a very simple problem on how to convert the fxg string to an object format. But now, it looks like it might be a big problem. Can anyone help me in this?
import spark.components.Image;
protected function view1_creationCompleteHandler(event:FlexEvent):void
// TODO Auto-generated method stub
var strFXG:String = 'assets.DB_Actief_Graphics';
var image1:Image = new Image();
image1.x = 100;
image1.y = 100;
image1.source = strFXG;
addElement(image1);
Regards,
Chella
