How to set the filter on a report to show the data for the Current Month

Hi all,
I am working on a report, which currently has this filter: Date First Worked is greater than or equal to 10/01/2010. This reports show the data for the current month, so at the beginning of each month we have to remember to change the date on the filter.
Does anyone know what the criteria should say, so that it automatically changes and shows the information for the current month, without us having to go in and change anything?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You need to add a session variable to date fir worked assuming that this is a date field.
To do this open up the filter on the field then at then press add Variable then "session" and enter the following CURRENT_MONTH into the Server Variable section.

I have setup BPMon and performed the initial setup for BW reporting. There are alerts being generated by the BPMon setup and the data has been transferred to the 0SM_BPM cube.
But when I start the Trend Analysis report I dont get any Solution for selection to generate the trend analysis chart.
I have followed all the steps mentioned in the setup guide. Please suggest any remedy.

Hi ,
If your query is on multiprovider , then makesure to check there are no restrictions/filters on cubes.
Also inlcude any keyfigure from the cube,where other characteristics are being assigned from or where u r seeing data, in the query.
If you dont want to see the Keyfigure, u can hide it using keyfigure display properties in the query designer.

How do I get my 'new' MacBook to quit showing me updates for the last person's ID?

I bought a MacBook from a friend a few months back. When I open the App Store and go to Updates, it will say that I have updates under a different account, and give me the account name that my firend had. My friend thought he wiped his ID and configuration off the PC before he gave it to me. Seeing that I have an update waiting when I know it's not for my ID is getting old. I am running Mountain Lion with the latest updates, and am new to the Mac world.

You had it Neil, I appreciate it. Turns out the application WAS already on the computer, not added by me later. Once I removed it, rebooted, and added it again from the list of applications I've purchased in the App Store, the message went away.

Your iPhone is in Recovery Mode. You can try this to get it out of it:
Unplug the device from the USB cable if it's connected. Then hold down the sleep/wake button until it turns off. Let go of the button and then hold it down again until the Apple logo reappears. Let it go and the device may boot up.
This only works, of course, if your device was working properly previously. Otherwise, or if that doesn't get it back to normal operation, you'll need to to try to restore it:

Hi Experts,
We are working with SAP CRM 4.0 and SAP R/3 6.20
We have an important number of BDocs (type 'BUPA_MAIN' ) in status E02 with the error message
00 344 : 'No batch input data for the screen SAPMF02D 0324'.
Can any one help us to explain the cause of this message and how to resolve it ??

Showing current Date (Date Column) in the the filter of Interactive Reports

Hi,
I created a filter for the date column in my report (table column name is Process_Date). I have created a filter in the Interactive reports which populates the data from , a particular time perieod. (From_date - To_Date). How can I change the SQL query or the Report settings, so that when the user open a report it should poulate the data for the previous_day or sysdate-1 by default.

Hi,
Double Click the DTP. Open the extraction Tab. On this tab you can see Filter Icon click on that. Put the filter as desired in the sales order number. Save and Activate.
In case the field on which you want to apply the filter is not visible, open the DTP in edit mode click on the FIlter button, now click on change selection button. Here in you can drag the required fields to LHS for them to be visible in filter option.
Apply required filter value Save & Activate the DTP
Revert in case of doubt

Have you noticed any difference between your MacBook and others at the Apple store? Wondering whether this is a configurable setting at the system level, i.e., DPI.
You can default Firefox to a larger zoom level to avoid having to zoom every page. You'll still be able to adjust the size for individual sites as needed. It sounds as though you are aware of these add-ons:

There are some discussions about changing coming in Firefox 22 (I think) to address higher density displays like the Retina display. So perhaps there will be a built-in setting to address this in the future.

How to get correct opening blance data for the quarterly report in BOFC?

I have a problem with getting the opening balance for the quarterly report.
i would like to keep the beggining balance data for the end of previouse year. (eg: now is 2010, then keep the begginig balance at Dec.2009 for each quarterly reporrt through the year in 2009).
however, for example in the second quarter, if i choose the beggining balance of Dec.2009 in the Consolidation definition, there is a problem that consolidation FS does not include the manual journal entry that ive entered at the first quarter such as goodwill.
Do I need to make manual journal entry at all the quarterly reporting period if I want to set the beggining balance for the previouse year end?
Could somebody please tell me how to remediate to this issue?
Or how do you manage with the opening balance in BOFC?

I have a requirement where I have to display Records for last 12 months. Following is the Filter that I am using
Opportunity."Close Date" >= TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_MONTH, 0, TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_DAY, -(DAY(CURRENT_DATE)-1), CURRENT_DATE)) AND Opportunity."Close Date" <= TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_MONTH, 12, TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_DAY, -(DAY(CURRENT_DATE)), CURRENT_DATE))
But this is showing me records for next 12 months.
How can I solve this Issue??

Dinesh,
The filter that you suggested works for last 365days, if you try to create a simple report with just Date field in it, you will come to know the difference.
Using the filter suggested by you it will show me records from 27th Jan 2008 since today the date is 27th Jan 2009.
I want it to filter records for last 12 months including Jan 2009.(so the interval comes to be Feb 2008 to Jan 2009)
