How to set the POV in WebAnalysis when data source is HFM?

Hi Every one..
Could any one tell how to set pov in web analysis when data base is HFM. And hoe to make the report Dynamicall (Current Pov Member like in FR). for this if use Essbase Ican get it it easiliy by using Subtitutional variable but is ti possible fo rHFM.

this field which shankar is talking about must be entry date (if u delta timestamp is date, u will also have to mention this table field name in definition of delta), this means that this field will catch last change to the record, so that it will be delta enabled based on the latest change date. This is very important becuase if u use date like posting date to the delta then back dated posting will not captured in to the delta, as delta for this back date is already been done.

How to modify the Generic Delta in Standard Data Source...?

We have one issue like all values are coming from customer master data data source 0CUST_COMPC_ATTR which is delta capable. Recently the functional guys done some modification on customer by remapping the field to sales rep. this will be impact on collector field (this is generic field - ZZ field). Now there will be frequent changes for collector field and the delta is not able to pick up the changed values in to BW system.
I have tried in different ways but not resolved finally i got some clue which as follows:
Data source 0CUST_COMPC_ATTR shows delta process as 'E' Unspecific Delta
Using Extractor (Not ODS-capable) in RSA2.
Now i would like to change the option to delta process to D unspecified delta using delta queue (not ODS-capable).
Can any one give advice me on this. Your help will be appreciated.

Thanks for quick response.
I am sorry for not mentioning the module on which i am working.
I am working on FI-CO extraction. I heard that In FI-CO the delta queue does not support because it won't support V3 Delta mechanism.
But any how i will try with ROOSOURCE and let you know the status of it.
If any advices please revert back with suitable suggestions.

I am running a stand-alone version of Framemaket 10.I try to convert a documentation with a lot of screenshots in it. Regardless of the settings on the Reference pages of the first document of the book, Framemaker converts all graphic files to *.gif, and these are downsized so much that they become illegible. I would like to have them converted to JPG, with little resolution loss, so they are still readable.
I think Robohelp is too expensive…

I m using forms server to display my forms in browser, my
problem is to change the size of applet at runtime so that the
entire forms is displayed.
right now the forms whose size is more r displayed with
scrollbars.
and thats giving me problem with printing.

- The HEIGHT and WIDTH parameters in the HTML file are
responsible for the size
of the applet area. This is documented in the Forms online
manuals. The
manual also states that these values are in pixels.
Tip
This value can be set to a percentage of the browser's available
work space.
This means that if the browser is resized or the DISPLAY
resolution is changed
the applet area will adjust to those changes.
Example
Instead of the following:
WIDTH=800
HEIGHT=600
Change to:
WIDTH=100%
HEIGHT=100%
This will make the applet use 100% of the browser's work space.
If you
change the values to 50%, the applet will use 50% or the
browser's space.
The HEIGHT and WIDTH values can be defined in your FORMSWEB.CFG
or your own
static html file. These values can also be added to the URL when
using CGI.
NOTE: THIS WILL NOT WORK IF SEPARATEFRAME=TRUE

You can associate a VO Attribute to the textinput field and set its value when the Submit button gets clicked. Thereafter you can renavigate to the same page.

I am using the sweep vi from Keithley in the SWEEP and Acquire measurement vi.I want to measure the voltage for every step and insert a delay in between every two data, so I need some delay between each I step.

As Dennis said, if you're using the built-in sweep function, you'll have to check the manual. See Section 10-16 (That's section 10 page 16, not sections 10 though 16) of the Keithley 2400 User Manual.
The Keithley 24xx series has a measurement speed in units called PLC (Power Line Cycles). The default speed is 1PLC, meaning a measurement is taken every 1 power line cycle, or 1/60th of a second (16.67ms). 24XX's can go from 0.01 PLC (every 0.16ms) to 10 PLC (every 166.6ms). The faster you measure, the lower precision you get.
To set this value programmatically, the command is
ENSe:CURRent:NPLCycles <n>
ENSe:VOLTage:NPLCycles <n>
depending on what you're sensing and where <n> is the number of PLCs from 0.01 to 10.
Another factor that will determine the time between data points is the SDM cycle. These are more complicated, look at your Keithley user manual for more information. Look at Section 6 and Section 11 for more info.
Note:
PLC times are based on a US cycle of 60Hz.

Something else you can do is call your wireless carrier and inform them you will be travelling overseas and they can either disable your internet access on their end to ensure you dont recieve any roaming or data charges or they will over you an overseas data plan for x amount of mb for x amount of dollars (it varies depending on your carrier). If you choose to take the overseas data plan you can keep your cellular data off (so you dont use up your data plan) but still be able turn it on incase you need to access the internet for whatever reason. It comes in handy if you ever get lost or need to find something and you dont have access to wi-fi.

you can reset the input source to Spanish by selecting the Keyboard pane of System Preferences, selecting the Input Sources tab, and pressing the “+” button in the lower-left corner to select one of the Spanish input sources. The “Spanish – ISO” input source is most similar to the physical Spanish keyboard layout.

Can any one tell me how to set the common Pov for two diffrent reports underon data source in the Web analysis.

How could it not be 5A?. If you have A for each member and then you select 5 members you are going to get 5A. If you don't want 5A then what do you want the Avg of A across the 5 members?
The tools are working the way they are designed to, your requirement is a little out of the ordinary. Unfortunately, Web Analysis does not have conditional logic.
Try taking my previous suggestion and adding another member in Essbase called "Count", make it dynamic calc and the formula should be ' 1; '
The purpose here is to get a value of one in the count member for each member you are going to select in your filter. So, if you select five members in the filter, Web Analysis will now return 5A and it will return the result of "Count" which will be 5. Create a calculated member that divides the 5A value by the count value 5. That will give you the average A for the 5 members, then you can divide by 12.

if i understand correctly, you want the selectedindex to be 2 when the DropDownList displays.
It might be the case that the dataprovider is being sought after it's already selected its index (as the dataprovider isn't already determined to begin with), so currently it's
     - setting the selected index to default
     - setting the selected index to 2 (your command)
     - getting the dataprovider
     - setting the selected index to default
try writing a function to set the DropDownList's selected index after it's received the information, or even just attach it to the employeeService result handler.
for quick testing sake you could just add
<s:DropDownList id="dropDownList" requireSelection="true" updateComplete="dropDownList.selectedIndex = 2"
                labelField="lastName" dataProvider="{employeeService.lastResult.employees.employee}"/>
to see if my theory is correct.

I talked to the developer of the db adapter - and he told me this feature will be available in BPEL PM 10.1.3 (which is supposed to be production later this year, and a public beta soon). If this is an emergency I would recommend going throug Oracle support and have them file an enhancement for 10.1.2.0.2
