How to set user e mail

Hello All,
Our Office using Microsoft Exchange and outlook e mail clients.
In Outlook, When hit new e mail and i can choose option to send to all people as my desire.
But I want only set two or three or four e mail people  and when i want to send to them, i just click on button and type the word and i can press send without choose "send to" or what ever..
I am sorry for my English.

To achieve the goal, you can try to create mailto links and then save these links in a email draft or other places you can easily access. To create a mailto link, just type
mailto:[email protected];[email protected] Word or Outlook and press Enter. It will create a link and when you click on it, it will open the new message window with the "To" box filled with

[email protected]
In addition, we can try to create Outlook templates and then add the Choose Form button into the Quick Access Toolbar to simplify the steps.
