How to setup ContentServer & start with WebCenterContent 11gR1 in windows

Hi,
I downloaded Oracle WebCenter Content 11gR1 from the following link (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/webcenter/content/downloads/index.html -> Downloads -> Download file 1).
I also downloaded the following components:
Oracle Repository creation utility.
Oracle Database 10g express edition
Oracle WebLogic Server 11gR1 (10.3.6) + Coherence + OEPE - Package Installer
I did the following installations:
1. Installed Oracle Database 10g Express edition.
2. Using the repository creation utility, i configured webcenter component connections.
3. I then installed the weblogic server.
4. I then used the weblogic server location as middleware home (and jdk that came along with it) and installed the oracle webcenter content.
5. Then, I went to the installed middleware home and ran configuration to create webcenter domain. But the options in the webcenter domain did not had entry for Content server. How do i create and start up content server. After creating all the available components in the domain, on admin console, I see only 4 servers. WC_Collaboration,WC_Portlet,WC_Utilities and WC_Spaces. Where is Content server? Is it accomodated in one of the 4 ???

Synchronizing with an Internet time server
You can synchronize your computer clock with an Internet time server. This means that the clock on your computer is updated to match the clock on the time server, which can help ensure that the clock on your computer is accurate. Your clock is typically updated
once a week and needs to be connected to the Internet for the synchronization to occur.
Note
If your computer is on a domain, you can't synchronize your clock with an Internet time server.
Open Date and Time by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Date and Time.
Click the Internet Time tab, and then click Change settings. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Click Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server, select a time server, and then click OK.

I need to setup the following job chain with next job step waiting until specified time before starting
Step 1 Job A Time 07:30 if complete go to job step 2
Step 2 Job B start time 09:00 if complete go to job step 3
Step 3 Job C start time 09:30 (end job)
Have tried to use a pre-condition in step 2 and 3 but that just caused thoes steps to be skipped.
can somebody point me in the right direction

Thanks for your help, I managed to set this up by embedding multiple Job Chains with their own time window in a master job chain.
As we continue our roll out not sure how scalable the solution will be as you have to create multiple job chains for essentially the same job with the only difference being a specific time window.
I guess only time will tell.

How to setup ODBC query with schema

I am trying to setup DIAdem to query a SQLserver database that was orginally created by Rockwell's Historian (a PLC database). This database is structured around a schema called "RSBizWare". To properly query the database, this schema name must be in the naming structure. I have been attemping to use some of the SQL examples posted in this forum but I cannot figure out how to include this schema field. Any help would ba appreciated.

You have two options, you can set up a Windows ODBC Administrator profile that successfully applies the required schema, then use the DIAdem ODBC functions, which all start with SQL_...(), or you can construct an ADO connection string which successfully applies the required schema, the use native Windows ADO objects in a VBScript to query the data base. If both are available, and you have DIAdem 10.1 or higher, I would recommend the ADO approach. I really don't know how to tell you to apply this schema in your connection to your data base. Do you have any other software that can connect to that data base? There may be information on connecting to that data base available on the web. Once you can connect to it, we can help you use that connection in DIAdem.

I am new in this forum, I found Stratus is a so exciting platform, now I need your help.
I want to setup a group with posting autentication, in the group, some one has the posting right, others have not. I found the "groupspecWithAuthentication, groupspecWithoutAuthentication, encodePostingAuthorization，setPostingPassword" etc. but I cant understand how to use them.
I have dived in this forum and the reference of Stratus 2.0 beta( here) for several days, and I have tried the samples posted by Mike, and I have study almost all threads in this forum, but I still cant find the clue.

1. if a group is in running, and a authorized user has joined. Now he misdoes, I want to withdraw the authentication, how can I? revise the password and recreate the group?
2. How can I setup a group, just authorized users can join? I know I can use secret group name, but if authorized user divulge the group name, others without autentication can join the group too. ( because the swf easy to reverse, hacker can sniff the opaque groupspec string, revise the swf, impersonate authorized user, etc).
3. How can I banishment a misdoer from my group?

How Insert a number starting with 0

Hi,
I have created table numberTable with one column mynumber of datatype number(8).
I want to insert a number into this column 00000000. But when I insert this number it becomes 0 only and my query fails to read 8 digits as it finds only one disgit stored in table. I want all these zero to be present in the column because one of my query read this 8 digit number and use into different application and update it back with increment 1.
Can anyone tell me how can I save this number including with zero.

Thanks for the quick response.
I dont want to use it for display only. The thing is when I read this number it gives my only 0 as stored number however I inserted the number as 00000000. I have to create another string using these 8 zero's AB00000000 or AB00000001, AB00000002 and so on and stored the number back to the column as 00000001, 00000002 and so on respectively.
If I put it like 10000000 then my application works fine and save the correct number as AB10000000, AB10000001 etc.
But using this I loose 10000000 records which can be used to create these sequence if I starts with 00000001, 00000002 etc and update the column back to 00000003 by incrementing 1 everytime and can save AB00000001, AB00000002 etc.
Kindly suggest.

How to setup Workgroups named with numerals?

Hi all,
I took a few moments to kick off a "trial server" running 10.8 on a spare iMac in my school. I figure I'll test it out before wiping and upgrading the school's current server.
Traditionally, each year group of students is a workgroup is named by the year they begin at the school. I wanted to setup year groups, using the Server App, with numerals: 2013, 2012, 2011, etc. However I couldn't. A message would come up saying I couldn't use spaces or punctuation (but I only had numbers). I could create a group called "teachers" but no go with the year groups using numerals.
Any advice?

Can't create a group which looks exactly like a number. Sorry. Instead, call them 'Year2011' or 'ClassOf2011' or something like that.
(The technical reason: Groups have both names and automatically generated numbers. Some commands for doing things to groups accept either the name or the number: if what you type starts with a digit they assume you're using the number, if it starts with a letter it assumes you're using the name. So it stops you using numbers as names because it would get that wrong.)

Thank you both for the replies.
I don't know anything about GarageBand because I've never used it. I've never used any music software before, (other than iTunes, Ha!)
I don't have GarageBand on my Mac because it wasn't stock on the old Powerbook G4, so I would have to buy it. I'm happy to do that if I can figure out that it does what I want ... but I'm overwhelmed by the info at Apple's site. Too much for a beginner like me. Even the wikipedia.com entry for GB uses too many terms I don't know, so I'm easily lost.
I just want to be able to set up drum loops and play along with them. The main thing is that I'm able to use third party loops. There are so many really amazing loop products out there ... jungle drums, acoustic jazz drums, lounge, etc. I don't want to get caught up in anything proprietary (like Band-In-A-Box) because the selection is limited. I'm sure GarageBands loops are great, but I want access to all these other third party loops as well ... loops that were not specifically made for GarageBand.
Will GarageBand let me drop in any and all drum loops from these other companies?
And does GarageBand work like a basic sequencer, where I can program up an intro, X number of measures of a loop, then a turnaround, then a variation loop, then an ending, etc?
I know the high-end stuff like Native Instruments Kontakt does this, but unfortunately it also does a kazillion other professional-level things I will never need and don't want to pay for (and which make the software more complex and daunting).
Thank you again, both of you, for responding and helping me with this project.
Just a little more advice on those two questions would really go a long way.

How to remove "Get started with your site"

I am in the process of automating the creation of a site collection using PowerShell. Everything works fine but I would like to remove or hide the "Get started with your site" that we see the first time we open a site. Deactivating the Getting
started feature will not remove it.

For other readers, here's the full script needed:

# Assuming that 1) the web page file that you want to examine is
# the default landing page and 2) Publishing has been activated
# for the containing site collection, the following gets you a

It's easier to remove the web part directly from the page, while it's in edit mode, but then the scripted method also works when automation is needed.
