How to share files with media player kaiboer K670 ?

I am trying to share a file between my macbook air and my media player Kaiboer K670.
The issue I have it's this :
- When I find my macbook air on the media player, it ask me for a login and password that I cant find.......i tried my usual login name and password when I log into my macbook air but nothing is happening.....can someone help ?

well as far as i can see, media sharing is enabled, i can't see anything else that wouls stop it other than the network discovery function does not seem to stay on, according to the pages above it needs to be on to allow other computers to see it and vica versa? heeeeelp aaaaaagh

I went through all the help pages concerning this, but it doesn't seem to help any. On our house internet connection, both our computers use the same IP address. I tried connecting directly to his computer using ethernet cable, but his computer never showed up. Our workgroup name should be the same, his is WORKGROUP but I'm not sure how to officially make mine that. I went to Network in System Preferences and clicked on Advanced... then went to the WINS tab and it has workgroup in the workgroup box, does this mean my computer is using that workgroup name? I'm at a loss and would like to share files with my friend's computer.

If not then sharing files will not be easy.

The add the Mac to the WORKGROUP
Applications > Utilities > Directory Access
Select SMB/CIFS
Click Configure
Change Workgroup to match the Windows Workgroup.

I guess I miss something. How can I share a folder of photos? When I return from a shoot, I select 20 of the pictures and need to share them with my client to pick up the favorites. Am I supposed to copy and past an URL for each image separately?
Sometimes I also work with a colleague, I need to share my favorites with him. Same issue.
We have tried Adobe Cloud, and then went for Dropbox. There we can share a folder and he can put even his pictures in it as well. That's what I call collaboration. And it is free (unlike Adobe Cloud). If you have some word in Adobe, please tell them to either drop it and make a deal with services like Dropbox, or make it properly.

If you open up your system preferences, and along the Internet row, you should see a "Sharing" icon. Within there you would have the option to enable Windows File Sharing.
You may want to try this feature and follow the instructions within that preferences pane.
If this doesn't prove to be worthy, try establishing a connection through the internet (if available). Otherwise you could simply burn CD's from your Mac and transfer them that way to the PC's. This is of course if your Mac is a CD burner.

Hi, there are actually 2 Sites on your Mac.
Open System Preferences>Sharing, highlight Web Sharing & look for something like this...

I have a drive I am sharing with some other people and I want some people to be able to access some folders on the drive but not others. Does that mean I need to chance the permissions for each folder, or is there a way that I can change the permissions for one folder and have that applied to all folders within that folder?

Go into the get info screen for the folder.
Set who should be allowed to access those folders and the contained folders
Click on the gear at the bottom of the window and select "Apply to enclosed items"
It might take a little time to convert the permissions but when it is done, you should be all set.

Unfortunately I need more help if you or someone else can provide it. I followed all the steps you have instructed so far in the threads I have seen. Unfortunately nothing so far works for me. Maybe you or someone can help me, I'd really appreciate it. I tried the notepad++ method and when I click on save I always get a notepad file that my iTunes can't do anything with. I click the "convert to UTF-8 without BOM" then click save as and it still saves as a notepad file. I am also unable to find the \n\ file path to replace with my \C:\ filepath. If you want the same export settings on some or all of the images you can select all that have the same export requirements and export them as a group.
If all the images have the same requirements then you can select them all and run the export command.

That is a solution, but it really isn't viable.
It is sad that apple refuses to support this.
A simple example: Sitting somewhere with no signal and you want to share a file (photo) with your colleague or friend, who happens to be right next to you.
Or even if there is signal and you don't want to be paying fees or data charges.
Or you may be in a rehearsal studio and need to share that very important file and have no time to go outside and get signal and try to send the file, which then everyone else has to go outside and catch the signal and pay fees.
Anyway, I see that this is a dead end with apple, so I guess I will be back to carrying 2 phones around again.

I have imported a WMA-file in Audio-1 track of PE – still no sound to hear. But I can see the sound in the track. (Like in my video-clip) Therefore I also think it is a setting in PE. Will you be so kind to tell me where I have to look? Because I am no expert. Or is it possible that I have to activate anything in PE? It is first time that I will work with PE 9.
Further information: The original sound of the Mini-DVD is 5:1 surround. After first problem I have changed Nero to export in Stereo, but this did not solve the problem.
