How to share outlook contacts?

Do you know how can I create different outlook accounts for a same company? I want that all computers share all outlook contacts at the same time!

PC Companion 2.01, How to sync outlook contacts instead of windows address book

After the first installation of PC Companion the program uses the outlook contacts database to sync my phone. There was no problem.
After some weeks the program uses the windows phone book (wab-file) of outlook express instead of the original outlook 2000 contacts database.
The picture (image1) shows the sync target on my system: In this case the program uses the windows address book instead of the outlook.
I am sure, some weeks ago, I have seen the outlook icon on this place. In the meantime I have installed the media go extensions.
In the settings I can only select windows address book.
In advanced settings of pc companion only outlook express (windows address book) is available.
How can I configure or hack the program to use outlook 2000 contacts database again?
Is there any registry key or settings file?
Uninstall an new install does not help.
Spec:

All of your contacts should be on your computer.
Just sync them to your iphone

I have just installed Outlook by Microsoft Corp onto my Android Asus ZenFone 2. From the Outlook app, I can see under People all my contacts from the Exchange server, with other contacts on the phone's contact list. However, from the phone's contact
list, I cannot see the Outlook account, I can see only Google, WhatsApp, SIM, device, etc.
Is the Microsoft Outlook app a "normal" phone app like all the other apps with contact lists?

As per the information and details provided by you, to get the Outlook contacts into Android’s contact list, please follow these steps: -
Gmail is an excellent import tool fir contacts exported
in an Outlook CSV form.
Login to
Gmail that is associated with your Android device, go to the
Contacts from drop down menu up left, More > Import function.
This will allow you to choose the CSV file you just got out of Outlook on your computer, and
upload it to Gmail. Here they are – all your Outlook contacts synced with your new
Android device.

I have been trying to update contacts by syncronizing my i phone with Microsoft Outlook in my laptop ,dirst time when i connected my iphone with my laptop and opened itunes it did transfer open up an option of email account and contact sync but after that when ever i tried updating the latest coutlook contacts i failed as the itune does'nt show any option of updaing contacts and mail account and only syncs and make backup of the available contacts in my i phone . hope i could explain my problem in a proper way ? plz help as i am bound to carry a different phone which holds all the updated contact and i want all these contacts to go in my i phone thru outlook sync ....

OR instead of going through any painful process - just create Google mail account and upload csv file to it. Then export it for free to VCF file and you can upload it to any one of above mentioned services. FREE. Who would be paying for something like that - an ID I OT only.

first export your outlook contracts in vcf format, move them to your phone storage, now go to people on your phone, swipe up from bottom, select import/export> import from storage.
wait, it is better to use outlook.com app on Nokia X to sync your contacts and calendar.

I have recently upgraded from a 4s to a 6 model and experienced that it did not sync with Outlook. I contacted Apple support (Case ID: 698537496) whose advise was to upgrade to Outlook 2010 and MS8. I had set-up iCloud Control Panel on the new computer. I did get the contacts from iCloud back in my new computer, but they are in a new Contact folder that is apparently separate from the original Contacts Folder. Now on my new PC, when I open Outlook and go to Contacts, Outlook shows two separate folders under My Contacts, both of which are labeled "Contacts". One apparently came from iCloud, but the other is empty and appears to be the original Outlook Contacts folder. I say this because the empty Contacts folder cannot be deleted, i.e., right clicking on it doesn't provide any option to delete it. The other Contacts folder, which appears to mirror the one in iCloud, does offer this option to delete.
Then in Outlook on my new PC under the All Contacts column I also have a folder selection named "Contacts in iCloud", as well as a selection of a group of sub-contacts that I had originally set-up on my iPhone. This subset of Contacts is maintained on my iPhone and was also intentionally shared with iCloud.
What I really had hoped to do initially was to maintain my PC's original Contacts on my PC, but to share the file with iCloud so if I was away from home I could look up a primary contact on my iPhone by opting to view them via iCloud.
The other problem I have now is that when selecting Contacts on my iPhone, my only choices are to view the contacts that I originally set-up on my iPhone, or to view a selection called All Contacts, which displays not only the contacts that originally came from my PC, but merges them in with the contacts set up on my phone. Of course this gives me a list of contacts that includes double entries for every contact that was set up on my iPhone and who is also in my PC's Contacts folder.. In other words, on my iPhone I can select the group set up on my phone by itself, which is great, but if I check the "All Contacts" group on my iPhone it will not allow me to unselect the group set up on my iPhone.
I wish your original suggestion to export vcards from the iCloud worked as the link you gave me described. I can seem to re-populate the original Contacts folder on my new PC by importing the vcards, but I can only get this to work one contact at a time. Selecting multiple contacts doesn't seem to work.

If you downloaded iWorks apps under the ID you are using on your iPad, regardless of whether you erased it or not, the apps are still tied to that ID.
Have you signed in to the App Store on your iPad?
Settings > iTunes and App Store
Tap your Apple ID and if you have not signed in, sign in using the same Apple ID and Password.
The same should be done with iCloud.

My suggestion would be to open that "second" icloud account. Use it for you and your colleague(s). Then transfer every contact that you want to share onto that account.
Going to Settings---> Mail, Contacts, Calendars---> Add Account to add the new account, and set the Contacts to ON.
When you want to add/edit/delete a contact from that account. Just open Contacts---> Select Groups and select that account from the list. You can then add/edit/delete the contacts.
Going this route will keep your personal contact list separate from the professional list.
You can use iCloud, google, Yahoo, Outlook.com and others. Personally I'll stick with an IMAP service. As you can also use the Notes in the Notes app. *Separate from the Contacts Note section you mentioned.

Did you select them to sync in the sync preferences of iTunes?
Connect the iPad to the PC and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Info Tab on the right.
Scroll down to Sync Contacts
Select the contacts from Outlook
Click on the Sync Contacts heading
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
