How to share reminders on iphone

I did a cool thing on my macbook where I linked my grocery list with myself and my mom, so that we could have the same grocery list on our phones. I did this by just hitting the little wifi looking button next to the list. Is this feature available to do on the iphone 4s too? I tried to do this on just my iphone but couldn't find the same button.

tasks are reminders, that are synced with your apple id. If they use your apple id - they should not have a problem. I suspect that your ownership of the list only allows them reading privileges on Outlook and hence does not sync to their apple id.

Please, I need help, I cant share reminders with other people.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
You aren't supposed to, other people don't want your reminders, if they do then you are using reminders instead of calendar, which can share calendars.

  • How to Restore Reminders on iPhone 5S/5C?

More and more people like to make a schedule with Notes, Reminders or Calendar on their iPhone 4/4S/5 for upcoming evens. It is very easy to lose them due to many reasons such as accidentally delete, upgrade iOS, etc. Once the data is gone, it always puts iPhone users into a great panic. So is there a way to recover Reminders on iPhone 5S/5C easily?

    Try restarting your iPhone.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
If still didn't works! You have to use third party app: like iStonsoft iPhone data recoery or Coolmuster: Maybe it works: http://www.coolmuster.com/ios-recovery/restore-reminders-on-iphone.html

  • How to Share Reminders Lists

    Hi,
I have a quick question regarding the sharing of Reminders lists. The biggest part is I can't figure out how to do it. Though I've found many tutorials that say that there should be a section of the Calendar app on iCloud that shows lists in your Reminders app I don't see anything in the Calendar app that shows my lists.
When I log into iCloud online I see there's two apps, one for Calendars and one for Reminders. Though I see the 'share' button for calendars in the Calendars app I don't see any 'share' button in the Reminders app. And because the Reminders lists aren't being shown in the Calendar app I can't share from there either. I've checked on two different computers (a PC at work and my Mac at home OS8) as well as on my iPad and it's the same across the board.
Hopefully this is enough information. Seems like a simple question but I guess it has a more complex answer.
As an example. I'd like to create a grocery list and then send an invite to my wife's iPhone so she can share and edit that same list. She has her own iCloud account.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!
    Adam

Apparently the only place where this function is available as of today is Mountain Lion 10.8.2. Provide feedback to Apple that this function needs to be returned to icloud.com, or at a minimum added to iOS 6.

  • How to share reminders

I am running Mountain lion on a 13.3 MBP Early 2011.  Safari browser.  I have IOS 6 on a iphone 4 and 2012 ipad.  How can I shre reminder lists with other through their iCloud account?  I have seen tutorials online about sharing through calendars on iCloud but, when I look for the 'reminders' calender on icloud.com, it does not exist.  I do not use icoud for calendars on my device, I am set up through google calendars.
Reminder list sharing is a really important feature for me and keeps me using wunderlist although I would like to switch to reminders in whole due to location based reminders, Siri use on my ipad, etc.
Thanks in advance for your help!
    John

You can share reminer lists by using Reminders.app of Mac OS X 10.8.2.
    1) Place the pointer over a reminder list's name
    2) Click the broadcast icon that appears
    3) To share the list with someone, enter the person's email address (or contact name), and then press Return.
    4) Click Done.

  • How to share notes on iphone

How I can share notes with other Iphone user?....

The solution I use is a free app named SimpleNote. It syncs with the web (simplenoteapp.com), and in turn syncs with a desktop widget on my Mac.  So any notes I create on my iPhone appear on my Mac, and vice versa. I've installed SimpleNote on my wife's iPhone as well (synced to the same account). So all of our notes automagically are kept in sync on both iPhones, and on our Macs.
Another approach is the PlainText app.  It syncs with Dropbox -- each PlainText 'note' is a text file in a Dropbox folder. Similar to SimpleNote, this gets your notes onto your desktop (either Mac or PC), and you can then sync with PlainText installed on another iPhone.

  • How to share video between iPhones

I'm trying to figure out a way to share video clips between family members using iPhones. We all have either the iphone 4 or 4S. Some clips will be up to 3 or 4 minutes long. I thought about Facebook or YouTube, but they need to be for private viewing only. Dropbox would be awesome with their iPhone app but it's pricey. My MobilMe account was great using the Gallery app, but I transitioned to iCloud. Any thoughts? Thanks a lot!

    What data?
You should be syncing them to icloud and/or your computer.

  • How to share reminders with iCloud users ?

    Hello,
With Lion it was possible to share a "Reminder" through iCal to members of iCloud...
I unfortunately did not find this essential feature in the new Mountain Lion Reminder Application.
I cannot immagine Mountain lion would be a downgrade on that very useful workgroup feature...
The only, temporary, work around is to use the web version of iCloud calendar which still permits sharing of Reminders with iCloud members.
    Am I missing something ?
    Best regards,
    Carlo

Does the "Facebook integration" enable sharing of reminders with icloud users, even for people not using facebook ?

  • How to share Reminders List by using iOS 7

I can't find any button or settings that can share the List to my friend. I can do it in iOS 6, or even in Mac OS X Mavericks!!! But what about iOS 7 ?!?! Anybody know how to do that?

Share it on icloud.com as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm4bb3fa6e.

  • How to share data My iphone to another iphone ?

    Please suggest.

The only way is to physically search for and find it.
The Find My iPhone **app** that you mention does not fit into the equation.  It is used to find other devices, much like you can log into icloud.com, go to the Find My iPhone page and perform a trace.  That's what the app does.  It does not turn on the FMiP service.  Without the service turned on you can't find it.
Also if the phone is dead, it can't process anything and that includes interacting with the service.

  • Share reminders lists now that app is outside?

I used to share reminders on icloud.com by finding the list on my calendar app. There was this feed icon and after clicking it you could send the invitation to share the reminders list, now icloud has the reminder app outside the calendar one and I can't find no feed icon.
Does anyone know how to share reminders lists now? I use them a lot in the office with coworkers and with family.

Apparently the only place where this function is available as of today is Mountain Lion 10.8.2. Provide feedback to Apple that this function needs to be returned to icloud.com, or at a minimum added to iOS 6.

  • How to share certain info between iPhones...

My wife and I each have iPhones.  The phones are synced to the same iMac.  We each have our own iCloud accounts.  We currently have one iTunes account.  Here's what we'd like to be able to do...please tell me if it is possible, and how to do it:
    We want to share iCalendar.
    We want to share Reminders.
We want to share our music (I think we can accomplish this using iTunes Match...maybe?).
We want to be able to access the same Photo Stream.
We do Not want to share our individual Contacts, Messages, Email, iCloud accounts.
We do Not want Apps that we purchase indivudally, to show up on the other's iPhone.
Thank you, in advance for you assistance!

if you use the same appleID you will always get eachothers messages appleID's are ment to be personal not shared
best way is to make 2 users on your phone and sync each phone with the user made for it
    and keep 2 appleID's

  • My daughter has an iPhone and some how we share an iCloud account and she's getting all my texts and contacts. I can't find where to uncheck her phone number on my phone account. Please help

My daughter and I both  have an iPhone and some how we share an iCloud account and she's getting all my texts and contacts. I can't find where to uncheck her phone number on my phone account so she doesn't get all my texts and contacts. Please help

    Hi Shellyk,
Go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and make sure that only your personal email addresses are listed under the individual phone number.Remove the "shared" iCloud email address.
For the Contacts, if you are syncing them via iCloud and you both have the same iCloud account, you will both have the same Contact list.
    Cheers,

  • How can i share apps between iphone

how can i share apps between iphones?

If they are syncing to the same iTunes library you can just sync them to the other phone using iTunes.  (However, if the other phone has been syncing to a different computer/iTunes library don't do this or you will create problems as iTunes will delete all iTunes media off the phone and replace it with the media in the new library when you sync.)
