How to short close the Subcontract challan and PO

Hi,
We have create one subcontract PO for quantity 100 nos for finish goods, for each finish good 1 quanity of raw material is required
Subcontrat PO   for quaity   100 nos,
Transfer RM                         100 Nos
finish good received                       80 NOs
RM received as faulty to be Scrap 20 Nos
now we dont want to send the 20 RM back to vendor and get the finish good, we want to short close the all by receving only 80 nos now how to close this.

Yes, I do believe that's what I implied.
Open the Terminal application in your Utilities folder and enter the following command line at the prompt then press RETURN:
pmset -g | grep hibernatemode
If the reported mode is 3 then your computer is set for "Save Sleep" which takes longer to wake up than standard sleep. If you want quicker wake up from sleep you can change the sleep mode by entering the following command line:
sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0
This disables Safe Sleep but will also slightly decrease battery life as RAM is left powered on.

Hi,
You can go ahead and tick delivery complete indicator but be aware that you can still receive goods.
But will not be considered for MRP or shown in MD04 t code.

In the File I/O>>Advanced File Functions Palette is a function named "List directory". This function will give you two arrays. One contains the names of all subdirectories the other the names of all files. If you want to sort them by name use the array sort function. If you want to sort them by another attribute use the File/Directory Info function to get more data. Use a cluster which contains the attribut to sort and the original index of the name. Then sort this array.

MIGO Error -while refering the subcontracting challan

Hi all
1.)We purchsed material from vendor A & send these material to vendor B directly for Job work ( for this we have seperate PO with subcontractor)
2.) In Material PO we tick SC vendor & give vendor B.
3.) Then made GR(with only part 1)
4.) MMBE report shows stock provide to vendor B.
5.) After that we made subcontracting challan for vendor B with reference to GR number.
6.)Then capture and post the Excise invoice no
7.) Now when I am trying to the GRN of subcontracting PO and refering the subcontracting challan , system is throwing an error " Challan material is different from material document "
Usualy in the normal scenario, while doing the 541 movement type , we use to refer the subcon PO(by making the PO no field mandatory/optional against the movement type 541 in customization ) , as during MIGO, system checks the PO no against the material issued and PO against the GRN is being done, if it does't matches, then the above error comes.
But in the above scenario, there is no way to give the reference of giving the subcon PO during 101 "o" . that is why , this error is coming.
Please suggest the way out , how to deal this scenario.

Go to ME2n and give we101 and click on dynamic selection
go to Purchase Document Header .....here delivery complete indicator ...put X there and excecute.

1) I am facing one problem that one of my asset 123 I Capitalized on 13.09.2006 have deactivated on
14.05.2008. with value of Rs.1.00.000/- all the activities are closed down related it on deactivation date.
In 2009 a new asset 456 purchased with different value. But in T.code OARP in column cumulative acquisition
value it is showing value of Asset 123 instead of it's own capitalization value.
2 ) And about my Asset 123 it is also showing a Cumulative Acquisition value in year 2009 which it
should not display because I have already deactivated that asset. ( The same checked in AR03 )

You should be able to select Force Quit from the menu beneath the Apple icon in Finder
and choose to Quit iPhoto from there, without messing up the Mac OS X in the process.

Not sure if rebuilding the iPhoto library would help this issue. However if you had to
turn off the computer without the correct method (unplug, etc; instead of menu choice)
the system may have accrued damages and should be checked, maybe repaired by
use of the Disk Utility in the system. Or restart the computer in Safe Boot mode, then
run 'repair disk permissions' while it is running in that reduced mode; then restart after.

If u used the Frame work PO document type for the Service PO.
Then change the validity of the PO to short close it.
If u have used the standard Po option then change the qty of the sevices to availed till date.

How to short close PO

I want to short close some Open PO.
I know that to do this we have to change PO with Tcode ME22N, go to item level at Delivery tab check the delivery completed through this we can short close PO but when i use ME22N to change PO its show error "Purchasing document has release indicator 2 (change not possible)"
While i use ME29N to unrelease PO it show an information "document has already been outputted(funcion not possible)"
Partial GR have done against these PO butI have to short close some PO so that no one create further document against PO.

If Release indicator 2 is set then system will not allow to change the PO after Printout.
Now to short close the PO, it would be better to use mass maintenace T Code MASS with two option
1.   Give BUS2012 you can set the delivery complete indicator as complete.
Deliv. Compl.               MASSEKPO-ELIKZ
the system logic is that the "Delivery completed" indicator specifies whether a purchase order item is considered closed. This means that no more goods receipts are EXPECTED for this item. If the delivery completed indicator is set, the open purchase order quantity becomes zero, even if the full quantity has not been delivered. It is still possible to post goods receipts of remaining quantities, but these no longer change the open purchase order quantity.
Now Ask the ABAper to give the error msg for BADI MB_GOODSMOVEMENT
the Enhancement Spot MB_GOODSMOVEMENT has been extended. There is new BADi MB_GOODSMOVEMENT_DCI which could be implemented to check DCI and issue M7344.
Make MSg number M7344 as error
2. You can control with latest deliivery date. To give the latest delivery date as back date to which GR must be done

To prevent goods from being accepted in the case of delayed delivery, youmust specify the latest possible goods receipt date for the item in the purchase order. This field is in the item detail data on the Delivery tab page. You also have to set
message 163, Last possible delivery date was... (work area M7), as a warning or error message in Customizing.
Now it is upto you, which solution you would prefer.
