How to shorten the height of a Textbox using CSSClass?

Hi,
I tried personalizing a textbox(Message Text Input) in Employee Self Service(Appraisal Feedback).
I want to personalize the size of the feedback box.
hence wrote the foll. code in custom.xss file:

<property name="textarea-name">description</property>
<property name="textarea-id">description</property>
<property name="textarea-cols">20</property>
<property name="textarea-rows">1</property>
</style>
The height remained the same, but the breadth increased instead of decreasing!!
Inputs please...

Try something like this:

You are using the module in an appropriate way, and there is no easy way to improve the loop iteration time beyond what you have done. Here are my suggestions:
1) i2c commands do take a long time. In your application, it may speed up if you only execute Move Motors only when the motor speed has changed.
2) For this particular example, you are not using the output of Motor Status. If this VI doesn't need to execute it may be removed.
3) If you must speed up execution beyond this, as an advanced user of LabVIEW, you can create a copy of the Move Motors VI and modify it as you choose. All you have to do for the 'DC Motors' input is use cluster to array on the cluster, as shown below. I think you can speed it up by executing all setup before the loop (set connection type and setup sensor), and removing calculate power value if you're only sending values between -100 and 100.
4) Drawing to the screen may be slowing you down here.

I am new to GUI programming.
I am trying to get the height of a JPanel which I put inside a JFrame but the getHeight() method returns me zero.
My code are as follows:

I am trying to get the height of a JPanelComponents don't have a size until the JFrame is made visible and all the components are layed out by the LayoutManager. You can use a WindowListener to tell when a frame is shown.

why iam asking is when i add a new details section according to you answer maintaining same height of the two details sections and i see the preview the iam getting gap between each record. this is so because one record from details section1 and another empty space from details section2

Then how will i solve my issue

Hi,
Oracle financials doesn't allow two supplier sites setup as tax reportable sites (Unless one is inactive). Suppose if the supplier uses site1 for the year 2009 and site 2 for 2010 and now there is site3 setup as tax reportable. All three sites were setup in 2009 and all three sites are active. Supplier chosen different sites for each year as their tax reportable site.
How do we know which site oracle used to send 1099 for 2009 & 2010? How to track the history of supplier sites used for tax reporting (1099) in previous years?

How to Increase the retreving size of instances using PAPI filters.
In my engine database instance size exceeds 2500 then we are getting following exception.
If we login in to user workspace able to see the instances but while trying to retrieve from PAPI getting below exception and showing the user's inbox aize as 0.
In Process Admin console we set all the required parameters.
Still I m getting the same problem.

Believe me, you have an incompatibility between different build#.
PAPI has an instance cache. When certain process has more instances than the maximum specified, the cache is switch to status OPEN. That means, that PAPI will not be able to resolve some instance queries using the information in the cache. When that occurs, PAPI forward all those queries to the engine.
The incompatibility introduced is in the communication between PAPI and Engine. So, you only get the exception when you have more instances than the maximum cache size.

That's the same question:
how can I access something (a page item) on a page…
Answer: you need something unique in that object you can get a handle on.
Or you use the selection a user of your script is doing and work with that selection…
A "scrollable frame" is nothing special. What it makes it a "scrollable frame" is the DPS software.
So you have to look for attached labels on the object, that identify the object for the PDS plug-in "Overlay Creator" as a "scrollable frame". That's possible with the "extractLabel("KeyString")" function. But you need to know the appropriate key-string in advance.
In another of your thread in the DPS forum, I basically answered the question how to obtain those key-strings.
When knowing the key-string you could loop through all your page items (you can skip all text frames) in the allPageItems-collection, to identify the "scrollable frame" by extracting the right label.
If you have more than one "scollable frames" you need a second unique identifier for the particular object.
That could be nearly any property.
Keep in mind, there is no "scrollableFrames" collection in the DOM !

I want to get the image of the mouse cursor of the system using java. The Robot class captures the screen only, but the mouse icon image is not the part of the screen, so it is not easily detected.
