You didn't write what phone you have but you can set up a VPN connection for Intranet on some devices. It's not a simple task though.

You are using the module in an appropriate way, and there is no easy way to improve the loop iteration time beyond what you have done. Here are my suggestions:
1) i2c commands do take a long time. In your application, it may speed up if you only execute Move Motors only when the motor speed has changed.
2) For this particular example, you are not using the output of Motor Status. If this VI doesn't need to execute it may be removed.
3) If you must speed up execution beyond this, as an advanced user of LabVIEW, you can create a copy of the Move Motors VI and modify it as you choose. All you have to do for the 'DC Motors' input is use cluster to array on the cluster, as shown below. I think you can speed it up by executing all setup before the loop (set connection type and setup sensor), and removing calculate power value if you're only sending values between -100 and 100.
4) Drawing to the screen may be slowing you down here.

Of course I can shorten ns,interface, user, pass length (and by using synch interface the last part can be chopped off) but I wonder how to get rid of "&version=3.0" or user/password for a specific interface. Or is there any other solution inside PI like in ICM or somewhere defining a URL mapping/routing and converting a tiny URL to URL above?
PI: nw2004s SP20.
Any help will be appreciated...

How to shorten iWeb URLs

I see that I can change the master iWeb page's URL.
But I cannot shorten the sub-pages.
How can I change a blog/blank/photo page's url to be:

You can't do what you want. With MMe it has to be:
http://web.me.com/MMeAccount_Name/Site_Name/PageName.html.
The only way you can change that is to purchase a domain name and have domain name forwarding.
Using the CNAME method. That will give you the following URL:
http://www.yourdomainname.com/SiteName/PageName.html, still more than you want.
If you use the simple URL forwarding and masking you will get:
http://www.your-domain-name.com/
This will be for each page in the site. The downside to this masking is that visitors can only bookmark the first page of the site. That may or may not be a problem for you. My tutorial site is set up that way: http://toadstutorials.info/

Sorry Peter my previous post suggestions was to try help you sort out the "extra" black you were getting during export. Did you sort that out?
Regarding the optical flow problem: As a test I've added 1 clip to the primary storyline, retimed it to 50% and changed the Video Quality to Optical Flow.
To stop the optical flow analysing, select the same clip, change Video Quality back to Normal, then open the background task window and click on the X to cancel the processing.
You'll now need to quit FCP and re-start it. Once FCP X has re-started, the analysing should have disappears.

You can create formula column in the data model and use SUBSTRING there. You can also set Fixed vertical elasticity for the field to reduce the field output, rather then the field itself.

If you do not have music selected to play use the Slide Duration menu at the bottom of the slideshow mode window. The options are 1, 3, 5 or 10 seconds as well a Manual.
If you add music to the slideshow it will automatically be set to Fit to Audio. You can override that and select 1, 3, 5 or 10 seconds. If you need something that's different than those options or the length of the music you can only change the length of the music to play. Multiple songs can be used by creating a playlist of them in iTunes and selecting the playlist. For a rough estimate of the on screen time for the slides take the playing time of the music selected and divide by the number of slides. The result will approximate the time as you have to take into account any transition selected.

How do you shorten a track? I have a song that I'm putting on the end, and I want to cut it from 60 seconds to around 30 seconds. It seems you can drag the end of the track by clicking and dragging, but that doesn't seem to shorten it.

You got it. Keep in mind, yanking out chucks of a song can be an art-form unto itself, and you may find it take a lot of practice to remove something so that it doesn't sound like something was removed.
Also, one other suggestion, if it were me doing this I would do the editing of the song in an Audio editor.

You could try removing the two antennae (spelled with 'ae' intentionally) depending on how short you want / need the range to be and see if
a) it works that way
and
b) the range is not too short that way.

How move music & vid to my other computer?

scenario: at MacWorld Expo i bought an iPod video; using my 15" AlPB i bought several tv shows from the ITMS and enjoyed watching them on the flight home. Now I want to consolidate that newly purchased video and a couple songs i bought on the PB, on my "main" computer, my desktop.
When I hooked the iPod vid up to the PB it downloaded onto the iPod the vids and about 400 songs that were on that computer; i've got about 1600 songs (mostly but not entirely duplicates of the 400) on the desktop 'puter. When I hooked the iPod up at home those 1600 songs replaced what WAS on the iPod.
How do i "merge" the two computers' songs and vids (there's a music vid already on the desktop computer, too) so that everything is on the desktop computer, and for ease of use, it's all in the same place on the PB, too?

ok, i consolidated each library on its respective
computer. I then used target mode to mount the
powerbook on the desktop of the G5. I copied the
iTunes Music folder from the G5 to the powerbook.
That was incorrect. You should have:
1) Copied the files you want to add to any arbitrary folder on the destination machine.
2) file->addfolder_tolibrary, choosing the arbitrary folder.
3) Consolidate library, which will copy all files from your arbitrary folder to the default iTunes library folder.
4) Delete the arbitrary folder, since the files are now copied to the default iTunes library folder.
That's it. There's no way I know of to also merge all your ratings etc. if the new songs came from another pc... unless you hack and merge the 'iTunes Music Library.xml' file by hand.
