How to shout down a pc in a lan network

please anyone tell that, How can i shout down or restart a pc in a network?

There's a few ways I can think of, though it depends on what OS you're trying to restart and from what OS.
Assuming you're trying it from a newer OS, eg 2008/2012/Win7/Win8 then the easiest option may be to do it via PowerShell. The Restart-Computer
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh849837(v=wps.620).aspx or Stop-Computer
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh849839(v=wps.620).aspx cmdlets will do that.
For instance :
Restart-Computer -Computer MyRemotePC
will restart "MyRemotePC" assuming the login you're running the command with has permissions on that machine, eg if you're running it domain admin.
