How to show a report of reports3.0 in intranet hosted by IIS Server

Hello i had created a report in Reports 3.0 and i wanted to run the report on personnel dash board of the INTRANET withe user login specified parameters and the Intranet was hosted by IIS SERVER

Thank you but it will show the same error message.
the question is I design the report in designer, but it can't be see in Analyzer ,or in the web browse.
as your solution , I click the button- execute , it will show the report in browse if it is configurated right.
I guess it may be something about system configuration, because in the directory error msg gave ,there are not the host name and port .

How to show BPM Reporting values in Visual Composer

i add a Reporting Activity to my current BPM Process. My purpose is to show the report in Visual composer.
Unfortunately i don't know how to import the BPM Reporting Activity into VC?

Real-time analytics allows reporting on a subset of both generic process data and process context data. When performing real-time analytics, data is consumed and reports are displayed directly in the Visual Composer of the local system.
Reporting data is provided as DataSources to VC and you use the VC BI Kit to display the data.
Discovering BPM DataSources in Visual Composer:
3. Choose: View -> Task Panel -> Search to search for BPM DataSources. The Search dialog appears.
4. From the Select provider dropdown menu, select BI Data Sources.
5. From the System destination dropdown menu, select BI (Sql) Portal.
...but per my understanding, in order to be able to select "BI Data Sources", because all BPM Data Sources can be accessed from this choice only, you need to have BW, and you need to configure the connection between your BPM and BW??
Also, your own custom BPM Data Sources can be created only with the "Reporting Activity" in NWDS, Process Development perspective??

How to show a report?

Hi experts!
I want to show a report document on a SAP BO form I read that it is possible with a user control and a crystal report viewer inside, this is the thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/1703947 by now I'm not worried about the connection but I'm not sure how to do the user control, should I work with a windows control library?
I've tried to do it in that way but I get an error about that my user control isn't defined I guess it is the crystal report viewer because I didn't have any problems with other kind of objects
Any suggestion?

Instead of using a .Net Form, if you are using version 882 and above,

I have design a BI report in BI7.0 Query Designer，But I can't preview it in browse .When I log on BI7.0 System, navigate to the folder-favorite, click the report I have saved, it doesn't show ,but poped up the message:
Windows can't find the file :
"//:/irj/prt/portal/.............................."
lm sure the message server prameters are right for web application ,then is there other configurations?

How to show Crystal Reports in BW system to Business Object XI R3 Portal

Hi All
I have some Crystal Reports in BW system and want to call them on Business Object XI R3 Portal.
Lets say that there are x number of reports in the system.
I need to show them on BO Portal by passing some parameters.
I am not able to start that how I can show them.
I followed one tutorial on Cystal Report for Eclipse and I was able to make a Crysral Report for Web Application.That was deployed successfully. I got one URL to run that.
But now if I want to add this link in my existing BO Portal how can I do that.
Can anyone help me in that, that how to proceed.

How to show a report for 'Previous Month' Data

Hi Gurus,
I have a requirement, where i have to default my report to show previous month data.
Scenario:
My prompts by Default are set to CURRENT (current year,quarter,month). once the user logs in, the report should display data for month 'Nov' instead of 'Dec'.
I tried using TIMESTAMPADD() in the formula , but it didn't work, though i don't see any error. Not sure if i 'm missing something.
Is there a way to achieve this.I 'm using OBIEE 11.1.1.6.
Any help is highly Appreciated ! Please.

From what you wrote I am assuming the user can manually save the report results to the Excel file.
If your report uses ALV Grid it is possible to export the data to a spreadsheet (one of the functions available in the ALV tool bar).
If you have used WRITE statements it is also possible to save the output as a spreadsheet (menu System -> List -> Save), but the latter will not produce as nice a spreadsheet if the data don't form a matrix. In other words, some work may be necessary in the spreadsheet afterwards before it has the format your user wants.

Need to know how to show P6 Report Line Item Numbers

Team... I cannot find where to turn on the line item numbers in P6 Reports... I can show breaks on a code then activities right below that, but can't show the line item number... only the actID... Hellllllllp!

Working locally, and having set the ORACLE_SID, you don't need to specify the SqlNet alias (@testdb).
Remember to put an exit at the end of the bpk.sql script.

I assume you store JavaScript to web server folder and browser caches your file.
Use query string end of file name like
/my.js?v=0.0.1
And when you change file, change query string value
Templates JavaScript help says:
File reference using a query string in the URL referencing the application version, such that when the application is upgraded
(and the version is incremented), the browser will be instructed to always load the new file and ignore any previously cached files.

I use ActiveX from Crystal Report Developer XI for viewer in Visual FoxPro 9 and I already know how to show Main Report by using command:

Your right, there is only one tab to view the report.
To open the subreports you will need to click on them in the main report. I don't know of a way to open them programmatically like you are doing here
