I would recommend downloading a free app from the App Store to verify that the app will download for you.
To purchase an app, find the app in App Store, click the app’s price, and then click Buy App (click Install App for free apps).

If it works fine then I would check in your App store that it shows you have iPhoto and in your Downloads. If so then I would delete iPhoto from Applications on your computer, and re install it from the Mac App Store.

I already have an allple id and password ?You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.5) or higher. You do this by going to Settings>iCloud (on an iOS device) or System Preferences>iCloud (on a Mac) and signing in with your Apple ID.
Once you create your account you will then be able to sign into the account using the ID on your PC. -

Hi, I tried to download a bunch of my favourite TV episodes. I was unable to get them all due to lack of storage. I increased my storage but the downloads didn't come. I tried deleting the already downloaded and viewed episodes but don't know how.
I'm wondering if I should increase my storage again but I'm not sure that's the issue.You need more storage on your iPad, however, it can't be increased. iCloud storage is ecternal to the iPad and is used for backup.

You have to have enabled Find My iPhone on your phone before it was lost in order for it to be located. If you did, you could play a loud two minute sound on it even if it was on slient, as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmfc0f19b5.

How can I OPEN files I just downloaded? They're on the DOWNLOADS screen of Firefox but I can't open them even after double-clicking? And they're not on the FOLDERS as well. Even the right-click is not working ... the "open containing folder" does not work.

You can't just download it, you must also run the installer. Did you do that step?

This will involve erasing all data on the phone so make sure the buyer knows that the iphone will start erasing itself during this process
First, Make sure the buyer has turned on the phone and connected it to wifi
Log into https://www.icloud.com/
Click Find My iPhone.
Click All Devices, then select the device.
Click Erase [device], then enter your Apple ID password. Because the device isn’t lost, don’t enter a phone number or message.
When the device is erased, click Remove from Account.

You can only see what you have elected to include in the backup (in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage...tap your device under Backups, then look under Backup Options), but not to see the actual data.
