How to sinc changes I made on cell with laptop Verison manager?

New Galaxy II ... guys at the Verison store setup my cell ... downloaded over 2000 numbers from my Facebook account, Yahoo account. I spent literally 6 to 8 hours ... carefully going through the numbers, deleting and organizing the numbers wanted into categories. Thought it would be easier to finish the management on my laptop ... but when I opened Verizon on my laptop ... none of the work I've done on my cell appears changed. All of the old format ... and hundreds of numbers I do not want on my phone are still listed in my cell phone account.
Can anyone tell me how to sinc the work I've done on my cell with my laptop management source?

Change it on what way ? You can update the primary email address on an account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on an iOS device and signing into the account, via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com
If you want to log out of the account so that you can log in with a different account then tap on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store if using an iOS device and sign out, or on a computer's iTunes use the Store > Sign Out menu option. Any content downloaded by the currently logged in account will remain tied to that account, so only that account will be able to redownload it and/or download updates to its apps

I've never been aware of a function like this in the past. You could create a personal ringtone that would last 30 seconds or less and set the volume on that ringtone to do that with an audio editor, such as Audacity.

If you mean for iMessage and FaceTime, the number is based on the iPhone number you set up iMessage and FaceTime on.
