How to sort AET attribute???????

Hi Friends,,
I am having one attribute EXT.ZFLD000008( AET attribute).. This attribute is available in the root context node BUILCONTACTPERSON... But it is not available in the BOL stucture ( in genil_model_editor if we check the attribute stucture means there we cannot able to find this attribute)
Get_xxx method of the attribute has some validation and holds value each and every roundtrip...
Now my question is..
I have to sort the value of this attribute...Basically get_xxx method will trigger every round trip...
I need to collect all the values in to buffer to perform sorting
How can i store the value in buffer ??? Where I can write logic to perform the sorting...????

This Get Triggerd one by one..
And Get_XXX is last method which is getting called

if I call manually like this in the any method say DO_init_context or Do_prepare_output means
Call Method me->(lv_getter)
Again the same GET_XXX will get triggered in last also..

and ev_path_2_sub_object will imports what?????????

At the instance of BP confirmation in IC this result table(result view displays the contact persons associated with the account id during the BP cofirmation) is filled in a sorted order based on the Contact Person Number.
Requirement:
Sort the result table by Central block flag followed by Contact Last Name.Hence how to sort the collection of the result table view based on two attributes Central Block and Last Name?

Good question. The framework doesn't seem to support this. When i needed this functionality, i had to create my own implementation of collection. You can inherit from CL_CRM_BOL_ENTITY_COL and overwrite several methods which do the sorting. Check the class CL_CRM_IPM_RAA_BOL_COL.

It is not possible to perform a joining query across a variable class 1:1 mapping. If you need this sort of querying I would recommend using a shared table between your interface implementers and inheritance. Then you can have a relationship to the root class and query on the shared attributes.

How to sort files and folders like Windows

I don't know if this is specific to Arch or every other Linux distro but one thing that really bugs me in Arch is how files and folders are sorted. I use Windows as my main OS (don't start on that please) and I have one folder properly organized exactly as I want it and I like it how Windows sorts this. I access that same folder from my Arch installation, the problem is that the sorting is different and it gets on my nerves lol...
This is how Windows sorts that specific folder:

How to sort the data in JSP using stylesheet sorting?

Hi, i extracted data out in and display them <%=data%> in the jsp, but how to sort? do i have to provide a drop down list that gives different sorting options, and when user clicks on one option, say sort by title, the collection of results are sorted out on the same jsp page? so all in all, only one jsp page is needed or do i need to create xml files, etc?
i have no idea how to integrate the xml sorting into the jsp page, even after seeing online help, cos there is no example of a jsp page with sorting to refer to. PLease help, thanks alot!

"Unable to update this object because the following attributes associated with this object have values that may already be associated with another object in your local directory services: [ProxyAddresses smtp:[email protected],SMTP:[email protected];].
Correct or remove the duplicate values in your local directory. Please refer to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2647098 for more information on identifying objects with duplicate attribute value"
Still i am troubleshooting to reslove this problem . I have run the ID Fix tool there i could see some 10 duplicate errors . Next what should i do , please anyone help me to find it

in the dso u find folder with navigational attributes, there select the Navigation check box the fields which u need in the report.
and further if ur dso through multiprovider and also identify them at multi provider level.
then u will be able to see the fields at query designer level, then u can use the nav. fields u need in the report.

How to sort Data in XML template (rtf) file?

Hi, I have an oracle 11i custom report (rdf) with an xml output to a PDF. There is a formula column in the report. Now I need the data to be sorted on this formula column. As we cannot sort on formula column, i have decided to find a way to sort it in the data in the XML template. But I don't really know how to sort and also where to specify the sort tag in the rtf file. I appreciate your response.

As long as you don't have your ^field commands grouped inside a ^group the order in the .dat file is not important. Your last command
^field BG_DOC_LN__LN_AM

should populate field BG_DOC_LN_AM wherever you place it on your form. Obviously you need to name the fields according to your ^field commands and not just use tab (move to next field).

How to Sort Dimension in Pivot Table via Order Column which is changing like Factual values

Hi,
Recently in of our product offerings we got stuck on this following question:
How to Sort Dimension based on the Order Value which Keeps Changing with Factual Values??
We have a data source laid out as (example)
In the above the “Order” columns are changing per
Company/(DimensionA) for DimesnsionB.
Instead what we want is: (But only if we can get the following result without putting the “Order” Column in the “Values” Section.
If there are any configurations that we can make to our power pivot model for the similar data set so that the
DimesnionB in this case can be sorted by the Order column, would be greatly helpful to us.

According to your description, you need to sort dimension members in Pivot Table via order column, and you don't want the order column show on the Pivot table, right?
Based on my research, we can sort the data on the Pivot table based on one of the columns in that table, and we cannot sort the data based on the columns that not existed on the Pivot table. So in your scenario, to achieve your requirement, you can
add the column to pivot table and hide it.
