How to start my phone or troubleshoot it

its not starting at all. i tried resetting it with the home button but nothing seems to be working. its fully charged and i haven't dropped it or anything and there is no water damage at all.

Not sure what you mean by that. To Reset iPhone: Press BOTH home and power buttons for up to 30 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears.

Your phone must be running the same or higher version of iOS as the phone you backed up in order to restore the backup. If the backup was made on a device running iOS 7, you will have to update your phone to iOS 7 in order to restore the backup.

well yes, but it basically makes wifi for the other devices, it basically mimics wifi.

When you get your new phone, connect it to iTunes to activate. Do not restore from the backup of your jailbroken phone when given the option of setting up as new or restoring from backup. Select setup as a "new" phone. You must also have an activated sim in the phone.

Then I have contacted Authorized service centre (Maple) in India (Maharashtra – New Mumbai) and then Maple checked with Apple and Apple said this phone is not under International Warranty. But when I purchased this phone form Apple Florida Mall ,I have been told by Zach McKenzie (Sales Person) that it has an international warranty and u can approach to any authorized centre in India for any issues. And that’s the reason I have bought this phone.
But now I am in big trouble so tell me how can u help me in this regards.

In windows,
go to SAP management console,Right click on the SID and then start all tasks
similarly to stop,Right click,
stop all tasks
If it is linux machine,
switch to SIDadm user,by giving the command su sidadm
ex:if SID is J2E,then it will be j2eadm.and then it is startsap or stopsap.
For troubleshooting,
1.go to /usr/sap/SID/JCxx/j2ee/cluster/server0/log
look for defaulttrace.trc file.
you can get to know the errors here and find teh root cause of it.
2.you can also look for devp_trace in SAPmanagement console.
3.Before doing all this,first check if JAVA_HOME,path and LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set properly and proper JDK is taken.
4.check id DB is up and running.

How to make the phone's battery last longer ?

Hi everyone,
i am wondering if there is any difference when the battery is fully desharged thus the phone swithes off , and then you plug it into the power outlet to be charged.
or if it is not fully decharged, and it has some one or two battery bars on the upper right corner of the display, and you set it to be charged, is there any signifficant difference between these two states ?
is there any official or technical advice on "How to make the phone's battery last longer " ??

It depends on the battery.
Charging the battery when there is some power in it is especially bad for NiMH batteries. The loss of power is called "memory effect" - battery "remembers" that it does not get fully utilized and over time starts supplying less power.
But new Nokias come with Li-Ion or Li-Polymer and the effect on these being charged when there is still power in them is negligible. Especially for the Li-Polymer ones.

First make sure both iPhones are using the lastest iOS 5.1.1. Secondly make sure all of your data is backed up in separate iCloud accounts one for each user. Make sure that you are all of the options in iCloud are on. Then you have to switch the sim cards.
