How to start Photoshop CC? (and why is Lightroom hiding?)

Hello.
I've just become a subscriber (Photoshop cc and Lightroom).
Having downloaded Photoshop cc through the menu bar-app, I can not seem to find the launch button anywhere. Not on my desktop or in the launchpad menu on my macbook pro (10.9.1)
All I see in the cc menu, is that Photoshop cc is up to date. That's wonderful. But how do I launch it?
Also, I am paying for Lightroom as well, yet it doesn't appear in the app list. I then tried to get it on the website, but it redirects to the cc menu bar app.
A little notch in the right directing would be appreciated.

Welcome to Forums,
Please follow this step to fix the issue for launching photoshop CC
Please navigate to this location and rename OOBE folder to OOBE.old
Windows:
C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe
Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Once done please try again login to CC Desktop apps and then launch Photoshop from application,let us know whether it fixes your issue.
You can download a separate trial for Photoshop Lightroom at https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_lightro om&promoid&promoid=DTEML.

First, remember that you don't start Photoshop CC _on_ Creative Cloud, you install Photoshop on your machine via the Creative Cloud app. To do this:
1) Go to http://creative.adobe.com
2) Click the Download Center tab if it's not already selected
3) Locate Photoshop and click Download
4) The Photoshop product page displays
5) Click Download again
6) If it's not already installed, the Creative Cloud app is first installed (and you may be prompted to allow the Creative Cloud app installation)
7) Once installed the Creative Cloud app downloads and installs Photoshop (again, you may be prompted to allow Photoshop to be installed)
8) From then on, just treat it like any other app running on your computer
Installing the Creative Cloud app the first time is a bit of a nuisance, but I have to say that managing/downloading/installing apps via the Creative Cloud app is one of my favorite features of Adobe Creative Cloud.
These instructions assume that you already had a Creative Cloud subscription or have established a Creative Cloud trial account.

This happens when someone drags the HD or a system folder icon to the iPhoto Window by accident. Solution: restore from back up created before this occurred.

Camera service has disappeared on my ipad 2, how do I find it and why did it disappear?

My camera icon is still visible but when I click on it, the service (take pictures) has disappeared, how come? where or how do I find it? why did it disappear?

It should be 'on' - if it was 'off' then the app woud be hidden and you wouldn't be able to access the app from your homescreen.
Have you tried closing the Camera app completely and seeing if it works when you re-open it ? From the home screen (i.e. not with Camera 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Camera app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

How to start with FPGA and LABVIEW when you do not know any computer language? Only have exposure to Windows OS.

Myself is an Electronics Engineer. But I don't have any exposure to any comp language like C or whatever. I do not have any exposure to Labview as well. I've been involved in design and developing Digital Circuits like interlock units, Position monitoring and display systems etc. Now I want to work upon FPGA based circuits. Problems with running Photoshop CS6 and Bridge with Lightroom 4 also on the same PC

I was running Photoshop and Bridge, then purchased Lightroom 4. Before installingt 4 I had no problems with Bridge, but since installing 4 all of the photo's that were held in bridge are now gone, but they are in Lightroom. With Lightroom, you are able to edit photos out of Lightroom and into Photoshop when necessary, save and close and it automatically changed the Lightroom picture.
I have two PC's, one has Bridge on it (this one) and the other without, but both have both editing prgrams installed. On the other PC I can switch between Lightroom and Photoshop with no problems, but when I try to switch with this PC, the one with Bridge installed, it will open Photoshop, but the photo will not transfer. If I close Photoshop program and go back to Lightroom, it will tell me that the picture could not be transfered to Photoshop because it would not launch. If I close that message window, it will then launch Photoshop and the picture transferes over allowing me to edit and save as normal.
My question is; does anyone know if Lightroom and Bridge should run side by side, or should I delete Bridge from this PC and see what happens. Bridge is just a holder and organizer of photos, wherease Lightroom does the same, but also has post editing capabilities. The two programs seem redundant, but if your running Photoshop, it's hard to get files out of Lightroom. It seems that you need to open Lightroom first, then you can view and chose a photo to work on, then move it back and forth between the two programs. This seems to make Bridge redundant.

Hi, Yes, but that actually wasn't the problem. I start out in Lightroom,
then move to Photoshop if I have something that can't be fixed in
Lightroom. The problem was that when I tried to edit, out of Lightroom and
into Photoshop, I was getting an error message that Lightroom couldn't
prepare files for transfer because Photoshop wouldn't open. But, it had
opened, the picture just wouldn't transfer. If I closed Photoshop,
Lightroom would try again and it would open and transfer the second time. I
ended up going to the Adobe help, chat line, and they looked into my PC and
located the problem, it's now working fine. Thanks to everyone for your
inputs. Most appreciated.

When I signed up for CC membership (single app) and paid for it, I was offered one version of Photoshop and one version only - CS6 Externded Edition. Where is the Photoshop CC I paid for? If they are the same thing, why is that not made clear in the purchase process? Why can't I just buy an upgrade to the current edition of Photoshop, pay my money, and save all this endless, time-consuming messing about? I just want to edit a photograph. Not happy.

It sounds like you have not downloaded CC yet.
Start the Adobe Application Manager that came with CS6. You will then see that Photoshop CC is available for download. You might also want to download Bridge, which is available separately.
If you have not downloaded anything, log on to your account at Adobe, click on My Adobe, go to My Orders, open your CC order and click Download.
